Outrageous import fees
Wasn't specified that was going to have outrageous import duty fees on that order and long shipping delays, end price doesn't make it worth it, especialky for that quality, would have been cheaper to buy it from regular store

Quality product
In general, the product is of good quality and arrived on time.
I didn't like that I received a customs charge when the product arrived at my house. I could recommend using another parcel that already includes shipping service and customs, so I only see a payment and it gives me greater satisfaction when buying.

UPDATE 30/04/26: Looks like McLaren has processed a refund for my lost item after UPS (somehow) lost it. Would have rather had my item but at least I can get it again from a different provider once the refund is through so I am not complaining about said refund.

We were charged a tariff on the package…
We were charged a tariff on the package that cost more than the item we purchased. We refused the package because we did not want to pay the tariff that cost more than the car. We now have UPS going after us to pay the $29.32 tariff. We have no car and yet we have to pay the tariff. Absurd! Do not buy anything on this website!!!!!

We mention on our delivery info-page, as well as during checkout, that import duties will be charged if you order from outside of the European Union and the UK. Unfortunately, we do not have any detailed knowledge about (or control over) these duties, as they are charged by your local authorities. Import taxes are always the responsibility of the importer (unless clearly stated otherwise).
