Don’t do it!! Don’t fall for their complete fraud!! You will never see that enticing $40 reward (in my case), or probably anything else they offer you!! I have now been on the phone for over an hour, just trying to get the credit applied to pay my complete balance, my very first statement/payment!!. I was transferred to my 6th person, with absolutely no success of moving that $50.65 (other purchases made on the card, rewards). They did however, mid month, before receiving the credit card statement, send me a debit card for a checking and savings account, I did not ever sign up for. 🤔 Are there fee’s attached to this account?!?!? Did I unknowingly accept this as an actual bank account when I applied for credit with Walmart?!?!? Who knows!!! Far too much fine print to read thru, and interpret or understand!! I just merely wanted a $40 discount on my purchase. So….moral of the story, Buyer beware, “all that glitters is not gold!!” We shall see from this day forward on my next statement if I survived any additional charges for this mystery checking/savings account!! Or if this mystery checking/savings/debit account provides an account number or statement. Possibly a cyber statement that never reaches me, with the inaccessible 2 accounts (Savings/Checking) I can’t access where that glittery reward lives or is stashed at?? (Looking a whole lot like a 2008 “bail me out” life line for Synchronicity!!
And PS: after over an hour conversation with people obviously outside the US, my REWARD credit was never applied, and they wanted an additional account to make my payment from, which was already provided to Synchronicity bank.
Good Luck if you apply!! I paid my full balance and will never, ever use this card again!!!

Onepay and Synchrony bank are a joke. I have only used their app rewards program offers twice, and they screwed it up both times. The first time after much complaining and hours on the phone they finally contacted me and made it right. This time they are simply ignoring me. I left a review on here, again, and they responded by asking for me to contact them so they could make it right. After sending them three emails I give up. I have never had these kind of problems with any of my credit cards, as far as rewards go. Right now I am going to cancel my two cards that are represented by Synchrony bank including this OnePay card, it simply is not worth the trouble and headaches. Thanks for NOTHING Onepay!!!
One pay is a complete scam, they will allow scammers to take money out of your account. They will give you no notices of fraud and they will tell you to wait and wait to see if they will allow the scammers to take your money first before you can file a dispute instead of stopping it they will tell you things like you have to contact them and stop it. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves, and if Donald Trump wants to be sticking his mouth in anybody’s damn business that’s a company he should be on this one this needs to be stopped. They need to go away. They need to be fined. Let them keep working in the foreign country. they’re from because when you call them, you will always get somebody that barely speaks English and doesn’t give a shit about their customers.

I was given a prepaid credit card for my birthday. I activated it a few months after they purchased it. The balance was down by $12. When I reached out to customer support, Ankit said since i didn't activate in a timely manner, they charged me this fee. The card was for $25, so they took half! Complete scam. Ankit told me if I read in the fine print (very small. And very vague), it says they are allowed to charge me a fee if I dont activate quickly. I asked him to refund it & he simply said he can't. This is a terrible company with bad people

My name was misspelled on my debit card TWICE!!!! Was told that it was corrected and shipped expedited via UPS and would here by Friday, April 17th. Just found out it was NEVER shipped! I've spoken with FOUR Supervisors. So NOW it's supposed to be here in two days. But originally he said three to four days. Asked when I'll receive tracking information. He said he doesn't know. WOW! Outsourcing Customer Service other countries is a joke. Major language barrier. I.AM.DONE!

