Maison Close Arvostelua 

Cliente da anni, acquistato per diverse migliaia di euro.
Circa poco più di un mese fa ho avuto la necessità di fare un reso per un costume da bagno e ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora il rimborso.
Nonostante più solleciti via mail, nulla di fatto; le loro vergognose risposte giocano su finti equivoci per non pagare (sostengono di non aver ricevuto il reso quando via mail avevano confermato la ricezione del pacco).
Parliamo di biancheria di alto livello e costi elevati; trovo vergognoso e poco professionale un comportamento di questo tipo per un azienda che si presenta come se fosse ai massimi livelli sul mercato.
Farò in modo da dare la massima visibilità a ciò che è accaduto e sconsiglio vivamente gli acetisti da loro.
Un azienda non è seria solo quando va tutto bene ma lo dovrebbe essere sopratutto quando c’è un problema peraltro banale di semplice risoluzione.

Ich bin eine treue Kundin seit vielen Jahren, aber ich werde niemals wieder bei Maison Close im Onlineshop bestellen: Ich habe ein Set aus drei Slips bestellt für einen vergleichsweise günstigen Preis von 39 € zzgl. 10,90 € Versand, was für normalen Versandauch gemessen an anderen französischen Shops sehr teuer ist. Geliefert wurde ein Slip statt drei. Nachdem der Kundendienst fast eine Woche lang gar nicht reagiert hat, wurde mir heute mitgeteilt, dass es sich um ein Versehen handele in der Artikelbeschreibung und dieser eine Slip eben 39 € kostet. Das ist einfach nur extrem frech, wenn ich drei Slips bestelle, möchte ich auch drei haben und nicht einen.Ich würde niemals knapp 50 € für einen Slip ausgeben, auch nicht bei Maison Close. Das war meine letzte Bestellung in deren Shop. Nie wieder!

Auf zwei e-mails von mir, wann mit der Erstattung des Kaufpreises für retournierte Ware zu rechnen sei, erfolgte auch nach 14 Tagen keine Reaktion.

Selbstverständlich habe ich eine Einsendebestätigung von DHL und die Ware ist mängelfrei und ungetragen nur eben in der falschen Größe

Ergänzung: bis heute 15.06.26 keinerlei Reaktion auf e-mails oder auf diese Bewertung bei TrustPilot

Commande effectuée pour un anniversaire de mariage je choisis le supplément livraison en 24h, effectuée à 8h pour une livraison le lendemain, facturée 3.99€. Je reste en télétravail pour réceptionner le colis, pas de nouvelles, finalement le colis sera livré le lendemain. Contact une première fois auprès du service client, aucun retour, deuxième tentative après réception du colis pour demander le remboursement du supplément, toujours pas de retour. Au final le soutien gorge est trop petit mais pas d échange possible il faut se faire rembourser et faire une nouvelle commande ! Du coup commande auprès d un concurrent au même tarif sans frais de ports et reçu en 48h! Les ensembles ont beau être joliment emballés le service ne suit pas les tarifs pratiqués. La vitrine est allechante mais le service client inexistant. Pour les amateurs de la marque commandez toujours une taille voire 2 au dessus et passez par un autre prestataire.

I have mixed feelings about Maison Close.

The products themselves are beautiful, high quality, and exactly what I expected. However, the return process was one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever had.

I needed to return part of my order. I followed Maison Close's instructions exactly, generated the return labels, and went to Czech Post as instructed.

The problem was that none of the return labels worked. I visited three different Czech Post offices, and all of them confirmed that the shipment numbers generated by Maison Close did not exist in the Czech Post system.

I contacted customer support multiple times and tried email, online chat, and social media. For a long time, I received only automated replies, and it was extremely difficult to reach a real person who could actually help resolve the issue.

Maison Close eventually acknowledged the problem, provided a UPS return label, and the return was completed successfully. I subsequently received my refund in full.

For this reason, I cannot say that Maison Close acted dishonestly or refused to issue a refund. In the end, they resolved the problem correctly.

However, their communication and customer support need significant improvement. When a customer is unable to return goods because of a technical issue within the return system, it should not require so much effort, time, and persistence to obtain assistance.

In the end, everything worked out, but the path to a solution was unnecessarily complicated and far more difficult than it should have been.

I don't recommend it! You can't return the package, the return link doesn't work, no one responds to emails, and no one answers the phone!

Cliente da anni e sempre trovata benissimo...adesso è un mese che ho inviato il reso e non vogliono restituirmi i soldi dopo 10 mail...ho aperto una controversia con paypal e speriamo bene visto che si parla di 175 euro!!!una vergogna

I have never experienced a theft online. This has now happened to me for the first time with the French branch of Maison Close. In EU we have a lot of consumer protection, so I will use that. Still, I paid and was charged and was never contacted or replied to in a 1,5 months. No words!

Very disappointing delivery experience. paid for a premium product and expected an equivalent service but did not receive it. Delivery was delayed. When it was delivered the external box was delivered. Internal box was also damaged and gift paper around it.

Contacted customer services who offered a replacement 'box' but there was no way that this was going to be fulfilled in the time needed as it was a gift.

If you decide to ship worldwide your details info needs to be correct.
My boyfriend bought a slip from this site and the size measuraments were totally wrong (and totally different from other items) the result? The item arrived and it was large but even if the mistake was theirs they won't replace the order for free (because policy).

I can understand your policy but if you have measuraments wrong on an item you should first of all apologize and then correct your mistake. This is not how you treat a potential life-client.

I am sorry but we won't buy anything again from this site and surely we won't advice to anyone else.

Franchement, j’ai rarement vu un service client aussi peu réactif ! J’attends un body « Maison Close » depuis un mois. J’ai dû relancer le service client cinq fois pour avoir des nouvelles. On me propose un renvoi sans même me faire un geste commercial pour s’excuser. Franchement, au vu des prix, c’est tout simplement scandaleux

Ordered some interesting clothing. Took ages to get news about it. Remained 'underway', but nothing happened. Customer service absent and via antoher channel that does not respond. Sendings mails later again, gave a bounce. So don't trust this business. It's a fake.

Update: The further contact with Maison Close concluded that I probably was mislead by some other fraudulent web activity.. I trust the new information. So, all, be carefull out there and double check their proper address...

Order placed on Jan, 7th, not received so far. I have sent them 4 emails. Got no reply so far... Their customer service is non-existant which is a shame for brand that is supposed to be "luxury"

$1500 spent. Should’ve just used SHEIN. $10 mesh underwear same style. Because my expensive bra broke within 6 months maybe worn 10-15 times maximum.

The metal piece you used for bra strap was CHEAP PLASTIC. Funny how SHEIN didn’t break or any other bra I have. Very funny
