I think it's a very small company because after 2 months they refund my money on PayPal. Slow support and many items they haven't in stock.

I bought a Huawei phone in this store and everything went very well. Good communication with the seller, very fast delivery, well packaged and product with a great price! It can not be better. 5 stars, no doubt!

Write another one feedback for that company minideal.net . They answer me before 2 days and said they sent me a new phone. I waiting for 8 months and now want to send me a stock phone from warehouse. I pay 185$ for a new phone and the Chen Rasel I think is the name with that I speak want send me old phone don't buy from that company.

Long time ago I bought a xiaomi redmi note 2, supposed to be english version but I get chinese. Price was much cheaper for chinese but i paid for english. Be cerful...

I bought a xiaomi mi4c on 10 October 2016. I received and the screen was flickering, i sent back but they didn't anything. Then I sent it for a second time but I still waiting to fix it. 9 months have elapsed since the market and I still have no phone in my hands. they make fun of me. I ask my money back and do not give it to me. The worst shop, the customer service is bad. Do not shop from them, there are many other shops

Not correct seller. They sell a broken phone and did not accept to replace or repair it!!!!

Once they send the product do not expect anything from them. Never cancel dispute in PayPal, better recover the money and make a new order.

I have bought 3-4 phones from them and both the buying experience and the phones themselves have been excellent and exactly what I was expecting..

I am from GREECE. I bought from that site a phone MEIZU MX4 PRO which had problem with graphics which means the gpu had problem. I communicate with them with e mail,after their request i sent videos to show that problem. They told to sent it back to CHINA to fix the problem as i did. Then they sent back to me but the problem in gpu remained. They told to sent it back for second time and that happened and 3RD TIME!!! They didnt do nothing, they didnt fix the problem and they didnt sent me new phone because it was obviously that the phone is crearly malfunction. Their behavior was unprofessional. Dont buy anything from them! They are amateurs!!!

5 times i bought from the store. The 4 times the items were as expected. The 5th time there was a problem, i sent it back, and they replaced it when they took it back. Compare to other chinese stores i trust it mostly.

I have purchased a Meizu MX5 since May. After two weeks I have received it. It was DOA (dead on arrival). I have opened a dispute in Paypal and started a communication through Paypal with Minideal. Minideal representative guaranteed that upon receipt of the problematic phone they would exchange it with a brand new right away. On that frame I didn’t escalate this to Paypal and this way my biggest mistake. Be aware that after you create a dispute in Paypal and you don’t escalate this to Paypal in order for them to decide then after 20 days Paypal automatically closes the dispute and you will never be able to re-open this for the specific dispute. So now I have no support from Paypal, hence minideal does not send me any phone. They keep telling me “Dear customer you have to wait for a new replacement” even though they do not provide any specific date. They are common thieves. After contacting Meizu on my own I received a reply that the phone was flashed wrongly so they do not provide any replacement. So Minideal in order to avoid bearing the cost of the mobile they keep telling me lies. 220 euros were thrown in the garbage. Avoid them!! Never trust them. Select other sites instead of Minideal

I had a mobile phone from them. It broke down in two months and sent to the service. I sent it in December 2015.It is end of July 2016 and I still have not received anything. They sent me tracking number and the consignment has not been for more than two months. There is no information.I have paid for a phone and i have no phone!!!

Don't even think of buying from them! I bought 5 phones and I sent them specific instructions. They don't speak English, they gave me different price offers and they sent me the wrong color. They kept of lying that they sent me free cases to compensate for their mistake. Total disappointment. I feel like I bought cheap phones off the street!!! If you expect any kind of service just stay away from these crooks!!!!

Everything went ok,my phone came in just 11 days perfectly working and with all the requests i made,minideal was answering very fast to my emails.6 stars.

I have ordered one phone since 9 of April.There was a problem with the package.For the last three weeks all I get from minideal is "Wait a litle longer" when I ask them until when I should wait the dont answer.I am very disapointed.I payed for a phone and I dont have a phone.(Order # 100156026) .If they solve my problem I will let you know.

product broke down in six months and sent to the service. I sent in november 2015. I still have not received anything. They sent me trakinkg number and the consignment has not been for two months. There is no information. Is that worse. Never again there.

One after one year, other after just few months, tried to complain about another one, no success... Hope they will imrove their service after customers' chance to review them which wasn't case before.

I was a bit worried by all the negative reviews. However I ordered from a remote island in Greece (Leros) and in 11 days I had my redmi note 3 pro with everything promised inside (case glass google apps). I did not expect that much and was very impressed by the service! I dont know if I was lucky but after this experience I would definitely recomend this site to anyone.

This shop sold me defective smartphone. They asked me to sent it back so i did it (Track number RE479455829GR ) and after 3 months waiting i received it back. The phone had the same problem. I contact again to the shop and they ask me to resent the phone for replace!!! I sent it back again (Track number RE479463666GR). Now 3 months have been passed and this shop refused to replace it or refund my money. I payed 550 USD. Stay away from minideal.net