Via the Walmart site, I went to get a OnePay card, which I have but did not use recently .. The site advertised that they would only do a soft pull on my credit. Come to find out they did a hard pull instead!! My credit score went down 5 points!!!
I am so angry. They lied!
I applied for and opened a OnePay MasterCard (issued by Synchrony Bank) for the 5% cash back bonus. The bonus points were initially deposited into a OnePay cash account. Approx. 1 week after receiving the debit card associated with the OnePay cash account, the account was closed with no explanation. I was still using the MasterCard and collecting points which I was getting emails confirming that I was earning them. Now I cannot log into the app to view the points, and the reps are saying that the account is closed and that they have sent a check for the bonus cash back, which is a lie, as they tell me I have $65 worth of points in the account. They informed me that I can transfer the balance to be applied to my MasterCard balance via the app. I CAN'T ACCESS THE APP! Then they said that they would not be able to transfer the balance because the account is closed. They have basically stolen $65 of my money.
Update: OnePay transferred my call to Synchrony for resolution. Synchrony does not have anything to do with the app, website, or debit card, so Synchrony transferred me back to OnePay. I finally spoke to a supervisor, who basically stated the account is closed and that is why I am unable to access it. I still have no explanation as to why the OnePay account was closed a month after the cash account / debit card were closed. He could not / would not give any details as to why the account was closed. He stated he would ensure that a check was mailed to me for the points I had accumulated, and that I was free to apply for an account again, but there was no guarantee that it would be approved. So now I have an account that promised cash-back for using it, that will not actually have cash back. I do not have any issue with Synchrony bank, aside from their name being associated with a company that does not do what they said they do. If I were Synchrony or Walmart, I would be dropping this shady company immediately.

OnePay is a complete horror show. Impossible to obtain live help only Ai agents in an endless loop until you give up and hang up. Could not find any help to set up autopay. They completely invade your privacy. This was the absolute worst credit card experience I have every had. This is a marriage of a fintech and a giant retailer engaged in the most evil partnerships. Run the other way.

I was a one pay customer using their bank as they put it until one day in Nov.3rd I went to my atm like I do always with my ssi. Check and withdrew some money to pay bills. After that I went 8 miles to dollar general in our rual area and I got there a out few minutes before 12pm. After I done my shopping I went back home at that time I had no phone svc. As I made my way back home I we t into the house got on wifi and checked my account I was missing money $809.00 to tell you now. I went to federal trade commission fill out a complaint as I was told and after that I s rolled down to the bottom of the page and seen a lawyer name got their email sent them one and I got a response in about 24 hours. I told them what happened and they got in touch with one pay and he got me back 1500 for all that had happen to me. Okay in the mean time I got a check in the mail and went and cashed it one week later it bounced it was a hot check no good had to pay the bank back their money by getting a loan from the bank to cover bank and us we were liable for that money sense then I got another check after lawyer told them it was bad. He'll im afraid to try and cash it now one bank said they cant get it verified at all now. So now what will I do deposit it into bank I guess.

Walmart should make setting up OnePay less complicated. I know this is not a credit card but setting it up was torture. Took me weeks from application until today, and yet I did not get through. I have applied for credit cards from many different vendors through all these years, but this card is something I wish I had never encountered. I will be cancelling this card today after so many attempts to set up the account. It should not be this way.

Absolutely a trash company. The customer service is in a foreign country, the refuse to bend any when your money comes up missing.
File a dispute and it takes almost 20 days to get a provisional credit (if you get one) or you have to wait the whole 90 days. If you ask them as to why, you will get the exact same bull answer about having to wait the 90 days because it is policy.
Save yourself a headache and wasted time. This is a company full of liars, thieves and jacka$s employees.
This company needs to be investigated and shut down

most racist customer service in history. my one pay checking account was used to pay someone else credit card fraudulently i disputed the charge but the racist customer service denied the claim without explanation.
i send one pay identity theft report. i asked to request from the merchant that the credit card was paid is under my name but they denied. if there is any class action against one pay let me know i will join. one pay must be closed as bank.

Slow release of balance (several days) after payment is no longer pending. Additionally, their cash rewards redemption system screwed something up and tried to process my $6.32 three times. Not sure why. I processed it once, and it went through, because the cash rewards are no longer in my account, and it would have been impossible to process a cash rewards transfer to the balance more than once (because they were no longer there), so I woke up to a $30.00 returned check fee this morning, and customer service doesn't care and blames it on me allegedly scheduling multiple payments for different days (which also was impossible, because I was literally on an operating table the day/time they claim I scheduled the second payment). And they claim I cannot dispute their fraudulent charges.

Example my question "why didnt autopay work", wait 5 minutes agent "let me help you enroll in autopay", me "I am already enrolled", 5 minutes later "let me help you setup autopay"
