Well further into the year with no further progress of them not contacting me which they have had ample time to do so, im raising my complaint to the finance ombudsman as they are 100% scammers, how they are getting away with this, with so many unhappy customers like myself included i don't understand how they are still trading, I would warn anyone who goes near this company please rethink your choice yes they might be cheaper than other companies that do this but the aftercare and customer service is shocking

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Smile Correct Club.
After wearing the top set retainer, only one half of my teeth has shifted inward, leaving two gaps that were never there before. This has actually made my teeth worse than before treatment, which is really upsetting.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I’ve been trying to get hold of someone since November, calling multiple times every week. Each time I get through to reception and I’m told customer support will call me back — but they never do.
When I questioned why I wasn’t getting a response, I was told it was due to Alisha (apparently head of support). Then last week I was told someone new was in charge and that I’d get a call back that week — which never happened. I called again on Friday and was promised a call later that day. Again, nothing. Another week has gone by and I’m still left frustrated with no answers and no help.
I’ve even offered multiple times to pay for a correction kit just to fix the issue, but I’ve still had no resolution or meaningful communication.
At this point I feel completely ignored and let down. Poor results and even worse customer service.

I had no issues with Smile correct up until they was meant to send me my last set of aligners 5 months ago now and I still have not had them sent out even though I have paid for them!! I have called up 10+ times and get told every time the team will be in touch and no one ever does, really disappointed as I had such a great service up until now and just feel this has ruined it for me. I would reconsider choosing them if this was my first time!

Do not get from here. They do not contacted you back. Take your money but not the retainer. Been waiting for 3 months for a call back, retainer or a refund.. nothing!!!

I signed up with Smile Correct and took out a loan to pay for the service, which I’ve been repaying at £50 a month. I still have around £500 left to pay off, but unfortunately, the treatment didn’t work as expected. I then requested a remould, which I completed, only to receive an email afterward saying they were too busy to carry out the corrective treatment.
They offered me £500 compensation, but I explained that wouldn’t even cover the remainder of my loan repayments. After discussing it, they agreed in writing to compensate me £1,000 instead. Since then, I haven’t received a penny. Every time I email or call for an update, I either get ignored or told that someone will call me back — which never happens.
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’m left paying for a service that didn’t work and a company that won’t uphold their promises. Do not use this service — they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable.
I have tried to call the customer service line multiple times and they just say someone will ring me back - knowing full well they are now ignoring me.
What ever you do, DONT go with this company they are terrible!!!
Unacceptable Customer Service
I've tried to get into contact with Smile Correct Club since July 2025 and have heard nothing back. Each time I've been told that someone will get back to me and I've heard nothing back. I've been extremely patient but this is ridiculous. My teeth don't look at all like the way the 3D scan promised they would. My last pair of aligners do not fit and they also have completely ignored me when I enquired about retainers. I'm extremely disappointed as I went with Smile Correct Club after being let down by Smile Direct Club. In hindsight, that was the worst decision I could have made. Since the summer I have contacted them more than 50 times and have either been hung up on or have been told by the "reception" that someone will get back to me. I'm at my wit's end. I called today and if I don't hear back within the next week, I'm going to just have to go down the legal route and look into receiving a full refund as this is just completely unacceptable.
Appalling customer service
The treatment itself was fine, I didn't achieve the results I was shown however was still happy.
Since finishing my treatment I have been in touch to order a retainer to keep my teeth straight and have been ignored for 3 weeks. The customer service team on the phone have reported it to a manager to call me back several times yet have not. As soon as you finish your treatment they disregard you as a customer and do not bother with you. Wouldn’t recommend the hassle to be honest

Since 2024 june I had my both Aligners done now I'm on my 4th Alighner and suprisingly no payment method has been sent to my existing email for 7 months! I had emailed Alicia pickard more than 13 times and no answer. I had rang the main reception I hope they have saved my phone and email details as they keep on making a note of it each time I ring. The truth is the company has been bankrupted . Don't waste your time.
Not happy
Ive been ringing the company as my aligner has snapped . Ive emailed and rang loads of times but no answer . The finance company are on my back for the last 500.00 but im not paying another penny until this is sorted. My teeth are turning back already i feel like ive bown a 1,000 on nothing . Course finished and you are on your own. If you loose an aligner you cannot get it replaced and your teeth move back. 10 calls and zero responses. Calls are diverted to messaging and nothing becomes of them.
Did not provide aftercare
Did not provide aftercare… I was happy with the company to begin with. However, my teeth have shifted back as I was not provided with the option to receive retainer (I was happy to pay). Trays will not last to retain teeth. I am unable to get a retainer from eBay as the 3D model is blocked for others to access.
Customer service state they will be in touch and no not help at all. I have been calling consistently and politely for 3 months.
I will be disputing this with the bank. I advise others to do so. Hopefully we can get some money back.

