Great service, easy to use App
The process of signing up and opening accounts was very straightforward and prompt. The App is really clear and easy to use, provides great information without unnecessary clutter. Transferring an ISA in from another provider was quick and efficient. Moving funds between accounts and withdrawing is instantaneous. Everything has been excellent.

I registered an account with Monument with no problems whatsoever and as I’m nearly 91 that’s quite an achievement for me as lots of other websites have me baffled half way through. Gettto my account is super easy too with a fingerprint etc. No problems at all with Monument Bank

Overall, An Excellent Savings Offering!
I have held a Monument Easy Access Saving Account on and off (mostly on!) for some time now and have generally found it to be good, even excellent, with good rates of interest compared to most of its peers, together with good customer service.
I would rather have a normal telephone number to contact them on but the via-the-app system seems to operate adequately so, as long as the interest rate doesn’t get beaten by a worthwhile competitor, I intend to stay with Monument long-term. Well done Monument!
