If you are planning to book tickets via this unbelievably unprofessional company, DON'T !! Our flight from Maastricht to Tuzla got canceled 2 days before departure, and we never received the refund. It has been 8 months now and we still did not receive any communication or money. We have contacted them several times throughout this period, but they are ignoring every message.

They are a bunch of scammers !! Even on different websites they state that it is known that this company doesn't refund your money back. This says already enough about them, and that this is something they do regularly. I have informed about 100 people about them and will continue doing so.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Never got refunded for the cancelled flights nor did anyone take the time or responsibility to answer my emails and reminders on this issue. Customer service is non existent and after months of trying I accepted the fact that I will never receive my money back. Unfortunately many people have experienced the same, just go through the reviews and read. Scammer alert, be warned!

Ho effettuato una prenotazione con questa compagnia il 29/04 per un volo Bergamo - Foggia, dopo 10 giorni il mio volo subisce una variazione di orario ed aeroporto di partenza. Decido, il giorno stesso, di rinunciare al viaggio usufruendo dell'opzione, datami da loro, di rimborso. Ad oggi, settembre 2024, non ho ricevuto ancora il rimborso e dopo vari solleciti tramite mail non ricevo più alcuna risposta, il call center dice di non potermi aiutare. Sconsiglio nel modo più totale questa compagnia in quanto poco seria e con scarsa se non inesistente assistenza per il cliente.

Personale gentile e disponibile, solo che per un volo annullato a distanza di 4 mesi non ancora riesco a ricevere il rimborso del mio biglietto.
L'unico contatto per la richiesta del rimborso e via mail ma continuano a dirmi che il mio rimborso verrà effettuato ed è in lista di attesa.
Il call center è gestito da personale molto gentile ma non ha la possibilità di agire a tal proposito.

Lumiwings gecontacteerd via whatsapp, word doorverwezen naar sales lumiwings. Die heb ik tientallen emails gestuurd en nooit maar ook nooit een reactie gehad. WEES GEWAARSCHUWD DIT ZIJN BOEVEN! BOEK NOOIT VIA LUMIWINGS!

Consiglio di prendere vivamente il volo Milano _Foggia con questa compagnia aerea perché l' aereo è grande e confortevole, di possono portare a bordo 2 bagagli con una buona dimensione. Arriva in orario se non in anticipo, personale cortese, cibo e bevande gratis e non costa un capitale.... veramente topo 👍👍👍

I purchased two round-trip tickets from Tuzla to Istanbul and back for my wife and me for March 2024. In late February, I received an email stating that the flight was canceled and that the funds would be automatically refunded to my bank account. However, more than six months have passed, and the money still hasn’t been returned. Despite sending countless emails to customer support seeking an explanation and trying to get my money back, the response has been terrible. This is a scam; I advise you to avoid this company as they are likely to take your money without refunding it.

Da un paio d’anni prenoto il volo Lumiwings per la tratta Milano - Foggia. Il volo è sempre in orario, spesso l’arrivo è con un quarto d’ora di anticipo. Sarà una compagnia piccola ma è sicuramente efficiente.

Torino Foggia A/R, in entrambi i viaggi 1 ora di ritardo....all'andata nonostante un blocco informatico globale imbarco regolare ma CI HANNO TENUTO UN'ORA SULL'AEREO SOTTO IL SOLE SENZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA SERVENDOCI ACQUA CALDA (inevitabilmente considerato che era custodita nella bagagliera) .....al ritorno nuovamente 1 ora di ritardo giustificata x maltempo al nord😳 quando il cielo era perfettamente sereno con più di 30 gradi🤬🤬🤬

Siamo in un aereo piccolissimo , con 1 ora di ritardo. Tratta Bari Cefalonia che prosegue per salonicco, hanno fatto scendere i passeggeri che devono andare a salonicco per mettere etichette sulle valigie. Il pilota si è anche confuso con Corfù . Già all inizio esperienza pessima .

Volo cancellato e rimborso mai ottenuto!!! Da dicembre 2023 no comment. Dicono che l’hanno fatto e poi non inviano le prove. Servizio clienti inesistente, scrivi 10 mail per ottenere una mezza risposta nemmeno esauriente.
rimborso mai ricevuto, siccome non hanno sede in Italia non è possibile procedere con il recupero crediti.
Lumiwings ha preso i miei soldi e non me li ha mai restituiti, dopo aver cancellato il volo. Questo si chiama furto in Italia, e in Grecia?
oggi 30 luglio - dopo SOLI 10 mesi è arrivato il rimborso...chissà quale santo devo ringraziare.

Compagnia aerea seria e puntualissima. La comodità di prendere il volo da Foggia per Milano é impagabile. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente.

Scam company. No responses from customer support regarding ticket refunds. Rather travel with bike for 7 days than using services from this company.

Scam!
As i wrote in February 2 tickets cancelled, the still sold ticket although they for sure knew they will cancel flights from Sweden to Tuzla. No refund as of the 27 of May.
Its incredible that a company as Lumiwings still can fly in EU. And most incredible that they still have 48% 5 stars.

My flight was cancelled 3 months ago and I still haven’t gotten money back. The way they treat customer is ridiculous. Don’t buy flights with them!
