Rang me to provide me with a quote
Rang me to provide me with a quote. Tried to get me to buy products that I did not want and even tried to scare me by telling lies about insurance that I "legally" had to have", which was untrue. This is really poor practice so please be careful
In response to comment. Please check your record of the conversation I had at 12:56 on that day and you will hear the conversation and the poor standards by your team member

Dear Mr Stewart,
Our records show that you left your details on an online form for a mobile catering insurance quotation.
One of our Agents attempted to contact you on 26th November at 10.48am, but you rejected the call.
We have no record of actually discussing any products with you.
However if you would like a quotation for a vehicle, trailer or liability for your mobile catering business, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Thanks
