Could not fault Green Power or their representative Dale.l was kept fully informed on the progress of my order which was delivered ahead of their estimated date. Dale arrived exactly on time, having given me a 30 minute "heads up," of his visit. He was fully prepared, took care to explain the workings and operation of the scooter and the paperwork. He monitored my test drive and answered all my questions. I applaud him for his care and attention.

warning avoid thia company
warning. This company leave you to register the scooter. They dont tell you that you have to do it. They alao dont tell you that you CAMNOT USE THE SCOOTER untill you get the paperwork back fron the dvla. dvla say thst trgistration can take 2 >4 werks (as per dvla) so im a disabled strke victim. Now left stranded. Until the registration paperwork comes back to me. Utterly disgraceful. They also say they will call me back. BUT DONT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. GO TO A REPUTABLE SCOOTER DEALER INSTEAD.

We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the registration process; however, we do not agree with the suggestion that customers are left uninformed or unsupported.
Customers are advised at the point of sale that their scooter requires registration with the DVLA. We also provide all the necessary paperwork for the registration process, and our delivery drivers explain the documentation and the steps required when the scooter is delivered. Registration is completed by the DVLA, and the time taken to process and return the documents is outside our control.
Regarding the use of the scooter, DVLA guidance states that the vehicle must be registered before it can be used on the road. This is not the same as stating that it cannot be used on the pavement, where permitted under the applicable rules. We would always advise customers to ensure they understand the relevant requirements before using their scooter.
Although the DVLA advises that registration can take two to four weeks, our experience is that paperwork is often returned sooner. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee processing times on behalf of the DVLA.
We understand that access to mobility is particularly important, and we sympathise with your circumstances. However, the registration requirements are not imposed by Green Power, and we cannot bypass the DVLA's procedures.
If you believe a promised callback has been missed, please contact our customer service team directly so we can review this and address any outstanding queries.

and i get a delivery charge
order placed 25th sept, 7 to 10 days, its the 11th oct, still no idea when its coming..edit yes but i cant use the battery as you sent a different one and now want me to pay a further £300 to have my scooter converted for the new type as the old ones you dont use due to safty issues, something i was not told about

We appreciate that delays are frustrating, but we would like to clarify the timeline of your order.
Within 24 hours of your order being placed on 25th September, we contacted you to advise that there would be a slight delay due to an incoming shipment being delayed, which was outside of our control. We therefore made you aware of the situation promptly rather than leaving you without an update.
Your order was dispatched on 12th October and delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
While we always aim to meet our stated delivery times, unforeseen supply chain delays can occasionally occur. We make every effort to communicate these delays to our customers and fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
We regret that your order did not arrive within the original estimated timeframe, but we did keep you informed and your order was subsequently delivered.

Excellent customer service. Informed by phone of the delivery date and time. Also called by Chris to give his e.t.a. Chris was polite, friendly and professional. He answered all our questions with ease and did not leave until he ensured that my husband was confident with the mobility scooter. I would recommend Greenpower in a heartbeat.
