Placed an order during the Black Friday sale & paid for next day delivery.

Mercier sent the parcel however, it never arrived. I emailed them to ask whwre it was and they replied itnhad been "damaged in transit" & once it was returned to them they would re send it back to me. Despite a number of emails to mercier ALL were ignored until the beginning of December where they stated they have refunded my money. Now whilst I appreciated my money has been refunded I was without the 7 items I'd purchased costing nearly £200 and mercier still ignoring my emails regarding a complaint.

Absolutely shocking customer service and despite being a customer who regularly orders from Mercier I won’t ever use them again.

What’s even scarier is they are only going to be selling online from now on. They might need to think about improving their customer service before that happens!

Super ... first time using the website ... ordered 3 items as gifts for Xmas. Everything arrived very promptly and was as described and of good quality. Would use again.

Didn’t receive my item as the address to be delivered to was incorrect. Literally paid for a free tracksuit set. Thought i would be purchasing more but was not supported by the team. Asked for a refund or to re send the item to the correct address but was denied.

Excellent quality clothing. Arrived quickly and sizings are excellent. Items were beautifully packaged. Bought as a christmas gift for my grandson and his face said it all Christmad morning. A very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend!

I emailed about exchanging for a larger size, the emails kept coming through in the wrong format with the writing being duped over by the reply making it unreadable, I’ve since returned the items with a note inside explaining and have emailed since and still had no reply, no replacement clothing or any money deposited back into my account.

Mercier charged me £20 for shipping so I emailed them to get them to refund it. They replied by saying there wasn’t free shipping during the Black Friday sale.

Only trouble for Mercier is that I have a screen shot saying my postage was free! I sent them the screenshot and you guessed it, they didn’t reply to my email. I chased them again a week later, and then again a week later and of course no replies.

I ordered a men's paisley jacket at the discount price of £24.99 19th December 2024 and for next day delivery. It came today 20th December 2024 which I used my rewards points for next day delivery, I am happy with the service and also the item, even though it is for men I liked it for myself and fits perfectly. Lovely jacket. Thank you mercier team

Can not believe that mercier are robbing folks by not returning their money when they return. If u went to a shop selling mercier you'd be able to get a refund! It's ridiculous that your taking folks money just for your own greed.....u deserve to be on tv ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

I had no problems,with the order ,the joggers a bit long for my daughter ,but she likes the brand,i do try and buy the items when reduced as unfortunately i cant afford the full prices on some ,the items seem good ,i wash them inside out in a cool wash and they havent faded,the last orders i got are for christmas so she will be happy.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Have sent numerous emails about my refund and no reply. Absolute joke of a company. Worst CS I have dealt with. Just so you know it’s against the law to keep someone’s money when they have sent the items back to you. I’m now going to my bank and will be reporting them to trading standards. They need closing down!! Thing is they only reply to positive comments on here don’t care about sorting out unhappy customers. You are a joke!!

Scammers the lot of them. 6 weeks and ten emails later I am yet to recieve my refund or my money back for this. 60£ down the drain and there are no contact further than an email they clearly ignore. I have been trying to get into contact from November 19th.

I placed an order on 30th of November, this was a Christmas present for someone and thought I'd be giving myself plenty of time for it to arrive. The order showed as "Confirmed" and I got the confirmation email thanking me for my order and by the 9th of December, there had been no update at all. I sent an email asking what was happening with my order, and asked for an update. I got no response at all, and 11th of December sent another email chasing them again, advised them I would be contacting my bank because I had not received any feedback or the goods but they had taken my money for the order. I received a response advising my order had been cancelled due to out of stock items. I have replied asking, "when will I receive my refund?" Radio silence again...their service is poor I would not recommend them, I will never order from their website again and will tell my friends and family not to order through them either due to bad service.

Great service easy to use the website delivery took about a week used a few times now all in all it's a great service
