The whole Shebang Arvostelua

I am updating my previous review to reflect the final outcome of my orders.

I placed two pre-orders (#109977 and #116206, totaling £219.96) in early 2024. Due to extended fulfillment delays, I requested a cancellation and full refund in September 2026. While the refund process took longer than initially agreed and required multiple follow-ups, the business has now issued a full refund of £219.96 via PayPal, and both orders are marked as fully refunded on their system.

In past transactions where stock was available, the seller fulfilled orders promptly. However, for pre-orders, communication and refund timelines could be improved. I appreciate that the financial resolution has now been completed satisfactorily.

It’s been a while since I used these guys. Still as good as ever.

Quick to respond to questions, items shipped 24hr delivery. Very well packaged

Thanks

Absolutely brilliant experience with these guys and they're usually first to have Star Wars TVC in-stock in the UK.
My go to every time
5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic company to deal with, always kept informed as orders process from start to finish. Customer service is second to none compared to some other stores..my go to every time..

Matt and team go above the norm. Communication is amazing. Items always on time in the crazy toy world thats so rare. I have never had one bad item packages are always bomb proof. 5 stars ain't enough Top service

Fantastic company never had a problem definitely would recommend if u are a collector

The snarkiness in their responses on here alone is enough to put me off. They seem to have an answer for everything and can’t take a shred of criticism. Always everyone else’s fault. Extremely unprofessional and passive aggressive.

In regards to my experience with the business itself, I was waiting for something that was up for pre order and it just sat on pre order for months with the date being pushed back constantly before I just gave up and got it elsewhere. It never went on sale.

^Edit^ no one asked me for more information, my review was accepted by Trustpilpt despite the business trying to flag it as defamatory after the company (proving my point further) - I replied since the owner kept editing their response and gave an actual experience and low & behold, I’m called a liar. Not sure what relevance the time of the review is either. And how would you know I haven’t had an experience with you? Again, unprofessional. Do better. Learn some accountability and how to handle criticism . Not everything is a personal attack or hidden agenda. Woeful customer service where everyone else is the problem and you can do no wrong.

thank you very much very much I just brought a Simpsons figure And I love it so thanks very much kind regards Owen Edwards

Incredibly happy with how quick I received my pre order and it appears they are one of the first companies to receive the stock.

Excellent retailer, have previously bought a few figures for my son around Christmas times that have been sent out quickly and well packed, always have a good selection of collectables, I've also made pre orders, unfortunately I had to cancel the last one at my end but Matt was responsive, quick to take care of things for me and brilliant to deal with, definitely one of the better and trusted businesses you could use. Top marks from me.

The Whole Shebang is one of my go-to online stores for action figures. I’ve been shopping with them for years. The prices are clear with the delivery cost included. Plus, my orders always arrive well-packaged and in perfect condition.

TWS have been my go to online shop for a number of years. They stock many hard to find collectibles and have always provided me with great customer service. In stock orders are dispatched quickly and most importantly everything is very well packaged!!

One of the best in the business. Very friendly, amazing range of stock, great prices and very trustworthy.

Outstanding service, great shop and great people.

Purchased some items from them before. Items are very well packed for collectors like myself.
Never had any issues and never had a damaged item from them! Keep up the good work folks!

My go to store for Masters of the Universe. Always great communication and extra care taken with packaging. Highly recommend if you are a collector then use The Whole Shebang.

Have used them many times and they are a top class outfit. Your collectibles will arrive safe and sound as they use quality packaging and reliable delivery services. They are always a pleasure to deal with too.

Great independent company. 24 hour shipping with great care taken in packaging keeping your action figures in mint condition. Super friendly customer service, Matt goes out of his way to offer any help needed with orders, a great place to purchase your motu toys!

I have been buying from The Whole Shebang for about 5 years. I have never had any issues with my orders (and i often receive orders monthly). After hearing they recently opened a shop, I wanted to visit, but it was a good three hours from my home. On a recent trip to Kettering, i couldn't help but pop in and was amazed hoe so much was fit into one shop. I ended up picking up an order and buying more while there. Was great to finally meet Matt after ordering for so long and having great communication. Hopefully ill be able to call in again at some point

Bought a Thundercats sword from The Whole Shebang on preorder. Came on time, excellent packaging - love it. Great service - fully recommend.
