Worse phone I've ever owned hands down i don't understand how a phones Internet can be slower than my tvs Internet when both connected to the WiFi this phone has nothing going for it apart from its smart looks I wouldn't even pay £9.99 for this

Motorola edge 40 recent update to new operating system 15 the connection especially Bluetooth is absolutely appalling. I have a hearing aid paired with my mobile but it's not connecting to allow me to adjust the sound levels just saying no hearing aids. Also videos constantly stopping part of the way through wish I had declined update. The help system at Motorola is no HELP what so ever. Think it's time for a new mobile

Brought a phone moto e15, from Argos, phone very slow, went to return it, Argos wouldn't accept it back, said sell it as second hand, Motorola said nothing they can do as it is up to Argos, so left with a useless phone and rubbish customer service from both Motorola and Argos

I have a Motorola g 5g 2024 and it constantly has people in the background when I put it up to my ear unless I turn off AI or a couple other settings. It has to do with some of the certificates I think and it's the worst price of crap I have ever owned. Constantly the verification codes do not work, not ever. I would not recommend it to my Rottweiler.

Moto G24 mobile Used last 1 year. it is very Nice. I have used for YouTube vlog purpose. Hohem iSteady Mobile Plus Kit, Smartphone Gimbal Stabilizer also used to this mobile. It is very nice. Camera & Mic very super. But the above mentioned gimbal with external mic not able to fit in USB, the gimbal not able to manage.

Motorola edge 40 bang on the buck it's fast great camera slick design some Great quirky features after researching I took the plunge and bought it super happy easy to set up I'm a oldie and at 57 not at all tech minded so for a fast slick phone this is as good as any would go as far to say it beats my Samsung hands down

La peor decisión comprando dispositivos la he tenido con Motorola/Lenovo.

Tras gastarme 1000€ en el "Falseship" Edge 30 Ultra empezaron los problemas desde el día uno.

Aclarar que he comprado el terminal a Motorola directamente desde Europa en su web ficial. Aclarar también que el pago se hizo a Luxemburgo, paraíso fiscal, así nos ahorramos los impuestos de cada país...Bien

Los problemas empezaron, por poner un ejemplo, cuando en la web de Motorola, en la descripción del dispositivo se anuncia un cargador inalámbrico oficial de Motorola, que Motorola no vende en ninguna parte de toda su web oficial (en ningún país!). Empresas chinas de terceros sí lo venden por el contrario. Entonces estamos ante un claro y flagrante caso de Publicidad engañosa, un método de márketing con el que atrapar a futuros compradores.

El eje central de este terminal era el apartado fotográfico/video. La lista de problemas que la cámara tiene es interminable. Todos los usuarios lo hemos descrito en eso que llaman "Soporte", enviando muestras de lo que sucede, uno tras otro usuario desde el día uno enviando reportes y muestras de los errores, exactamente hace hoy un año desde que comenzó este viaje ácido.

Cuando un usuario reporta un problema no se da una respuesta técnica sino que los Moto agentes y el administrador, llamémosle mmm...Señor naranja o zanahoria, ya que no queremos usar el nombre de Dios en vano, simplemente usan respuestas copia/pega (Ésto sucede en todos los soportes de todos los modelos de Motorola y desde que Motorola fue comprada por Lenovo, años atrás...AÑOS. Leyendo los foros de soporte se da buena fe de lo que digo, no como los farsantes y burlones empleados de la página de soporte de Motorola).

Unas respuestas absurdas para el usuario que lo único que sirven es para darles tiempo a Moto que te canses de ellos y no vuelvas por soporte y desistas al fin de obtener un soporte real... O que la garantía venza su plazo, con lo que ya se lavan las manos por su parte.

UNA ESTRATEGIA DE LO MÁS SOSPECHOSA LEGALMENTE HABLANDO.

Cuando un usuario se pasa, por poner un ejemplo, un año advirtiendo los mismos errores, una y otra vez y los agentes y el señor Zanahoria, deciden que ya es suficiente de quejas, que los demás usuarios no deben ver lo que ellos no quieren que vean, LA VERDAD...

...TE BANEAN LA CUENTA, POR QUEJARTE TODOS LOS DÍAS DE LO MISMO YA QUE NO HAY ARGUMENTOS.

