Absolutely shocking company! Ordered a tracksuit online for £120 on the 13th November and still haven't received it, contacted the company and they advised me to track it, when I explained their was no tracking and the item says delivered but not to me it hasn't, they then asked me to fill in a form in which I did but since I haven't received any response despite sending 5 emails and waiting nearly 3 weeks!!!! AVOID!!!!

Bought a tracksuit in Black Friday sale (20/11/24) and I still haven’t received it (09/12/24). Says preparing for shipping but “tracking number” they provided for Royal Mail isn’t valid. Emailed them and they sent me an email with link to track order, I type in the order number and it says “cannot find order”. This is a complete joke. I opened a dispute with my bank and demanded the funds back as this is considered fraud. I see a few others had similar experiences where they didn’t get a response for ages, or delivery never came and they never got a refund either so I’m hoping my bank can help me out on this one. Overall as a first time customer I am highly displeased and will never return to shop here again that’s for sure.

Bought a coat in what was advertised as BLACK FRIDAY sale for £97.99 (£101inc delivery) (purchased on the Wednesday)
It dropped to £59.99 on Friday so I emailed to ask if at all I could have a slight refund or I would have to send item back so I could order at the cheaper price.
They replied saying they would not issue a refund if the item had gone in the sale.
I then asked for the return details to which they replied ending with a smiley face (to me that screams sarcasm)
I have sent the item back & will purchase from a brand that will be more empathetic given the current climate of money worries

I ordered it from Spain, in five days I receive it in perfect coniditions and top quality. Totally recomended.

Avoid! Currently in a back and forth with customer services because I can't cancel my order even though it's sitting at unfulfilled. I accidentally ordered a set not realising it was a zip up hoodie instead of over the head. (Neurodivergent child) Customer services are completely unhelpful!!

Absolute nightmare!!
Ordered my son a puffer jacket on the 11/11/24, was told 2-4 days arrival time. 20/11/24 today and still not received it. The parcel has not moved from its place on the tracker for the past 5 days. I’ve emailed them a number of times, the one reply i received was to say sorry, hope u have received it as we speak. No i have not. Not heard from them since. This will be my first and last time i shop with mercier.

Ordered many times from mercier as both of my teenage children wear and love their clothing! Never ever had any issues and will continue to be a customer.

I am absolutely appalled at the disgraceful experience I’ve had with your company. The product you sent me is nothing but a pile of cheap garbage, a complete joke compared to what was advertised. It’s insulting to think you believe customers wouldn’t notice such blatant false advertising.

But that’s not even the worst part. When I rightfully demanded a refund for this terrible item, your so-called “customer service” team not only refused but also had the audacity to accuse me of wearing the product! This accusation is completely false and an absolute insult to my integrity. The product still had its tags and was returned in the exact condition I received it—unworn and untouched. To make such baseless claims just to avoid refunding me is disgraceful and shameful behavior.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, I am STILL waiting for any meaningful response from your team. Do you think ignoring your customers will make the problem go away? Let me tell you—your lack of urgency, refusal to address the issue, and complete lack of professionalism are beyond unacceptable.

This is hands down the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I feel completely scammed, mistreated, and disrespected. NEVER buy a product from this company unless you enjoy wasting your money, being accused of things you didn’t do, and being treated with utter contempt.

You owe me a full refund and a sincere apology—though frankly, after this disaster, I doubt you’re even capable of something so basic. Fix your policies, retrain your staff, and stop treating your customers like garbage, or I guarantee you’ll lose more than just one customer.

Ordered a hoodie for my daughters birthday using the size guide. Unfortunately on opening the hoodie on her birthday the item was too small and smaller than the size guide showed online. Contacted customer services who said because it was over 14 days (23 days) I could not return or exchange even though their size guide was incorrect. I offered to pay the postage cost but they would not help me and ignored further contact. Opened a PayPal dispute still waiting to hear.
Will not use this company again.

this was a gift for my granddaughters birthday she loved it was gonna get her the black for xmas but was sold out boo hoo

Great product and very quick and efficient delivery.

Placed order by accident, I needed to change something on the order but pressed buy instead of update. Contacted them through the website and also replied to the order email within a few minutes.
Replied about 12 hours later saying sorry too late order already processed, on checking it was processed only moments before they sent the email.

Very poor customer service and will not be using this site again.

You have obviously not read the review.
1. You processed the order then emailed saying sorry already processed. It was a genuine mistake on my part but that doesn't matter.
2. Order processed at 09:02 and ready for shipping at 15:24, picked up 09:57 next day!!! but couldn't help.
3. You should have a way to cancel and order online while it's still pending. So I ordered at 21:08, that would have given me almost 12 hours to cancel.

Then I could have fixed my issue and ordered correctly.

So the 1 star review is for bad customer service not promptness of replying to emails.
Could have easily cancelled and refunded before sending out.

Ordered a tracksuit that unfortunately never was delivered, have been waiting for nearly three weeks for a refund and customer services very rarely respond to any emails.

Save your money!!

My son absolutely loves his wind breaker and only having been doored away for a good few months has now got it out to use again for the winter only to have the zip break and fall apart. He is absolutely gutted and so upset after storing it away since Feb and getting to us it again recently. So disappointed especially for the cost paid.

They're size guide was all wrong. I ordered well over 500$ worth of stuff and everything was too small. In order to get a refund it was costing me 300$ to ship it back which they don't cover. I will not recommend shopping with them

Ordered some trousers from their website and got sent two sizes smaller then what I ordered, I emailed them about the mistake and they said that I can have a refund and they will pay for postage once they have received, it took me over a month and constant chasing up with emails to get a refund and now refund had been processed, but I didn’t get the refund for the postage, don’t think I will bother with the hassle of ordering again.

This was my first time ordering with Mercier. Ordered a hoodie for my teenage son who had bought the jogging bottoms from JD sports. Unfortunately they were a completely different colour so had to return. But the whole process was great service the reason I only gave 4 stars is that you have to pay for returns.
