Good afternoon! I wanted to make a one-time order and try milk. Your dealer, Caleb, created an account and password for me on your website without my consent. I didn't ask for this. Of course, he was polite when placing the order. But I didn't like the aggressive commercial action of creating an account. I didn't ask for this. I canceled the order. Your company should think about its dealer policy for customers. I have many friends and young mothers with small children and babies. I would be happy to tell them about you. I would be a living advertisement for you. But alas... In my country, it's called: "You can't force someone to like you." My friends are bringing me milk from another dairy farm 15 minutes from my town. I wish you prosperity and profits 😀😀😀🐂🐂🐂🐂☕☕🥛🥛🥛🥛🥛

The delivery service is great and when going away it's easy to contact them to stop delivery I am hoping to add to my delivery

Easy to sign up, you can do everything online - EXCEPT LEAVE!! To cancel you have to phone them, they don't answer, I was on hold for 20 minutes with a very irritating song playing. Would not recommend signing up as its hard to cancel.

Firstly I have to say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this product but the company is driving me insane. Three times I complained about my delivery being left on my doorstep in full sun for the birds to peck at, despite the fact that there is a milk locker sitting there which we purchased from them. After the third complaint, and again getting up to find the milk left on the doorstep, I tried to call them to cancel my order because they do not allow you to do so on-line. After sitting 20 minutes on hold I gave up. I tried again later in the day and again gave up after being on hold for another 20 minutes. In frustration I went on-line and paused my delivery for as long as they allowed. I think it was about 6 weeks. That was about 4 or 5 weeks ago. Yesterday I managed to book a call and spoke to a representative. He apologised and told me he would cancel my deliveries. I got up this morning to discover milk and eggs on my doorstep!!!! Not in the locker.....on the doorstep. Oh my god they are driving me insane. I went back into my on-line account to find that my paused orders had been unpaused!!!! I can't even call them today as they have their lines down for maintenance grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Deliveries are good but accounts let them down.
Rang twice about what I am being charged and still no outcome.

This company is actually scary. They send me random threatening emails for items I haven’t received as my account has been cancelled for months. They don’t answer emails. The people on the phone will say anything to get rid of you then don’t do what they say they will. They keep trying to trick me into setting up a direct debit even though i no longer have an account. Up to 5 calls every single day. It’s harassment and I dread to think of the stress they are putting more vulnerable or elderly people under. Do not use this company- you won’t be able to get rid of them!!!

I loved having fresh milk on my doorstep however the customer service was abysmal. I rand to complain that my milk had changed from being delivered from my front door to my back door. The problem with this approach s my 2 dogs knocking over glass bottles then trying to make sure they didn’t cut their feet then washing away milk from my wheelchair ramp. I was told it would be noted on my account and would be rectified in my next delivery. Next delivery it was once again outside the back door. I rang again and was told it would be sent to the depot and it would definitely be sorted by my next delivery. Trying to pick up a 30kg dog to stop it cutting his feet again was not how I wanted to start my day. I rang to say I wanted to cancel my delivery and all I got is we will want the bottles back. The bottles that have built up on my doorstep because they couldn’t get the delivery right in the first place

Difficultly getting through to customer service so when delivery is wrong, that's a pain to fix. Insisting on no online cancellations is a red flag too. Unclear when milk was turning up but on a warm morning you could tell it'd been there a while and I'm not waiting for the summer to make that worse.

Terrible company to try and deal with/contact. I signed-up easily enough and made sure my phone automatically remembered my log-in details, however, when I tried to log-in to change deliveries, it wouldn't let me into the portal. When I tried to ring, the wait time was 40 minutes! Which is ridiculous. I then emailed them to say I was cancelling my direct debit because the delivery driver was not collecting the old milk bottles (we had a collection of about 6 building-up outside). However, the email was rejected because my "email address was not on their registered domain", I'm starting to think this is an operational conspiracy.... Terrible terrible terrible.

Quality of the milk is excellent. Customer services are good too. Giving 3 stars because drivers keep leaving it on the wall outside my neighbours.

Spoke to them three separate times to rectify it, they were helpful offering proof of delivery and assuring me that it would get here, despite that its still going down to their house. I don't really have time to call them up every Monday / Thursday.

