No issues cancelling
Wasn't using the products but had none of the issues others have stated. Had to wait a few minutes on hold but called and canceled in 5 minutes. Jacki was polite and Friendly!

Very impressed
Milk is so much nicer than supermarket milk and lasts so much longer. The “milk fairy’s” as I like to call them never even wake my dogs when they come in the early hours. It’s very impressive! Very happy with their customer service too.

They started their subscription with myself taking the money that first wednesday.
And then after cancelling they claimed I had been in arrears inspite of me paying from the first week.
They also take money at different times showing their accounting is not very organised, dont recommend, quality of products is average also.
Edit- they are now claiming that they are going to look at the account which i have already spoken to them in person about and they said they have recorded that i was in arrears, this isnt true inspite of their book keeping and its exactly why i reviewed them.
So you are aware all they have to do is write that you were in arrears when you weren't and they get a little extra for their trouble, avoid like the plague.

They aren't Milkmen
Due to a family crisis, I had to leave my home for a few weeks, so left a note on my door step asking for no milk delivery until further notice.
Came home 2.5 weeks later to find 2 pints of totally gone off milk on my doorstep - the first one obviously wasn't enough warning that no one was at home.
So I did the only reasonable thing, left another note, in black capitals, asking for NO MILK, and please remove the 'gone off' ones.
Now got another pint, two clean empties have been taken but the two sour ones are still there.
If you want to deal with these muppets, feel free.
If you are looking for a proper milkman, look somewhere else.
Shabby crowd, just shabby.

We completely understand your frustration at returning home to find milk had continued to be delivered despite the notes you had left asking for deliveries to stop.
While drivers are unable to apply pauses to a customer’s order based solely on a note, we appreciate that this may not have been clear and that, given you were away from home, continuing to receive deliveries was particularly inconvenient.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and for the poor experience you’ve had. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Dreadful customer service
We started getting milk and eggs delivered by McQueens earlier this year after a really pleasant man came to our door selling their services. Initially we were really pleased with everything and in particular with the eggs, they were delicious. However several months later we had two simultaneous deliveries where we found eggs damaged. The next delivery most of the eggs were actually smashed and the couple that weren't were stuck solid to the box. We decided to contact McQueens to make them aware but it was almost impossible, after numerous attempts we eventually got to speak to someone but by then we had decided to cancel our order. Not because of the eggs but because of their appalling customer service. The person we spoke to said they would sort it and credit our account to cover the broken eggs. We heard nothing from them but after three months a male from the company rang my wife to say we owed them money. My wife said we would pay what we owed no problem but asked for an invoice and explained about the broken eggs ie three boxes. According to this very persistent person they weren't responsible for the damage and anything could have broken the eggs possibly even wild life !! We have a CCTV camera above the door and I did wonder what member of our local wild life community could actually open the boxes, break the eggs, close the boxes and not eat the eggs, Oh and escape the very sensitive camera. We said we would pay what we owe once we'd received an invoice and that's when we were threatened with dept collectors. I was shaking in my my boots !!! We can only assume this person was a relative of a boss and couldn't be sacked because his customer service was so poor verging on pathetic. Anyway we have now settled our bill minus the broken eggs totalling just over £9. Needless to say we wouldn't go anywhere near this company again and would advise anyone to think twice about them.

Took 3 payments in one week way over the value of my order. Can't get through to cancel order so cancelled direct debit but still take payment straight from card. Had to cancel card to stop making payment to these parasites

Having looked into this further, it appears that multiple payments were collected within a short period because a previous week's Direct Debit payment was missed. As a result, the account needed to catch up, meaning payments were taken for the previous week, the current week, and the following week. This has led to multiple payments being processed within the same week while the Direct Debit schedule catches up.
We understand this may have been unexpected and appreciate your concerns. For further information about your account and payment schedule, please contact our Credit Control Team on 0141 473 8995, who will be happy to explain this in more detail.

items good, yes you pay more which don't bother me but the website is a nightmare, annoying that you have to ring up to cancel then you get someone on the phone questioning why then you end up still receiving it but ill be ringing tomorrow to cancel it with the ball ache off having a milkman i would rather got to the supermarket if you was able to cancel anytime like it says on their website didn't realise it was a phone call which again ball ache sort your website out

Paying for the convenience, website is terrible
Signed up via door-to-door sales when they were in my area and i did it because at the time the pitch was that that it was similar to modern milkman but their pricing is cheaper so with a 1 year old who tanks milk i thought this would be good.
Obviously prices are higher because its delivered to your door compared to the supermarkets and in theory better for the farmers who produce it though its a family owned business so how much it helps the farmers is subjective.
The old website used to work, if not really slow but you could edit your order, though annoyingly enough you couldn't cancel as they wanted it done over the phone which is a negative.
Their new website auth system is broken, where my autofill has my details which used to work, the account number recovery accepted my phone number and postcode, but then the password reset thinks my postcode and the confirmed customer number are invalid so won't let me reset it, so whoever developed that little PHP website really needs re-evaluate their code, perhaps use a framework with baked in Authentication so you can't mess it up
Noticed few delivery the milk supplied had a very short shelf life, delivered on a monday and due to expire on the friday though this has somewhat improved in recent delivery.
Will be looking to cancel now fully, not because the delivery is inherently bad but im easily annoyed when basic services e.g. the website don't work making ammending my service a chore.
