Excellent customer support
For an order of three shirts I received only two, the last one wasn't sent. I have send a message to the customer service and got an answer within an hour. They investigated what went wrong and it seemed a problem in the warehouse. Since the shirt wasn't available anymore, I was allowed to choose another one which was shipped immediately. Mistakes can happen, but it's nice to see that they do a great job to solve the problem as fast as possible.

Magliette bucate nuove al primo lavaggio..
Sono alquanto arrabbiata per la, qualità dei tessuti delle magliette. Acquistate in negozi diversi, di colori diversi, a cifre notevoli, risultate tutte bucate sul davanti nello stesso posto. Lavate a mano, in due lavatrici diverse, portare pure senza cintura il risultato è lo stesso. Armadio nuovo senza tarme e comunque i buchi sono sempre sul davanti in basso nello stesso punto, magliette di altre Marche di cotone mai rovinate in anni.

The service is very good
The service is very good, but the quality is getting worse. I ordered some shirts, but after a couple of times washing, the shirts are getting holes. That wasn’t with the shirts I started with a wearing I a couple of years ago.

This is not my first time of writing a…
This is not my first time of writing a review for Lyle and Scott. And my views haven't changed since. Love the brand and love getting a bargain whilst they have sales. Items wear well and don't discolour or misshap.
As for there customer service 5 star. Great communication swift response and on occasions I have needed support, all was sorted. I which many more companies were like this.

DECEPTIVE VOUCHER TRICKS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, AND REVIEW MANIPULATION!

I am completely giving up on Lyle & Scott after a string of deeply frustrating experiences that showcase a total lack of quality control.
It began when I received a warranty voucher that only applies to the original, inflated prices. Even when an item is 60% off on the website, they still deduct the full original price from my voucher, so I do not get the full worth of my warranty voucher.
To make matters worse, the workmanship is incredibly flawed, as the torso of the jacket fit normally but the sleeves were huge and completely out of proportion.
Trying to fix this was a nightmare because their exchange system is painful, and their customer service team takes days to respond before completely ignoring my messages.
I already went through the trouble of exchanging items twice. When the third jacket finally arrived, it was also defective, featuring a warped fabric flap that fails to hide the zipper teeth like it is supposed to. That was the final straw, and I completely gave up. Why are you continuously selling defective jackets to your customers?
Furthermore, I left a one-star product review on their website about this defect and attached a photo as well, but they never published it. They only show positive reviews, which I believe is illegal review manipulation, and I will probably report this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards in the UK.
This is the last time I will ever deal with them.

Fantastic customer service today from the Lyle and Scott team with emails resolving my inquiry over a parcel I had problems sending it back because I think I’d messed up doing the return details.
