MISSYEMPIRE Arvostelua

Joe from the customer service team is fantastic - responds within an hour or sometimes even minutes and will resolve anything super quick 5 star service 🌟

Sent back 3 items ! Yet they only gave me a refund back for 2 and claim the third item was not sent back even thought it was!!

I live in the Isle of Man and was on holiday in Manchester. Ordered a parcel for Saturday delivery to my hotel in Manchester, as I was leaving Sunday night.
Did not receive my parcel in time, went back to IoM without it. Contacted Missy Empire and Yodel that I will no longer be at the delivery address, they still delivered it 2 days later to the wrong place and when I contacted ME CS, they provided me with a screenshot where Yodel said it’s been delivered even though that was my complaint and then went on to promise they will claim from insurance for this and then REJECTED my claim after providing all necessary evidence. That it was late and delivered to a place I was no longer at when I’d told them both I’d no longer be there 2 days prior, and then not compensated at all. They stole my money.

The quality is not as good as expected, especially for the price.
The green bodysuit was the only item that was semi decent, the leathers trousers aren’t worth the money, they aren’t as thick as the good pairs are and the tops aren’t worth the money either. Overall, not happy. The jeans and leather trousers are the same size yet the jeans were too tight and the leathers were a tad too big??
The top with the buckles doesn’t stop riding up either and it’s tight so I know it’s not too big or anything. And the feather cuffed top is some sort of Lycra/workout material which is odd.

Fast shipping and the website is very easy to use . One helpful comment is I wish u where able to view ur cart before buying instead of it taking u straight to check out

Missing order!! Can you please give me my order back? You charge on my creditcard and I did not get my item

Products arrive really quickly. Perfect if you need to buy something last minute. Great quality, Overall excellent online shopping experience.

I'm tall so I can't wear most of the outfits but there are quite beautiful pieces ❤️

I still have not received my order that I ordered for next day delivery on 9th March! Nor have I received any response to my first email. I want this order to be cancelled, a refund issued and a complaint logged. This is awful service.

Extremely quick service. Ordered standard delivery and arrived within a day. Product to value ratio is better than most online brands

Wrong items sent and cheap quality material will definitely not be back.

Excellent customer service from Joe. My query was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Great sizing, customer service, selection and delivery times!!

Quick delivery for next day but the coat smelt so weird for the first few days

Website easy to use ,fast delivery, great product.

Perfect delivery time and perfect quality clothes!

Received a ripped item and the only solution was that they cannot do anything about it. I explained them that the clothes are of very poor quality and I was very disappointing but they don’t seem to care. Will definitely not be ordering again and I suggest you do the same!

Amazing quality super fast delivery and so straight forward

First time shopping with MissyEmpire, and I can honestly say I will definitely shop here again! Everything is lovely quality and true to size
