Very Impressed
Very Impressed. Opening an account was very easy and the App helps me keep up to date with my my transactions. Getting in touch with Monument Bank was also straightforward and the staff member I spoke to was really helpful.

Impossible to open an account
Impossible to open an account. Opened via app and then told that it required ID and bank account. Took longer for them to email me the upload link then promised so missed when it came in and uploaded outside their time period. Did it again and again no response. Then emailed to ask about the status- again several days to email me back and told documents not uploaded although I both emailed and uploaded.

I wanted to change my linked account…
I wanted to change my linked account which was supposed to only take approximately 48 hours but ended up taking a week and a half and a phone call.
That said when I called the advisor was very helpful hence a higher score and the fact that the app is well laid out.
