Clear, quick and they explained everything
We were setting up a mobile catering trailer from scratch and needed both the trailer cover and the liability cover in place for a fixed date. Samantha Bolton handled it from start to finish.
She sent the quotes for both policies with everything broken down, and when my wife rang with questions she went through the conditions properly rather than just taking the payment - what was covered inside the trailer, the stock limit, what we had to tell them if the trailer sat unused for a while. That mattered to us, because we would rather know where we stand before we open than find out after a claim.
We went ahead and both policies were set up the same day, with all the paperwork emailed through within the hour. GBP 10m public, products and employers liability, and the trailer and equipment covered from the date we needed.
Straightforward people to deal with and no pushing for extras we did not need. Happy to recommend them to anyone starting out in mobile catering.