Started off helpful, but once I finished the first set of aligners, everything went downhill. My teeth still weren’t aligned, so they sent me more impressions. After those trays I needed more as they still weren't aligned, then they completely ignored me.
I’ve called multiple times and been told “we’ll pass it on.” Nothing happens. I’ve emailed over and over. No reply. No refund. No aligners. Just silence.
Now I find out they’re trying to shut the company down. Feels like they’ve taken my money and vanished. Avoid.

In my initial consultation I made it very clear that I wanted to straighten my teeth as I was getting married in the next year. I finished my treatment plan and was not happy with my results, I contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do?!? A few weeks later my last set of alignments snapped so I had to go back a set, I contacted the company again and was ignored, I emailed 13 times since August and numerous phone calls to only be ignored again! My teeth have shifted. I advise anyone who is not happy with this company to contact citizens advices as they are able to point you in the right direction for unsatisfactory goods, I am in the process of getting a FULL refund from this company. With this refund I will be able to straighten my teeth with a dentist and get the perfect smile I was promised by smile correct for my wedding day.
Misleading Costs, Poor Product Quality & Terrible Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Smile Correct Club. The company was not upfront about the total cost of treatment, failing to disclose that I would need to pay an additional £99 for a retainer at the end—something that should have been made clear from the start.
To make matters worse, my week 12 aligner broke despite following all care instructions. Their own guidance states aligners should be worn at night for three months after treatment, yet they clearly aren’t durable enough to last. When I contacted them, I was told I had to pay £35 for a replacement, even though the breakage was not my fault. Their staff admitted that aligners “normally” break after a month—so why are they designed this way?
Customer service was equally appalling. When I called for support, the man on the phone was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of addressing my concerns, he repeatedly stated that he was the only person in charge and that “these are the rules now.” No apology, no help, just demands for more money.
Despite emailing them multiple times, they completely ignored me. After posting this review, someone finally contacted me and offered to send two new aligners if I agreed to remove my review. I accepted, as this seemed like a reasonable gesture. However, since then, I have tried to contact them again to report that one of the replacement aligners arrived broken, and once again—no reply. The other aligner has now also broken, leaving me right back where I started. It’s clear that nothing has changed in terms of their product quality or customer service.
This level of service is unacceptable. I have now been forced to buy another replacement aligner as my teeth have started shifting again, something that should never have happened if their products were fit for purpose.
I have reported Smile Correct Club to the General Dental Council (GDC), Trading Standards, and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for misleading sales practices and poor product quality. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere—once they have your money, they simply stop caring.

I ordered aligners from Smile Correct Club last year and the experience has been extremely disappointing. It took a long time to receive my aligners, and I had to chase several times for updates after sending my impressions back.
I’ve now finished my course, but the treatment has misaligned my bite and my teeth no longer meet properly on one side, which makes it difficult to chew.
I’ve contacted the company many times by WhatsApp, email, and phone, and each time I’m told that doing anything further could “affect my alignment,” even though that’s already the problem. After that, communication stops completely. Every time I call, I’m told the department isn’t available, annd they will get back to me annd nobody ever does.
It’s unacceptable customer service, and from what I’ve read, I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s a shame because the team were friendly and helpful at the start, but everything that followed has been a letdown.
Poor customer service
Initially working with them was good, they made regular contact when trying to sell their aligners and setting up payment etc. Since completing the plan and my teeth not being aligned as promised in the 3D images before hand, communication has been awful. I was offered a goodwill gesture approx 6 months ago and now I am unable to contact anyone after numerous phone calls and emails. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you make contact with anyone?

Judging by the other comments, it appears they have shut up shop. I have rang them up to 6 times over the last 3 weeks requesting them to send me a payment link and I keep being told the same thing by their so called customer service someone will get back in touch. I have 3 more aligners to complete my treatment. Everything has been fine up until the last 3 weeks but judging by other comments, I don’t hold up much hope I will complete my treatment plan. They should have the decency and send out my 3 remaining Inliners.
