My grandson was very happy with it, but I thought it was a lot of money for what it was.posted to me very quickly. But still a lot of money.

Items were returned as they were too small, took over a month for them to acknowledge the return, then went on to ask me for proof that I had returned and proof of signature their end, it then took them a further two weeks to reply to me with a refund. When they did return they gave me a credit note to say that’s their policy, I’m now stuck with a credit note that I cannot use as their clothes are on the small size, I’m a size 12-14 and their large items will not fit. Awful customer services and they need to make it more clear they don’t offer refunds only credit note

loved the tracksuits so comfy and would recommend have bought many things from Mercier

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars , pre-ordered a OG hoodie to match the bottoms I had already ordered for Christmas only to get a phone call 5 days before Christmas to say they haven’t ordered enough stock .offered no discount on next order even though I emailed a number of times was just given the standard. sorry here is your refund not good enough . Won’t order from this company ever again . One very disappointed daughter

Very good brand love what I ordered just a shame that I can’t really wear the trackies as they are abit baggy for my liking tried matching the model but didn’t work sizes are off but nice tracksuit in all fast delivery also I must say

We bought a tracksuit for our 12 yr old for Christmas. She loves it! Great price and lovely blue colour.
It arrived quickly, I almost forgot id bought it.
Great size too. We are really happy with our purchase.
Washes well, will definitely be buying again when the wish arises.

Returned goods after Christmas after paying return postage (which was expected) to find that this company will not refund you the money but give you credit on your account instead. After I complained requesting refund to my original payment method they refuse and point to a disclaimer at the footer of their website. On checking there is, but this was not apparent or clear at the time of ordering, if it had of been clear I wouldn't have ordered from them. Even if you have ordered full price goods with sale ones they still will not even refund you for the full price items, only credit. Please be mindful of this, as I now have credit on account that I will not use as there is nothing on their website I now require, hence returning the goods and wanting a refund.

Delivery quick and efficient. Unfortunately one of the toggles on the hood has come unstitched so comes out of its eyelet housing where it should stay hidden. Son loves his new coat so couldn’t be bothered to exchange or complain as doesn’t really effect use. Just a slight quality issue but the rest of the coat is great👍🏼

Purchased on 29th 2024 Nov for Christmas and it was “unsuccessful” delivery but they never called me or left a message or come at the door to deliver. Now it’s 08 January 2025 and I still haven’t got a refund on my purchase even though my jacket got back to you guys in December..

Awful! Package (full tracksuit) said it was delivered & wasnt - been trying since beginning of December to get a proper reply form Mercier - when I wait days for a reply to say it is under investigation, no reply again for days even after I send numerous emails! Customer service is shocking!

I bought a track suit for my Grandsons Xmas present. He loved it delivery was prompt and item packaged well.

My son had seen the coat we ordered in the Stockport store however his size wasn’t in store I was directed towards the online shop and found ordering simple-the delivery was quick even though it was over the Xmas period.The quality of the product is excellent and has proved it’s worth especially during this cold weather!

Nice items, good quality. Great prices, especially with black friday deals/ sale prices. Great communication when there was a slight delay in delivery of my items. Quick refund applied when I had to return an item which did not fit. My daughter loves Mercier products, so we will definitely be purchasing again.

I have worst experience with Mercier because I have ordered two denims in November but I haven’t received yet and I mailed twice to the team of Mercier but they didn’t respond to that
