items good, yes you pay more which don't bother me but the website is a nightmare, annoying that you have to ring up to cancel then you get someone on the phone questioning why then you end up still receiving it but ill be ringing tomorrow to cancel it with the ball ache off having a milkman i would rather got to the supermarket if you was able to cancel anytime like it says on their website didn't realise it was a phone call which again ball ache sort your website out

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cancellation process. We ask customers to cancel over the phone so that we can ensure there are no outstanding balances on the account and arrange any final payments if required. However, we're disappointed to hear that you felt pressured to remain with us during your conversation with our team. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

Paying for the convenience, website is terrible
Signed up via door-to-door sales when they were in my area and i did it because at the time the pitch was that that it was similar to modern milkman but their pricing is cheaper so with a 1 year old who tanks milk i thought this would be good.
Obviously prices are higher because its delivered to your door compared to the supermarkets and in theory better for the farmers who produce it though its a family owned business so how much it helps the farmers is subjective.
The old website used to work, if not really slow but you could edit your order, though annoyingly enough you couldn't cancel as they wanted it done over the phone which is a negative.
Their new website auth system is broken, where my autofill has my details which used to work, the account number recovery accepted my phone number and postcode, but then the password reset thinks my postcode and the confirmed customer number are invalid so won't let me reset it, so whoever developed that little PHP website really needs re-evaluate their code, perhaps use a framework with baked in Authentication so you can't mess it up
Noticed few delivery the milk supplied had a very short shelf life, delivered on a monday and due to expire on the friday though this has somewhat improved in recent delivery.
Will be looking to cancel now fully, not because the delivery is inherently bad but im easily annoyed when basic services e.g. the website don't work making ammending my service a chore.

Poor Service - Wouldn’t Recommend
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend McQueen’s Dairies. I tried their deliveries for a couple of months but it just wasn’t working for me. Milk sitting on the doorstep for hours, turning sour quickly, poor customer service, and a lack of transparency. I cancelled, which was very difficult, but they are now hounding me for 12p that apparently I haven’t paid. I was on a direct debit, so I am struggling to understand why they wouldn’t claim everything I owe before cancelling the payments. I have emailed and emailed, and they keep telling me to call. I call, and they make you wait for ages. You have the option to book a phone call, but they don’t call at the requested time. I’m not a fan, and just warning others of the difficultly in cancelling.
UPDATE - 22.08.2026
I have just had an email from McQueen’s Dairies threatening me with legal action over the 12p that apparently I owe them, despite being on direct debit and having paid for all milk deliveries in full. Avoid this shambolic company!

Excellent milk, terrible website
Excellent milk, but been trying to cancel for 2 months now! The website won't let me, stating that because deliveries are paused, it can't be done! That's because I moved, and pausing was the only thing that worked...
However, I found their phone number in a reply to another review complaining about the website, so I'll phone. Also, they're chasing someone called Tony for £1.43? At my email address... Probably because I cancelled the Direct Debit, after pausing.
It's a frustrating mess!

Having investigated your account, we can confirm that the payments recorded are £4.00 per week. We were unable to locate a payment of £3.80 on the account.
To clarify, we have introduced a temporary 12p delivery charge due to the rising costs of fuel. This charge is reflected in the total weekly amount.

Oat milk great - disappointing experience with everything else!
Great oat milk - shame everything else is disappointing! No labels on bottles, therefore no info provided on ingredients; no use by date is stated; and on info on how long it can be kept once opened.
Hard to contact anyone from company or change my order via customer portal. Deliveries unreliable and often not complete, (low stock at depot). Not always on doorstep by 7am, as promised.
Had an email today inviting feedback, (10 weeks after my first delivery!). Email said to “just reply to this email” - when I did I got a bounce back, as it turned out to be a ‘no reply’ email.
I love their oat milk and would order more if everything else could be improved!

To clarify, our milk bottles do carry our branding, and the different types of milk are identified by the colour of the lid. The ingredient information for each product can be found on our website, and the use-by date is printed on the foil top of the bottle. Once opened, milk will typically stay fresh for around 4 to 5 days when stored correctly in the refrigerator. For more information, please check our website.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. We signed up to this after someone visited our home address. We signed up to have products delivered every Tuesday & Friday and the first week went well. The second week they missed the Friday delivery, and I emailed to complain. I received a response on Monday that the driver would take pictures of the delivery over the next 2 weeks to deter future missed deliveries. The next delivery due on the Tuesday was also missed. I emailed first thing on the Wednesday to cancel the entire service as even though they state "cancel anytime, no commitment" there doesn't seem to be an option on their online portal to do so. My email was ignored, it is now Friday and we've received a delivery for milk which we had already asked to cancel. They are quick to take our money, but do not provide the services requested. This is now being escalated to a manager. Please do not waste your time and continue to use the supermarkets - there is no wonder these businesses are going out of business when they are so unreliable.
