I ordered a tracksuit but for some reason they sent me a completely different size to what I ordered I ordered a large and received a small when I tried to contact the customer service team their replies took an excessively long time and when I eventually got a return label it was one that can’t be printed off at a Royal Mail Drop to point and needs printing elsewhere which is another waste of my time due to their poor customer service and organisation skills. I feel like I am being scammed as they are not refunding or even allowing me to return the item nor are they offering a resolution due to their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend ordering as customer service is rubbish and the items are in the incorrect sizes

Not happy . No customer service to speak to only email and they take absolutely age to respond!! No online chat or anything if you have a problem! Customer pays for return postage . This is meant to be a premium brand but really is not good and puts me off buying from this company online again! Bought a jacket. Yet has. Hole in it. I’m now having to pay to send it back even though it’s not my fault AND they won’t respond. If you like Mercier, then buy In shops but I think I will not bother wearing this brand in future which is ashame as EVERYDAY I wear Mercier products and always promoting them but this has put me right off!!

Brought a coat for my grandson and Royal Mail left on my doorstep in view of the public, this was never received. Mercier refused to help or respond to Royal Mail as per the correct claims process

I ordered 2 tops for my son for Christmas. Easy to order and processed very promptly which we all appreciate at busy times like Christmas! My son really liked the clothes so would definitely order again!

Ordered a Jacket for my Daughter, so loves it. the fit was perfect and material is nice, it also arrived on time. I think the jacket could of been more puffy - its a little flat - even though on the picture it looks puffier.

Im absolutely in love with the jeans top and underwear i bought, dont be scared that they wont look as good as the picture because they 1000% do! Quick delivery, Fits perfect. Merrier is now my go too guys.

Never received order have sent emails to customer service and NO response. Apparently the parcel was left on my doorstep which is on a main road helpful. Bought for xmas present

Didn't receive two of the five items ordered emailed loads of times with no response really bad company

Customer service have been so helpful, when I mixed up my order, they emailed straight back to correct the order. My order was then return back m, due to an incorrect address. Customer service helped again by sending this back out to me, in time for Christmas. Very helpful & responsive.

Everything was great, quick delivery. A present for my niece as she loves Mercier.

Bought size small men’s shorts much smaller than usual size. Paid $35aud to return for exchange to only get a refund of original purchase price as they were out of stock. There was no communication of this. Ended up being about $60 out of pocket with no shorts. Do not recommend.

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of pants for my grandsons birthday. It was delivered in Denmark on time and everything was okay. I was well informed from your Company all the way.
By the way : My grandson was over the moon, when he opened the package 😊
