Order wasn't right
Order wasn't right, I ordered wrong size. So had to return it and order correct size. No issues whatsoever with that process. All fine. Daughter loves the hoodie and has made mum buy her the trackie bottoms now too! I read on your reviews about poor delivery service... I don't understand, if you're not going to be in, get it delivered to a post office and collect it! Thats what i did and had zero issues by doing this. Don't rely on a delivery person to go the extra mile for you, they literally just deliver and go! Its not the sellers fault the delivery companies do this! Rate the delivery company as bad, not these guys, as their Merch is really good.

I had 2 orders one was posted through…
I had 2 orders one was posted through my letterbox and the other I had never received they said as both parcels were scanned they were delivered ! Had no help with this at all never got refund or items sent out again the picture of delivery was left in the garden! Won’t be ordering again

Used to like this company had ordered many times now an absolute shambles took loyalty points for a non existent delivery service from DPD now I have been waiting 10 days for my order not a single bit of communication regarding my order which I will be reporting as fraud to my bank,nice clothes however pathetic customer service ,zero communication now makes this clothing company not far off a scam now AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As you will have seen online and at checkout due to the warehouse move customers were advised there would be slight delays, I can also confirm you opted for Royal Mail delivery at checkout so if you redeemed your point for DPD this wouldn't have linked up, I can see your order has since been cancelled as per a request we received from you.

As you will be aware from our email trails we did raise an investigation on this with the courier, they rejected the claim due to the parcel being delivered.

Purchased a few things for my son, quality is fine. There doesn’t seem anyway to track your goods, other than download some other companies app (Shop). Downloading endless apps is annoying enough these days, especially some 3rd party company you need to share data with. Get your own tracking system or I’ll take my cash and data elsewhere.

Order #284842 confirmed but nothing
Order #284842 confirmed on 6th Feb but still says being processed. Delivery 5-7 days it says.
After getting in touch with them they did help resolve my issues and must have been because of warehouse moving. Would use again so thanks Mercier.

Original coat returned as branding started to come off after only a few wears. Sent it back immediately and two weeks later still waiting for new coat to arrive. Warehouse problems cited after having chased them. Poor handling. Poor customer service.
