The scooter was delivered on time by engineer Paul. Paul went carefully through the set up and explained, at length, the controls. It is the first day but very happy so far with both the scooter and the service.

Purchased a fastest scooter in january, batterys failing in august digits missing on the failing clock bare cables running on the tyres radio not working , it seems the warranty on theae fastest scooters are none existent , really loor quality build and the worse bit green power just fob you off with excuses and do nothing been waiting weeks for an engineer fo sort out the failing batteries faulty clock all you get is aend pictures with the excuse they havent received them, yes we have all the emails

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the communication and support provided by our team.
You first contacted us approximately nine months after purchasing your scooter, advising that you were concerned about the battery range. We asked you to monitor and confirm the distance you were achieving on a full charge so that we could properly assess the issue. Unfortunately, you did not provide this information or follow up with us, meaning we were unable to investigate further.
You also raised concerns about the display and provided a photograph, which showed the display functioning as expected. We responded by explaining how the display operates and what you should expect to see, but we received no further response from you regarding this matter.
Furthermore, the issues you have mentioned with the tyres and radio had not previously been reported to us. We cannot investigate or arrange repairs for issues we have not been made aware of.
We do not accept the suggestion that your concerns have simply been dismissed or that we have refused to provide support. Our team has responded to the issues raised and requested the information necessary to investigate them further.
If you are still experiencing problems with your scooter, we invite you to contact us directly with full details so that these can be assessed appropriately. We remain willing to look into any outstanding concerns, but we do need your cooperation and the relevant information to move matters forward.

I bought a second-hand GP500 RED
I bought a second-hand GP500 RED in excellent condition but it proved to be a nightmare. The first battery lasted just 80 miles before it failed to recharge. I ordered a second battery (£400) and that failed immediately leaving me stranded (with one leg).
The ride was hard, the handbrake fails to hold the vehicle firmly and cannot be operated with one hand and, worst of all, the battery box fills up with rain water.
According to Green Power "The GP500 Red is not designed to be waterproof, and the operating instructions state that it should not be used in the rain. Water ingress can affect the electrical components, battery and charging system."
What kind of numpty manufacturer makes a road-going vehicle for use in England that cannot be used in the rain? It's appalling.
The company is uncaring and unprepared to take responsibility for its design faults. I am now £1200 out of pocket and stuck with a useless vehicle. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy one of their scooter in case it rains.

We are sorry to read that you are unhappy with your experience, but we feel it is important to clarify some points for the benefit of other customers.
Firstly, this GP500 Red was purchased second-hand, not directly from Green Power. We cannot guarantee the condition, maintenance history or performance of a vehicle that has been owned by previous parties, nor can we verify whether any components have been altered, replaced or fitted with third-party parts. These factors are particularly relevant when assessing battery failures, braking concerns and water ingress.
Regarding water ingress, the GP500 Red is not advertised or designed to be waterproof. This is not unique to our scooters; the vast majority of mobility scooters on the market are not waterproof and must be protected from excessive exposure to water. The operating instructions clearly outline the limitations regarding rain and water exposure. The under-seat compartment is designed with drainage provisions, but on a second-hand vehicle, we cannot confirm whether these remain intact or whether modifications have been made.
We also take concerns about battery performance and braking seriously. However, without inspecting the vehicle and establishing its condition, age, maintenance history and component specifications, it would be unreasonable to conclude that these issues are design faults attributable to the manufacturer.
We appreciate that this has been a frustrating experience, particularly given the costs you have described. However, it is important to distinguish between a manufacturer's responsibilities and the condition of a second-hand vehicle whose history and maintenance are outside our control.
If you would like us to review the outstanding concerns, please contact our team directly so that we can discuss the details and establish what assistance may be possible.

warning avoid thia company
warning. This company leave you to register the scooter. They dont tell you that you have to do it. They alao dont tell you that you CAMNOT USE THE SCOOTER untill you get the paperwork back fron the dvla. dvla say thst trgistration can take 2 >4 werks (as per dvla) so im a disabled strke victim. Now left stranded. Until the registration paperwork comes back to me. Utterly disgraceful. They also say they will call me back. BUT DONT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. GO TO A REPUTABLE SCOOTER DEALER INSTEAD.

We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the registration process; however, we do not agree with the suggestion that customers are left uninformed or unsupported.
Customers are advised at the point of sale that their scooter requires registration with the DVLA. We also provide all the necessary paperwork for the registration process, and our delivery drivers explain the documentation and the steps required when the scooter is delivered. Registration is completed by the DVLA, and the time taken to process and return the documents is outside our control.
Regarding the use of the scooter, DVLA guidance states that the vehicle must be registered before it can be used on the road. This is not the same as stating that it cannot be used on the pavement, where permitted under the applicable rules. We would always advise customers to ensure they understand the relevant requirements before using their scooter.
Although the DVLA advises that registration can take two to four weeks, our experience is that paperwork is often returned sooner. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee processing times on behalf of the DVLA.
We understand that access to mobility is particularly important, and we sympathise with your circumstances. However, the registration requirements are not imposed by Green Power, and we cannot bypass the DVLA's procedures.
If you believe a promised callback has been missed, please contact our customer service team directly so we can review this and address any outstanding queries.

and i get a delivery charge
order placed 25th sept, 7 to 10 days, its the 11th oct, still no idea when its coming..edit yes but i cant use the battery as you sent a different one and now want me to pay a further £300 to have my scooter converted for the new type as the old ones you dont use due to safty issues, something i was not told about

We appreciate that delays are frustrating, but we would like to clarify the timeline of your order.
Within 24 hours of your order being placed on 25th September, we contacted you to advise that there would be a slight delay due to an incoming shipment being delayed, which was outside of our control. We therefore made you aware of the situation promptly rather than leaving you without an update.
Your order was dispatched on 12th October and delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
While we always aim to meet our stated delivery times, unforeseen supply chain delays can occasionally occur. We make every effort to communicate these delays to our customers and fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
We regret that your order did not arrive within the original estimated timeframe, but we did keep you informed and your order was subsequently delivered.
