Compassionate towards costumer
Unfortunately I did not receive all the items I had purchased as although at the time of purchase it was in stock, when they went to deliver it no longer was. I was originally very disappointed with the length of time it took for customer service to notify me about the mishap, leaving me little time to organise a new present for my daughter, HOWEVER, when I did complain about the situation, they were very understanding and compassionate to my situation. The problem was out of their hands, but what they could do they did. As a result I received a further 20% off my original purchase which allowed me to cover the cost of delivery for me to buy the product elsewhere.

Great team, bad customer service
Had an issue with the delivery that was quite specific but could not get past the automated customer service bot so went round in circles for about 10 minutes and had to just give up.
Such a shame as I'm a big fan of the team and wanted to celebrate but this put a dampner on the whole thing.

Purchased Sungod Renegade Sunglasses in…
Purchased Sungod Renegade Sunglasses in the Black Friday sale on 30/11/2025, they where in stock ready to ship. When i did receive the item, they were the wrong ones. Had to take photos arrange collection and send back for the correct ones. After much back and forth with customer services, on 09/12/2025 i got an email saying a new order has been created and the glasses will be shipped on next day delivery. On 10/12/2025, got an email saying my order was cancelled as they have sold out. These were supposed to be a Xmas present and with no chance of getting them at the price I paid, all I can say is what an amateurish company and a totally dreadful experience, didn't even offer to fulfil the order when new stock arrives, which would have been the decent thing to do. I thought McLaren were a high end professional company, seems not.
