My order was not delivered I have complained and been waiting over a month! for any offer of a refund. Mercier have sent me information to complain to Royal Mail (which I have done) but honestly I have had to chase and chase them! Still not even an apology from Mercier, just been made to feel like I have done something wrong and still almost £200 down! Will not be using again, I say stick with other brands who value their customers and don’t leave 16 year olds without their birthday presents

Great website, quality clothing. The wind breaker was well made and quite thick . Delivery good also recommend...

Ordered a tracksuit from
Foot asylum fits perfect looks good really good quality. Ive ordered another tracksuit of their website so im hoping all is well as the few reviews claiming holes in clothing and wrong sizes sent. If i receive the correct items ill be happy(Edit- order arrived within 2 days perfect fit correct sizes excellent quality very happy with it will definitely order from here again) 👍😍👌🤩💯

I really like the brand but the customer service is awful.
I bought three different items and one of them was too big for me.
Had to send it back with my own money. So I used 48 hours tracking service.
The item was delivered to the wear house since then I have been sending emails every single day no response.
This is ridiculous and terrible customer service!!!

My order has not arrived, on the date of the experience I specified when I placed the order

I always order my daughters clothes straight from the company rather than stores over here as I find it cheaper , never had an issue always speedy delivery and fantastic quality of clothes they wash lovely . Hoodies are my daughters fave as they are so thick and warm she also loves the vests , shorts and joggers . Constant emails to to tell me where my order is and when it should arrive , sizing is spot on. I really can't fault the company all our orders have been positive with no problems what so ever

**edit: since posting this review, Mercier have been in touch and completed a partial refund for the item due to it not being in stock anymore - I am very happy with their communication and with the other items**

Items sent in good time but one of them had a hole in. I emailed Mercier - no reply. I messaged them through Messenger - no reply.

Another item was too big - I had used the size guide.

Will not use again unless I get some sort of contact from the company.

Helaas al 2 maanden nu in afwachting van levering of anders geld terug, helaas. Wordt er erg verdrietig van. Veel geld voor helemaal niks.

Where do I start!!!! My item arrived and I ordered xl and they sent xs so I had to pay out of my own pocket to sent the item back even tho it was there fault, then apparently they didn't receive it so wouldn't send me a replacement, because I did send it tracked and I didn't have a tracking reference number, but I sent proof from my bank that I sent it. So here we are £50 down and nothing to show for it, no phone number or manager to speak to "only email" !!! The company is a joke as I stated in my emails it was my 14 year sons birthday money, so I hope they feel happy ripping off a kid!!!

The website is easy to use, delivery was quick and product are absolutely amazing 🙂

I order a puffer jacket that i really liked and I was really excited for it to arrive, i waited like 1 week in a half for it to come in my country, no problem, when it got to my city courier, he said that he tried to reach me but couldn’t and the address is wrong, i called the firm and it was wrong, they didn’t call me and the package came from Mercier with a black tape on top of the box and they couldn’t see the address, and I recalled it so i can get my money back, and has been more than 1 month since i placed the order and i still don t have my money or the jacket, because they have a stupid contract with p2p trackpack that they can t send the packages back to mercier until they have a lot of them, wich is absolutely stupid.