Esa es la estrategia de márketing engañoso, de soporte nulo, de prácticas ilegales, de fraude, de robo a cara descubierta que Motorola usa, delegando el soporte a unos inútiles dictadores, en lo que respecta a "Soporte" Sólo le dan vueltas a los problemas de los usuarios respondiendo vagamente, cuando responden, porque también les gusta desaparecer,hasta que la garantía expira, el cansancio del usuario es patente porque han pasado meses o incluso un año en el que noo ha habido respuesta por parte de Soporte o el baneo sin explicaciones llegan.

El año pasado compré dos terminales para mis padres, que JAMÁS ACTUALIZARON FIRMWARE NI UNA VEZ! Y TAN SOLO DOS PARCHES DE SEGURIDAD. A mi me ha sucedido ésto con la cámara rota del móvil de 1000 Euros, el cargador fantasma que existe pero no venden, pero publicitan engañosamente y la experiencia de usuario en su web de soporte, que me da la risa llamarlo así, de verdad. Lo que los caraduras del Señor Oxido y sus secuaces llaman trabajar.

Antiguamente siempre usé Motorola montones de dispositivos, casi todos lo fueron, pero la confianza en estos caraduras se acabó.

ACASO PIENSAN ESOS GENIOS DEL MÁRKETING Y DE LAS PRÁCTICAS ILEGALES, INCLUYENDO EL FORO DE SOPORTE DEL FASCISTA Y DICTADOR Mr. ZANAHORIA, QUE LOS USUARIOS COMO YO DESPUÉS DE ÉSTO LE VAMOS A SEGUIR PAGANDO UN SUELDO?.

SI SE CREEN QUE A LOS USUARIOS LOS PUEDEN ROBAR DOS VECES ES QUE SON MUY INCAUTOS O LES FALTA UNOS MINUTOS DE COCCION.

APARTE, LA TINTA ELECTRÓNICA CORRE EN LA ERA DIGITAL DONDE EN CADA PARTE DE LA WEB, FORO, BLOG, CANAL, ETC. QUE SE NOMBRE A MOTOROLA ALGUIEN PUEDE ABRIRLE LOS OJOS A UN FUTURO COMPRADOR...BIEN PENSADO MOTOROLA. VIVIR RÁPIDO SIGNIFICA UNA MUERTE RÁPIDA.

DESDE LUEGO NI MI FAMILIA, AMIGOS, NI NADIE QUE PIDA UNA RECOMENDACIÓN ACABARÁN POR COMPRAR A ESTOS LADRONES DESCARADOS.

Phones seem great when first released, with promises of updates to newer versions of Android. But when the updates arrive they make your phone a nightmare because the update introduces problems like slow charging, overheating, video flickering, sound problems etc. Seems like nobody at Motorola bothers to fully test their software and they seem to not care. A lot of these bugs have been reported for months and there is no sign of a fix for ANY of them. Seach the web for Motorola Edge 30 Bug Tracking XDA and see what sort of bug-filled future awaits you if you make the mistake to buy a Moto phone! Oh, and it nags you daily to update to the latest bug-filled problematic software version. Avoid Motorola/Moto phones. By the way this is my 2nd Moto phone and both were like this. I should have learned.

Tengo hace 3 meses con Motorola g20, el tema de la batería es excelente pq dura muchísimo, pero de un tiempo para acá se ha puesto muy lento y teniendo espacio aun en el almacenamiento

Would rate a minus number if it were possible. I have 2 Moto phones. They are both pieces of junk. I will never buy another Motorola product in my life. My US, Moto G 5G phone is terribly inconsistent. This includes the notifications (works sometimes), texts & phone calls not being able to go through too often. And recently I started getting ads on my phone every time it is picked up and occasionally when it is on the table resting. Unbelievable, So I attempted to Chat with them. This was as painful as fighting with the phone. I get the human on the line and he(?) wants to read what transpired, all 3 sentences. After 3-4 minutes I am Hello? anybody there? Replies, yes is this your email in case we are disconnected? Yes. Can we get to it? After another 3 minutes I thanked them and left as I have other things to do besides being treated like dog C%*p by a company that has substandard manufacturing specifications
