Nuumobile Arvostelua 8

I purchased a cellphone from Nuu mobile on February 9 and still haven't received the phone. They refuse to give me a refund because they shipped it through a third-party shipper and therefore it is "not their responsibility". How does a company operate like this? NuuMobile refuses to put a trace on the item. Absolutely do not purchase anything from this company. I will now report them to the BBB.

The phone is shit. Its been on the charger (out the box) for about 40 minutes, and its still at 0%. screw this company, screw chinese products, maybe the biased consumer market is a good thing after all. After all that bs it doesn't even work with ATT after being marketed as fully unlocked. This company is a scam.

Pretty junky customer service. First time I had an issue took a month to convince them there was something actually wrong, and then it took two more months for them to actually do something about it. Second time I had an issue, they never got back to me. Despite follow-ups from my side.

Nuu mobile is a great company, the people who have problems with their phones are incompetent. I haven't had any problems with them except for the fact that the app close by themselves sometimes but this is caused by another app I have installed on my phone. The phone is fully functional and I ordered the B20 5G pro. what more can you expect from a $169 phone? The previous NUU I had died out but that's because of wear and tear for over a year that I had it. The other reviewers on here make me think it's hard to satisfy them regardless of pricing. And this phone has 5G which is great and the battery lasts a long time! I've even dropped it a couple times and it doesn't even break, it is such a sturdy phone! Another issue I had that was outside of Nuumobile's control was getting it delivered to me on time. The USPS took so long to deliver it I was highly disappointed, but once I got my package I was very satisfied. It's a good product, Idk why someone would buy an iphone for when there's this on the market.

I was promised a free cellphone case with my purchase of one of their phones and when I tried to collect they said they were out of them. They have never had them in stock since.

hate it that there are no update s and get stuckt on android 8.

I got a phone that was broken from day one, constantly deleting contacts. I sent it in TWICE to be fixed and the second time it wouldn't work with the internet or redownload my data like my contacts, which I'm assuming because it's not connecting. I tried to work with them and when their "solutions" failed to work I finally demanded a replacement, instead they had the audacity to ask me to try sending it in again to be "fixed." Each time has taken four weeks of me not having regular connection to the world so I've been basically two months without this phone and they can't seem to admit they gave me a bad phone and need to replace it, not "fix" it again.