Would be zero stars but had to give one.
Terrible company to communicate with closed my account after been in the phone for 40 minutes. Told I had a payment to make even though I paid for milk as I received it. Anyway paid that through Paypal, however I still get emails saying I owe them money.

I would advise anyone not to use McQueens Milk delivery service. Our milk was delivered late evening normally around midnight, being left outside all night.
When we were due to go on holiday, I tried ringing them numerous times being placed on hold for too long and never got through then when I eventually got through on the correct option I was put on hold once again
so I emailed them to advise with an acknowledged response. The milk was still delivered and I had to get somebody to pick it up whilst away on holiday. So I cancelled my direct debit due to having no response, with a follow up email to advise of my action and a requst for any
outstanding balance. I received an outstanding balance and paid it on the 30/04 with my account reference, only to receive another action email today. Terrible company with awful customer service, clearly too big for the amount of staff and investment in customer relations.

I rarely write a review but this really has annoyed me. It should be straight forward to pause a milk delivery when going on holiday, what happened to the days of a note for the milkman go say "no milk until Monday please"

I do not recommend this service at all. First of all I was greeted by someone at my doorstep pressuring me into having milk delivered, maybe asking if I wanted and more persuading than anything else to be honest, but made it so I then felt like I needed to say yes, even though I didnt feel sure, so I was then signed up
.At the start I said I don't know, then he kept going on so I felt obliged to say say yes. So then I said my name and number and now they also have my address, so I am very much regretting giving this information out and signing up to their service. I then didnt want it anymore, so emailed and rung up, both times they agreed to cancel for me, yet I still receive a voicemail saying they are asking me to set up a direct debit with them, which I will not be doing after I already said I wanted to cancel. I have also heard other bad things abour this service about ir being hard to talk to the customer service and get it cancelled. Anyway, I have sent a further email and will be calling them again later today to sort this out, otherwise I will be reporting them for harassment. DO NOT go with these, you will regret it. They are also much more expensive than supermarket milk and deliver far too early, so not ideal at all if you do not wake up that early, or say ur in the evening time, they would deliver late, so you might be in bed. Also at the start they make out like it is a try out then pay, but no, it is paying straight away wirh direct debit, they fool you into maling you think you get free milk at the start, then once they got your name and number, they then tell you it is going to cost whatever amount of money they say.

Very hard to communicate with. The App didn't work. Emails weren't responded to. Kept waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes. That the first delivery was wrong was actually the least of it.

Milk is always on the doorstep when wake up great service

Great service, the milk is on the doorstep very early in the morning. The website is easy to use and you can change and update your order easily. Also use the website to pospone deliveries for holiday's.
It's great to get a regular milk delivery, not having to keep picking up milk as I was always running out.

Really poor service, I initially signed up following a conversation with the door to door salesperson. There is no online service so when I needed to take a break from my deliveries, I had to call which was going to take me 10 minutes to get through to someone. It’s a couple of bottles of milk once a week, who has time to be on the phone for 10 minutes for that. I emailed but that didn’t get me anywhere, didn’t even receive a courtesy response to that. When I gave up being on hold I emailed to cancel my delivery service who then told me I couldn’t cancel via email and I had to call, to make things easier, I could book in a callback. When I tried to book in a callback, there wasn’t a slot for another two weeks!! I just cancelled my direct debit and told them to stop coming round. Ridiculous!! Funnily enough, when I cancelled my direct debit, I got a call the next day because they’d ‘noticed’ I’d stopped paying them. The person then cancelled my service!

The people I spoke to at the call centres were actually really lovely. Just a shame it’s such an effort to speak to someone.

They also use plastic bottles, what’s the point of a milk round that uses plastic?

Within two weeks I had gone back to Modern Milkman who are much easier to use and their app makes like much more simple!

I am not brilliant with these customer service interactions but McQueens were very friendly and helpful. Very good service

Had a sales rep at door amd booked delivery. Tried calling to cancel amd couldnt get through on phone. On hold for a never received service for over 10 minutes. So this email is a confirmed cancellation as theres no other way to co tract and not washing my life. Amber is the name. Postcode Ss93hq door number 250. Cancel any thing on your system. Cancel my name amd address. Iv never got anything off youu and will not be billed. Tjis review amd the call log will be my evidence. If theres not a reply with a confirmed confirmation I will make a formal compmaint amd make sure no one down my road uses you. Awful service
