Well, I was looking for a reputable FSCS accredited ISA bank with competitive rate and Monument was on my short list. 4.28% for an access ISA is very solid and on seeing their App Store score (4.9!) Opened a cash ISA with Monument as offering competitive interest rates and the option to transfer in from existing accounts. Easy to set up new account and pay in funds. Now just waiting to see how the transfer goes!

Flexible ISA easy to set up - great rate. One minor point was that I couldn't transfer a partial ISA from other company - other than that - great.

Checked isa interest rates was one of the best, is another provider with better rates, but when checked there trust pilot ratings was poor, monuments was by far the best, just transferred isa no problems, highly recommend monument

Competitive rates and transparent data. On their site, Monument has made available a list of providers who they support cash ISA transfers from. While they don't support every provider (e.g., Trading212), at least it's public available information which helps customers looking to consolidate cash ISAs.

I transferred in an existing cash ISA and the who process was fast and easy to do and at the time a very competitive interest rate. The app itself if very clearly laid out and has the option of adding various savings accounts with different interest rates depending on how fast you wish to access this money.

Disappointed that, whilst stating acceptance of existing ISA's, they do not accept ISA transfers from Trading 212.
