I bought a PS2 with games, and a memory card. I’ve had the worst help with their customer care. The PS2 started to freeze on me real bad to where we couldn’t get the PlayStation to turn on or unfreeze at all. I called and informed them to try and get an exchange. They wanted to replace the memory card. This honestly doesn’t seem like a memory card problem. They also asked me to go home and clean the memory card and try a different game. That made it even worse. When I called back no one would answer the phone or return a voicemail/ email. They finally answered me and said they would email me a packing slip so I could send the system back for an exchange. I still haven’t received anything. At this point I think all they wanted was my money and have no interest in helping me at all.

Every game that I've got are legitimate definitely not fake, they would be out of business by now, so relax you even get 90 day's to test, just got my 15th game ,fall out 3 with the points.

Nothing but good words. I started ordering from them a few years ago for multiple retro consoles. Always received as described and in a prompt manner even if it has to come all the way up here to Canada.

I've ordered from them 7times. Most were good experiences..And This last time was not that pleasant. I traded in my games for a store credit. Sent my games pre paid which was nice. Bought the games i wanted with my store credit. And now waiting on my delivery. Problem I'm having is I've tried to contact them over the phone and they keep hanging up on me. They do not give lukie points for trades only cash or credit purchases. Not excited about that. Technically I used.games for trade as my cash payment for there games. Same thing. Some form of trade was made. So not happy with that deal. Won't be buying from them any more.

Was very excited to get my second order from lukie gamed since the first order included everything I paid for. 2 of the gamed tjat i had ordered were requested to be complete editions and both manuals were missing. It was extra to pay for the complete copies and all i got was the game and case. Step your game up Lukie Games!

I bought a used original ds. They stated it had no scratches and was in like new condition. They charged $30 more for this almost new product. When it arrived it was badly scratched up. I emailed them and they said "oh, we sent you the wrong one" NEXT!

I order a game online I spent over 200£ to get my game to the UK and A-side from absolutely poor communication the game was not working.... Never once came on.... I contacted them asap.... It's been over a month no kinda compensation just lies and run around...... This is not a site to be trusted if your in Europe......

Before giving Lukie Games a try I first read the reviews and noticed they have both bad and good reviews, these reviews were mainly Youtube experience reviews. I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I went to there official Lukie Games website and started an online account which was simple to do by the way. I ordered three games thru Paypal. Games arrived a few days before expected due date! So, shipment is very prompt! I ordered three used classic game cartridge titles from them, not knowing the condition the games would be in. I'm always hoping the games would at least be in very good condition. One Sega Genesis game and 2 SNES games. The Sega Genesis game which is Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine was near mint condition and included the original case and owners manual. The SNES games which is Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball and Brunswick World Tournament Bowling both arrived in very good condition with the labels intact (labels showed very minor signs of wear). All three games seemed to be clean and they all worked perfectly as soon as I plugged them in! These were three used games so I didn't expect them to look sparkling brand new and they didn't. Like I said, the Sega game looked like it was barely used (used like new) while the SNES titles looked a little more used with the full labels in intact! I paid $16.97 for the Sega game which was fair in my opinion because it was almost a new game with the hard case and book included. The SNES bowling game was $3.97 and the SNES baseball game was $5.47. Both SNES games are only cartridges with no case or booklets. In all my order came to $26.41. I got free shipping for ordering over $25 and obtained 26 lukie points for these purchases. The games were carefully heavily bubble wrapped and snugged in a giant white plastic envelope and the games have no damage from shipment. The prices were a fair bargain for what I ordered in my opinion! There are so many scamming websites online, so you have to be very careful of where you make purchases. I assume costumers just want to be treated fairly when they shop on an online store. If online stores do their customers right it surely pays off in the long run, it just creates good business. Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Lukie Games along with my order! From this experience, I give Lukie Games all five of their stars! I plan on ordering from them again in the future and I recommend them.

I ordered an Xbox 360 e and 3 games, it actually came a day early, and everything was in perfect working order, the games had no scratches, controller felt brand new and console looked excellent.

Okay everybody's got issues with something do these people are some of the greatest customer service I've ever had I wanted to return a game they refunded me and told me to keep the game the the games always arrives in pristine condition I have got the orders two and three days before they were supposed to get here and they got a 90-day return policy if you want old games go to Lukie. Their search is a little primitive it would be much better with an A to Z listing but other than that there's nothing bad about this company...and sniping on eBay...cool. I'll pay a bit more to only have to deal with a reputable company rather than some of the dolts that are on eBay and mercari especially.

I love video games. I am able to buy all the vintage games and consoles i grew up playing as a kid.

I ordered 5 games from lukie.com on the 8th of June. I received my full order by the 11th, that's 3 days and I used the standard free shipping for orders over $25. I should note all 5 are ps3 game of the year or special editions. I only had one game that didn't work, I emailed and within an hour had a response apologizing for the game not working and letting me know a replacement is on its way. With the 90 day guarantee, I will gladly order from Lukie games again!

They should shutdown and not sell used games any more period by the end of this year period and just sell ps4 and Xbox one products

I put my used xbox and games on ebay to sell. Lukie Games purchased it. I boxed EVERYTHING up and took it to my closest USPS office. Paid almost $30 for f*king shipping. Kept my receipt with the tracking number on it and checked in over the next few days to make sure it had shipped, which it DID. I wanna say about a month later I get hit with a dispute ticket on paypal with them claiming they never received it. I did everything correctly on my end and still got f*cked. Sooooo good luck selling to these f**kers Have a wonderful day ;)

This business is price gouging the industry. Everything (with the exception of commons) is anywhere between 10% to 50% over suggested fair market value. Which probably means they are sniping eBay auctions to get their inventory. While this practice isn’t illegal, it’s a shame they do this. I expect better values from companies in niche hobbies. I won’t be purchasing anything more from this company in the future. Save money AND support a local retro store instead.

Good place to buy CIB games, needs better shipment prices.

I have only ordered CIB from these guys (can't talk about disc only games).
Every game I got was in a 4 to 5/5 condition, great manual and case, discs usually without any scratch (They probably buffer it). Everything arrived ok.

However you guys have one problem: Shipment. Shipment to Europe is 6,75$ flat shipment , and it should be lower than 5$ (other stores do 3$ so there you have it). You would get so much more market here if it was 3-5$.

And yes, lukiegames buys all your games (if you're in the US) if you sell em on ebay with decent prices.

I bought animaniacs for sega. I paid and filled out the shipping information like I have done hundreds of times before online. Two weeks later no game delivered so I call. They say oh yes we see it here, should be another week. After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again.

I ordered from Lukie Games last week & received my order within 5 days ! Was actually a little shocked by it because the previous reviews were awful .. No complaints. I ordered 6 preowned DS games for my son, each were perfect condition. Packaging of each game were in tiny labeled ziploc baggies but we are super okay with that. The prices were great, can't beat the free shipping. Idk why so many people have bad vibes with this company, I will be ordering from them again !

Lukie Games does not dissapoint, there has never been a problem with my order. If you love or are looking for vintage games or consoles, then this is the place for you. What service. Long live Lukie Games.

My only complaint is the DHL service isn't the best but that's not on them really.
