Purchased a varsity jacket as a gift for Christmas, returned the item back 27th December and still waiting for my refund we are now in February, I emailed Mercier back In January which they got back to me and informed they would issue refund that week and haven’t heard from them since. Still no refund!!

Customer service non estistant. Returned £176 of clothes which didn't fit my son... start of January a month later nothing. Recorded delivery they received it. But still no refund or credit note. Nobody replied to email or help section no number to call.. don't buy direct !!!

Brought daughter black MERCIER joggers for £30.00.
Material absolutely awful black material all over me house every where she walks.
This was also the same with hood Rich ones I also brought her for £25 why are these people using such crap cheap material…. wouldn’t mind if they cost £4.99 🤬

I bought 3 jackets my grandsons were very pleased so was I fantastic jackets and price no complaints Highly recommended thank you

I ordered my son a tracksuit for Christmas but it was too big so returned the next day. I have proof of return and it says it’s been delivered by Royal Mail. The company also reached out to me to ask what goods I was returning as they have my return notes which says the items were too big. I emailed them back quoting the items I was returning and they told me that they were processing my refund but it would take a bit of time as they have a huge backlog which I can understand as it was the Christmas period. However they have now emailed me saying that they will not refund my money back as they do not have my items which makes no sense as they had my return notes. This is totally unacceptable.

After reading lots of bad reviews after I had ordered, I was quite anxious waiting on my order for Christmas it did take a while however all arrived and the both tracksuits were excellent quality just oddly one was much smaller than the other even though they were the same size, I returned and received my refund for one no problems at all. For this reason I can't fault there customer service.

I was very pleased with my order, my grandson loves the hoodie and shirt. The best part is getting them from your company and England since we have relatives living there. Thank you for your products that young teenagers enjoy wearing.

Not happy with the customer service..
Before i ordered the jacket i wrote 3 times asking for more information about the sizes as there is not much about it on their webside, no reply at all from their customer service so i made the order based on the model they have in the website and its wrong as i am nearly same high and its way too small, so now they don't want to take responsibility for the return

Item never arrived back in November still waiting for some sort of outcome extremely poor customer service won't be purchasing ever again!!

The t-shirt material quality is very good and the design/fit was actually better than images provided. Love it 👍👌🏾

Parcel got delivered to wrong address over a month ago. Situation still hasn’t sorted out. No apology or refund and communication is terrible. Still waiting. Very disappointed. No phone number to speak to someone

My daughter was uber chuffed with her jogging bottoms. She was surprised that she had a cool pair of Mercier socks too.
Well made clothing lovely quality and great design on the joggers.

Terrible customer service!
Made an order beginning of December, week before Xmas it showed as delivered, I contacted customer service to say id not recieved and they replied saying it was left outside… and no response since even though I’ve stated I’ve not recieved.

Great product but didn’t fit way too big
Then couldn’t return it as I had no printer for the label to send back now out of pocket so not impressed
