Mad About Horror Arvostelua 

Ordered a figure from Mad About Horror which arrived with a broken accessory, the helpful customer service team (Louise & Sarah) went to the effort of seeing if the could get the replacement accessory sent out, and came back with either a discount from the supplier, or a replacement with a free returns label.

The figure with the broken accessory arrived with them today, and a replacement shipped out the same day!

I had an issue with an order from July, for whatever reason I was unlucky to get a faulty animatronic (these things happen) they offered for it to be fixed but unfortunately the parts weren’t available and offered a return. I am never the person to return things as genuine I never have much luck. Between the mix up of me handing the parcel to the wrong driver and having it re delivered,a delivery driver showing up late with a total of 3 attempted collections (third being a success )MAH was honestly so amazing! I’m so thankful for your team! Laughed with me along the way !

What a great site. Really pleased I found this site. I brought slimer for Halloween and Buddy The Elf for Christmas. Both arrived within 2 days.

I recently purchased 2 different terrifier masks and an art the clown costume. Both arrived the next day. All 3 items are top notch. Need a little bit of finishing on the masks but knew this before I bought them and I'm extra fussy.. they were prompt to reply to questions and all in all probably the only place in the UK I would now go to for any horror related items. 10/10

Bestel hier niet als je niet in Engeland woont! Ze hebben geen IOSS regeling met de eu (dit houd in dat je webshop de 21% belasting van het product betaald en zei dit aangeven aan de eu) dat betekend dus dat die 21% belasting nog in Nederland moet worden betaald en daar komt wat bij kijken qua kosten…

Ik bestelde een Halloween gebitje van 28 euro, daar rekende de webshop eens even €18,- verzendkosten voor! Dat vond ik al gestoord!!! En nu komt het… als het pakket dan onderweg is word pas medegedeeld dat omdat je in euro hebt betaald er nog 21% belasting moet worden betaald, als dat het dan was.. nee! Dan komt het pakket in Nederland en krijg je bericht van post NL. je moet hun dan inklaringskosten betalen: 21%btw en nee niet gerekend over het product, maar over het product en de verzendkosten van 18 eu!!! Plus je betaald post nl nog eens administratiekosten hiervoor! In totaal dus 33 euro kwijt aan transport voor iets van 28 euro!… en waarom alleen maar omdat deze webshop geen IOSS regeling heeft getroffen, hadden ze dit gedaan had dit voorkomen kunnen worden!

My item was very well packaged and delivered very quickly. I love Mad About Horror. Never had a bad experience and items are superb quality.

I could not have been more happy with the mask i bought the Halloween Kills version and as a massive Halloween fan the mask is the exact replica of what you would see in the movie also came well packaged

Firstly I could spend all my money on this store! Great merchandise for horror fans. I ordered an inflatable for Halloween and it arrived damaged, not their fault, Royal Mail had handled it terribly. I reached out and they had a new one on the way on the same day. Excellent customer service and brilliant quality products. Thank you!

Ordered a waxwork Friday the 13th record from MadAboutHorror and it came really fast, it was well packaged and it plays very well. The artwork on the slip cover and records look stunning. Would highly recommend this site especially if you do indeed love horror!

I just wish they would tell you if their product isn’t in stock BEFORE you pay for it. Bought a mask for Halloween, turns out it can’t come until November - December, even tho the website said arriving for October. I’m cooked because it’s from the Rob Zombie Halloween movie in the asylum escape (basically it’s specific and I can’t find it ANYWHERE ELSE), plus spent my pocket money getting it

Delivered fast and we plan to buy the set. But my daughters love Halloween and they wanted to do a display this year. So I order the Gremlins 2 Mohawk and they absolutely love him... His amazing straight out the box and it's love that you can bend him and put him in poses... His ears made my daughters giggle as you can move them too. His furs great and looks like the original in the movie. We buy from mad about horror again and this Gremlin is amazing... As I say have to get the set now.... Thank you
