Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. We signed up to this after someone visited our home address. We signed up to have products delivered every Tuesday & Friday and the first week went well. The second week they missed the Friday delivery, and I emailed to complain. I received a response on Monday that the driver would take pictures of the delivery over the next 2 weeks to deter future missed deliveries. The next delivery due on the Tuesday was also missed. I emailed first thing on the Wednesday to cancel the entire service as even though they state "cancel anytime, no commitment" there doesn't seem to be an option on their online portal to do so. My email was ignored, it is now Friday and we've received a delivery for milk which we had already asked to cancel. They are quick to take our money, but do not provide the services requested. This is now being escalated to a manager. Please do not waste your time and continue to use the supermarkets - there is no wonder these businesses are going out of business when they are so unreliable.

We're particularly sorry to learn that you've experienced multiple missed deliveries, which understandably led you to cancel your account. It's also concerning to hear that your email appears to have gone unanswered, resulting in a further delivery being made on Friday despite your request. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. We would like to investigate this matter further.
To arrange the closure of your account, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0330 555 5588 and select Option 4. We have also sent a request for further information so that we can look into what happened and identify where things went wrong.

I’m extremely disappointed with cancellation !
I’m extremely disappointed with how McQueens Dairies has handled my account.
I cancelled my subscription before moving house and I have evidence of the call. Despite this, I later started receiving demands for an outstanding balance of £3.80 relating to two deliveries that were apparently made after the account had been paused.
On 22 June I called your Credit Control team. Your adviser confirmed there was a record of my previous call and said he needed to listen to the recording to establish whether I had cancelled the service. He specifically told me that no further action was required from me while this was being investigated and that he would get back to me.
Nobody got back to me.
Instead, I continued receiving increasingly threatening payment demands saying the account would be escalated, additional costs could be added and further action could follow.
I tried to resolve this properly. I called. I was passed between people. I tried replying to your emails, only to find they came from a no-reply address. I used live chat. I asked repeatedly for a simple explanation of when these two deliveries were made and why I was being charged after requesting cancellation.
In the end, I have now paid the £3.80 — not because I accept that I owed it, but because I was fed up with the continuous demands and the stress of being threatened with escalation over £3.80 while your own team had supposedly been investigating my cancellation call.
The amount was never the issue. It was £3.80.
The issue is how a customer can repeatedly try to resolve a disputed charge, be told by your own Credit Control adviser that no action is required while it is investigated, receive no promised follow-up, and then continue to receive threatening collection letters.
I would still like McQueens Dairies to explain publicly or contact me directly with:
• The dates of the two alleged deliveries
• The address they were delivered to
• The outcome of listening to my cancellation call
• Why collection activity continued after I was specifically told it would not

I hope someone at McQueens Dairies actually takes ownership of this now, because customers should not have to pay a disputed amount simply to make repeated collection threats stop.

Their milk is scrumptious much creamier than my usual, it feels great to be helping a company that provides a quality products and supports the farming community. Glass bottles, what a blast from the past, I think the milk tastes much nicer. Pricing is simple and competitive.

Wrong house. Leaky bottles.
Received two bottles this morning which seemed leaky as they left milky marks on the doorstep. We don't have a contract with them. Tried neighbours and parallel street with same number. No joy. Phoned - Coventry, though we're Glasgow. Wanted my address though the prospective recipient was not relayed or checked during the call - data protection. I now have milky circles on the doorstep, my car door pockets and our fridge. I was told to keep it. Would not consider using them.

Wouldn’t recommend don’t bother wasting your time and money. They took forever to refund me cus the milkman smashed my bottles upon placing them down directly infront of my door (not even to the side) and then just left the smashed glass everywhere. He would’ve heard it smash as it was silent outside (even i heard it smash as i was awake at the time). Rude. And then he just walked away not cleaning it up. As well he walked away with one of my other full bottles. Maybe he panicked but i got no bottles and still waiting on my refund about six weeks laters. I cancelled immediately at the time and still no refund

While accidents can occasionally happen, the area should have been made safe and cleared up to help prevent any risk of injury or further inconvenience. In addition, it is particularly concerning that your refund request has still not been processed after six weeks. McQueen ignores customer health
We have been so far happy with McQueen, but have noticed that, rather than delivering the milk in the morning, they sometimes deliver the milk the previous night, around 11pm, as they did today 13 Aug 2026, without giving notice. How often has this happened without us noticing?
At this temperature, it is not safe to leave milk outside, and a complete lack of customer care.
