Not responsive customer service. I got my product though.

Needed an ASUS motherboard replacement. The image on the site didn't represent the actual motherboard listed, so I asked them to confirm that the listing was for the proper motherboard with the correct CPU and GPU.

I left 2 inquiries in the messagebox on their website. Never got anything back from those. Emailed all 3 customer service emails and only 1 of them responded: Bruce. He was of little help and just said "we don't have that part" with no elaboration.

I emailed back asking why the hell then is their website selling them for $500 and listing 100+ in stock if they have 0, and he said that the stock listed is for all ASUS models. So basically their site is just lying to you and you can't actually trust what you see on it. Dodged a bullet with this one.

I ordered a battery about a month ago and have not received it and there are no answers from the company, I emailed them twice, called three times but they continue to hang up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SAVAGES unless you are extremely wealthy. CROOKS! and that's being nice.

Just horrible customer service. First, there is no phone number anywhere. So you can't call the company at all. For starters, that's always poor customer service. Second, they say email them if you have any questions. But I've emailed them twice and absolutely ZERO response from this company.

I've ordered a hardrive about a month and half ago and never received it. It says it has been successfully delivered (at the wrong address). I sent many emails and even called them multiple times. Nobody answered me. I asked for a refund. No answer yet either. It seems like a scam.

I ordered a replacement part for my laptop only receive an email a few hours later telling me that there was a website error, that the item was out of stock, and that they were issuing a full refund. I wasn't particularly happy about not being given the option to have them hold onto my order and ship the part when it became available, but fine. I could bookmark the page and check in periodically.

So, I went to do precisely that, and lo and behold, they had already changed the listing, but NOT to indicate that the part was out of stock. Rather, the listing was changed to a new price - nearly double what I paid. Apparently, they also have 100+ of them ready to ship. No indication whatsoever that the item was out of stock, as I was told.

I'd like to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it seems shady as hell. I'd stay away. It's possible they have no idea how to manage their website, but let's be clear: they abruptly cancelled my order (without even asking if I'd like to wait) and within the span of only a few hours changed the listing to reflect a massive price increase, rather than add an out of stock notification. I have a hard time believing that this was just another website error.

Update: Apparently, the new price reflects the price charged by another seller. In other words, the original seller is out of stock, and the new seller charges more. Of course, there's no way to verify this explanation. The website lacks any information about the actual seller (e.g., like you'd find on Newegg or similar site), so my recommendation to avoid this website remains the same. The transparency just isn't there.

Bought a new pair of hinges for my old but favorite Lenovo Yoga 13. Took about a month to arrive to Denmark but well-worth the wait. Thank you for making it possible to repair instead of just toss away 'n buy anew.

Acts like a scam site.

Got my order with shipping tracking, when in my country a then to another European country and then send back with status "UNDELIVERABLE - RETURNED TO SENDER"

Laptopkey.com and laptopinventory.com seams to be likned.

Confronted an got a reply that whey well send another.. still waiting after a month.
