MISSYEMPIRE Arvostelua

I ordered an outfit from here on 31st may, I paid for next day delivery as I was going on holiday. I then received the parcel 4 days later and the quality of this product was horrendous! Considering this would’ve cost over £50 if it wasn’t for a discount code I’ve never received something so terrible, the sizing was very inaccurate the set looked nothing like the photos and the material can only be described as stretch sandpaper.
I returned the parcel to the post office the next morning before heading to the airport, then a week later when I returned I chased them as I had not had any contact. They then said my parcel could not be located. I sent my proof of postage and suddenly the parcel has been found.
I’m now 8 days on from this with still no confirmation of return, I have been chasing as I just get told to wait another few days as there is a queue, I keep bringing up the fact their website states 5 working days. Never again will I use this site and I would never recommend this to anyone!

Found it handy having a return label inside the package instead of having to do it online however the return and refund is terrible. I returned my parcel 3 weeks ago now, when you can finally get a reply off someone I was told they hadn't received my return, I checked the tracking information and it had reached them 2 days after I sent it back. I then got told my refund was being issued and would get it 1-5 days, that was over a week ago, emailed again yesterday to be told basically to just keep waiting as there is a que!! Won't buy from here again.

Really good shipping and easy browsing.

Always quick and easy to purchase. Delivery is fast and the clothing always great quality and on trend ! Love love Love 💖

Quick and easy great choice of clothes with great prices love my two new tops happy with sizing and quality

Ordered a co-ord set, size 12 jeans more like size 8. Ordered again in a bigger size and a back up outfit but they never dispatched my order after paying for next day delivery, on the 3rd day of no order or no dispatch or tracking I requested to cancel and to get a refund.

half a refund?? sent back all 4 items in my order, and they only refunded me for two of them??
complete nonsense tbh. I've emailed and still no proper response. Feels like they just pick and choose what to refund. not happy t all

Quick delivery, nice clothing

I sent back all 4 items items in my order for a refund. They only refunded for half of them. Complete nonsense!

Very quick shipping! I purchased and within two hours my order had been processed with a shipping label.

Do not by from this website!
I order a big amount of clothes for a big amount of money.. haven’t received order and trying to contact a customer service, it’s been almost two months now and all i receive is ,,we will look into this today’’ until I have to chase them as I they never get back to me… the answer is always the same. They will look into it. So no money no order, horrible customer service.

please be careful with these scammers. don't buy anything from them, i ordered a package almost a month ago, customer service is crap and good for nothing. some joe answers who doesn't help with ANYTHING. i don't have a package or money. you are thieves, they couldn't give me any information or find out what was happening with my package, from the very beginning there were problems with them because first my discount didn't work and then they didn't want to cancel the order. shame on you and give me my money back. i promise i won't let this matter go.

my experience with missy empire was very good, great quality clothing and fast delivery

Next day delivery came on time, the jacket was perfect exactly as pictured absolutely no complaints

Mein Paket nach drei Wochen noch nicht da

Paid 5.99£ for NDD and my parcel still hasn’t turned up 4 days later

Order shows delivery by DHL
I never received any updates from Missy Empire, to cause me to look out for the package

When I go on the DHL site. I am unable to get proof of delivery!

Perfect dress, fits absolutely perfect! And a bargain! Came the next day even though I didn’t pay for next day delivery! 10/10

The sale items in my wishlist were available and other puece were easy to find. I got a voucher for my loyalty on top of sale prices.

Absolutely furious. Paid for next day delivery, received 4 days later. Order 5 items got 2 and they are dragging their heels doing anything about it. Send me a picture of the wrapper. I did that. I also sent a picture of the delivery driver handing the parcel to me and you can tell there is definitely not 5 items in there. They ate talking me they weigh the parcels when they are shipped so why 5 days later still no reply. Tomorrow I will be going to my bank for a refund and I will be reporting them.
