Friendly staff and well informed

I wouldn't touch this company with a 50…
I wouldn't touch this company with a 50 foot barge pole bought the item less than 6 months ago the item went faulty within 4 days had to wait 2 weeks for a repair and then went faulty another 6 times having to wait 2 weeks each time to resolve and now waiting over 2 weeks for a refund I only bought this has I have a rare brain tumour and relied on this to get me around keep well clear of this company

We are sorry to hear about your frustration, but we would like to clarify that your case was handled in line with our procedures and the applicable guidance under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
When faults were reported, we followed the relevant process and arranged repairs to address the issues raised. We appreciate that repeated faults and the time involved in resolving them would have been frustrating, particularly given your personal circumstances, and we do not dismiss the impact this has had on you.
However, it is important to note that we did work to resolve the issues reported and subsequently went beyond our usual policy by offering you a refund. We can confirm that this refund has now been completed.
While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we do not agree with the implication that we failed to take action. We addressed the reported faults and ultimately agreed to a refund outside our standard policy to bring the matter to a conclusion.

Still have not received front sub frame for mobility scooter been well over a week my sons scooter is still stranded
If it doesn’t appear in next few days I’d rather have money back between 3-6 days your service said

We understand your frustration, particularly as the scooter is for your son, and appreciate that being without it is difficult.
However, we would like to clarify that we advised you from the outset that there would be a delay, as the front subframe is an older stock part that needed to be manufactured and shipped to us. You were made aware of this and chose to proceed with waiting for the part.
The good news is that the parts have now arrived at the UK port and are expected to reach us very soon. We are therefore progressing with this as quickly as possible.
We appreciate that the wait has been longer than anticipated, but this delay is due to the availability and shipment of the part, rather than a lack of action on our side. We will continue to work towards getting the part to you as soon as it arrives with us.

Helpful Service Engineer
Today I needed the services of Green Power engineer DALE. He was very polite and had a very good knowledge of mobility scooters, I explained the problem I had with my scooter which I only just over a month old, he listened carefully asked very specific questions and soon solved the problem. He then quickly changed my faulty batteries, I took it on a test drive while he waited, and he even very kindly reversed the scooter back into my yard as im still learning how to do that lol. All in all im very happy with the way he helped and im happily back out and about enjoying life again cheers Dale.

It was so easy to order over the telephone, and I was very happy with my experience ordering the ZT4 mobility scooter. The delivery was incredibly quick and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. Purchased a ZT4
Purchased a ZT4, within 2 weeks the mobility was going rusty around the suspension at the front of the mobility scooter,
I asked for the basket to be replaced by the standard hard case but the drilled holes of the baskets were left open in seat and not sealed which can allow water into holes.
The turning of the scooter is very poor, and when at full speed the scooter was pulling to the left.
Customer service not good, I have rejected the scooter under the consumer rights act 2015

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the steps we took to address the concerns raised.
When you contacted us regarding the ZT4, we responded and explained that the marks described as rust appeared to be water marks present across the scooter. This raised concerns that the scooter may have been exposed to conditions contrary to the guidance set out in the instructions for use.
You also raised concerns regarding the steering and the scooter pulling to the left at speed. We asked you to provide a video demonstrating the issue or offered to arrange an assessment so that the concern could be properly investigated. Neither option was taken up.
When you subsequently emailed to reject the scooter under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we responded to explain that we needed the opportunity to assess the vehicle before determining whether a fault was present. We received no further response from you, and the matter was not progressed because the requested assessment did not take place.
We take our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 seriously and do not dismiss legitimate concerns. However, we must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate reported faults before reaching a conclusion. A rejection cannot be properly assessed without establishing the condition of the vehicle and the nature of the alleged faults.
Your statutory rights are not disregarded, but the short-term right to reject generally applies within the first 30 days, subject to the circumstances and applicable legal provisions. That period has now passed, and we cannot retrospectively establish the presence of a fault when the opportunity to assess the scooter was not taken forward.
We remain confident that our responses were appropriate and that we acted in accordance with our procedures. We regret that the matter was not resolved, but we cannot accept responsibility for the lack of progress where our requests for further information or an assessment went unanswered.
