Stay away from this company!
I bought 2 tickets from Esbjerg in Denmark to Tuzla in Bosnia. The first ticket I bought in February got cancelled, then I booked a new one in March, which also got cancelled. Fair enough, it is what it is. And now to the big problem. I paid about 130 euroes for booth tickets, and it has been 3 months, and I still haven't got my money back! I have wrote to them several times, and I think once or twice they wrote back that the money will be placed back on the creditcard automatically. They wrote that in March! After that I tried to contact them by mail and phone, but there are no respons what so ever! They never pick up their phone. One time they picked the phone, and hang up on me before I said anything! I keep writing mails to them, but they stopped responding. How hard can it be to return the 130 euroes I paid? Seems like the whole company just dissapered out of the blue, and I dont know how to contact them, because they are ignoring their email and phone. Its impossible to contact them. This is the last time that I will ever buy tickets from you. It's not about the money. It's about your service. You cancel my tickets, which is fair, but then 100 days later, no respons, no money, no guide, no nothing.

Volo da Milano Linate a Foggia. Viaggio assolutamente confortevole. Personale di volo accoglienti e disponibili. Orari rispettati perfettamente. Gradevole la cortesia di uno snack e dolcetto.

Non rimborsano i biglietti anche dopo aver provocato disservizio con cambio data e ora e nonostante sui loro social garantiscano rimborso per tutti i pax.

Puntualità e cortesia.
Un appunto mi sento di farlo: sito poco funzionale e intuitivo.
Del resto Linate-Foggia A/R, senza ombra di dubbio lo rifaccio.
Servizio a bordo impeccabile.

Compagnia aerea "Top". Ho effettuato un volo Milano-Foggia e ritorno ed ho viaggiato benissimo. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Tutto è andato alla perfezione e la consiglio vivamente!!

The company is not responding to any kind of contact mail, nor phone.

Sorry this is simply a company that is not worth the money nor your trust as a flight companion.

Our advice to any one else, finds some other company for your next trip

Aereo partito in orario da Milano Linate e arrivato con leggero anticipo all'aeroporto Gino Lisa di Foggia. Crew di bordo disponibile e professionale.

Una compagnia top , il personale gentilissimo , disponibile e molto professionale ,ho viaggiato sulla tratta Milano - Foggia e sono rimasto soddisfattissimo su tutto bravi bravi 👍

PERSONALE GENTILE SIA ALL INTERNO CHE AI check-in il voli permettono di arrivare all aeroporto di Foggia da Milano Inoltre in volo il personale ti mette a suo agio offrendovi gentilmente da bere, stuzzichini..cioccolatini..coccolandoci anche in tratte brevissime ci vorrebbero più frequenze da Malpensa in modo da consentire più viaggi nel weekend più spesso senza passare da Linate PER IL RESTO È TOP!!!!

Cancelled flight and no money back.
They cancelled two of my flights and still no refund and compensation like promised.

Servizio deludente e compagnia scadente tanto quanto il servizio.

Viene cancellato il volo Torino/Foggia senza alcuna motivazione, nella mail dicono che ci sarebbe stato un risarcimento.
Ovviamente sono passati più di 2 mesi, e nonostante i reclami tramite mail, ti senti solo preso in giro.
"La sua richiesta è stata inoltrata" si, certo. Intanto passano i mesi.

Anche da queste cose si capisce la serietà di una compagnia, che preferisce trattenere i soldi dei clienti anziché tutelarli. Vi conviene perdere clienti per un volo cancellato? Sul lungo termine lo sapete anche voi che ci andate a perdere. Logicamente chi si è visto il volo cancellato non userà più questa compagnia, me compreso.

Tra i metodi di pagamento non accettano paypal proprio perché altrimenti non possono scappare con i soldi. Bhe che ridere.

A dicembre ho comprato i biglietti per Torino Foggia per il ponte dell' Immacolata certa che avrei potuto sicuramente prendere un' auto in aereoporto presso la compagnia di noleggio situata all' interno.
Con grande sbalordimento, scopro che la compagnia dell' aereoporto Sicily by Car non forniva alcun servizio nei giorni di festa. Arrabbiata ed avvilita pronta ad annullare il volo poichè impossibilitata a proseguire per la costa garganica, chiamo per chiedere un rimborso per il volo Lumiwings e per sfogarmi per questo enorme disservizio. La persona Lumiwings del Custumer care mi consiglia di chiamare il Signor Egidio della compagnia Aeropark.
Ho chiamato e ho trovato disponibilità, comprensione e precisione nell' attivare tutte le procedure del noleggio. Questo potrebbe già bastare per un feedback 5 stelle. Il viaggio Torino Foggia del 7/12/2023 era in ritardo siamo arrivati a Foggia all' una di notte invece di arrivare 21.40. Abbiamo trovato all' aereoporto una persona che era li'solo per noi ad aspettarci come una persona di famiglia. Una gentilezza tale da farci dimenticare subito la frustrazione per il ritardo. Da allora ho contattato loro anche per l' ultimo noleggio dopo il volo Lumiwings a Pasqua. Dopo la cancellazione della tratta Torino Foggia ho scelto di viaggiare con la Lumiwings da Milano solo perchè a Foggia avrei ricevuto tutte le attenzioni della compagnia Aeropark che a Bari non avrei potuto ricevere. Un altro aspetto che vorrei mettere in evidenza oltre la professionalità, la puntualità estranei a tanti servizi soprattutto al sud è l' accoglienza, il rendere qualsiasi aspetto dell' esperienza semplice o comunque facilmente risolvibile. E poi il tragitto navetta aeropark aereoporto gratuito e nell' attesa del disbrigo delle pratiche, cosa c'è di più gradito che un bel caffe Illy offerto con tanta simpatia? Questo è un servizio veramente da 5 stelle con lode!

They don’t answer to emails anymore, almost feels like the whole company is a scam to be honest. This is no way to treat people, and I know that i’m not the only one in this case.

I’m going to be a little more patiente and then I’ll take legal action for real.

The same as most of the other reviews. We've received a mail saying that they cancelled the flight of 27 February, 29 February and 5 March on February 26th!!! No attempt was made to offer anything else. We needed to take care of everything ourselves. Until today NO refund yet. They do state tat a refund is done on a credit card within 7 working days. Maybe they only work 1 day a week ?? Everytime you mail you get the same automatic answer. We are truly sorry!!

They cancelled my flight from Tuzla to Sweden in the end of February and I have still not received any refund for the ticket. First they even said that I hadn’t purchased a ticket when they clearly had charged money from my account for the ticket. Then I had to buy a super expensive ticket just to get back home to Sweden from another company and still no refund from Lumiwings. They are just sending an automatic reply when you ask about the refund and says that it will be refunded. Very unprofessional compay, would give 0 stars if possible…

Ottima compagnia. Ottimo servizio tutto impeccabile! Ho viaggiato con loro lo scorso Agosto da Foggia a Mostar. Sono dispiaciutissima che quest'anno non ci sarà questa rotta che sarebbe stata comodissima anche per i pellegrini di Napoli. Per favore ripristinata! La gente ha bisogno di raggiungere Medjugorje in tempi brevi sia da Napoli che da Foggia! Comunque 10 e lode alla compagnia. Ridateci la rotta su Mostar!!! Per favore!!!!

They notified me that flight from Esbjerg to Tuzla has been cancelled and stated that tickets will be refunded on credit card automatically but 20 days after, I still have not received my money.
