Absolutely terrible website. The customer service is lacklustre and they really couldn’t care less about resolving your issues; all they care about is keeping your hard-earned cash.

Also you will pay import charges with them, TBF it is noted on the FAQ section of their website, but if you didn’t realise this, you will when you go to collect your item.

Stick to ordering from reliable and trusted websites.

Zero customer service. If you want to chance wasting your money go ahead. These guys only care about your $$ and you’re dead to them as soon as they’ve got it. Buyers beware!!!

I like this website and most of the games are great. I'm having issues getting someone to respond to me though. I got a game on Friday and tried to play it, it doesnt work at all. Today is Monday and no one is still responding to me. I have emailed a couple of times and I've called 6 times and left voice mail and nothing. I probably wont buy from them again if someone doesnt respond to me soon.

So far my experience has been excellent. What cost $375 on Amazon I picked up at Lukie games for $125. The Wii station looks new as does the fit board and controllers and everything is working perfectly straight out of the box. This is now the only place I will shop for legacy or used equipment!

There is no color or sound when I turn on my PlayStation 2. I’ve had a PlayStation 2 years ago and there was definitely color and sound so I’m not sure if it’s just my Samsung tv or if it’s the used console. How can I fix it to where I can at least have color?

Ordered two ds games and a psp game. They arrived in great condition. Lukie shipped them on time, but due to the covid delays it took an extra week to arrive. If you go with the free shipping, add an extra week to a week an a half due to the pandemic slowdown.
My package arrived in a bubble wrap bag, so I'm not sure, how more delicate items would fair. For delicate items I would recommend express shipping.

I happen to know someone who was selling a DS on eBay. Lukie Games purchased the DS and refunded it, which is fine if they hadn't kept the case, half of the games, and replaced the OEM charger with a generic. This is fraud, and Lukie Games is run by a bunch of fraudsters.

Ordered 3 N64 controllers. Paid roughly 75CAD for each. Controllers seemed expensive but willing to pay for AN ORIGINAL controller. They sent us 3 with replacement joysticks in them. This is not original at all. Terrible experience. Now will have to ship back during a pandemic. Thanks for nothing Lukie. False advertising.

They used to be great, now they just seem to be overpriced and their customer service is terrible. Don’t pay extra for shipping either, because if it is delayed they won’t refund you for it. You know “everything is delayed right now due to the pandemic and you still offer fast shipping?” Nice.

Yeah they are sketchy trying to mislead consumers
it is the worst thing a business can do in my opinion.

no questions asked offered me a partial refund of 45$(with me paying 6$ more for the same product that listed on their site for 6$ less).

I prefer to return the package and get a full refund + return shipping.

Why:

1st) because i ordered a collectors edition that was supposed to be a bigger package i payed more for shipping and more for customs because the item and price that where declared on the packing slip was higher so if i return it i can redeclare to customs that i am returning the package back to the sender and i can get additional 33.20$ back.

2nd) if i get a refund of 45$ it means i am paying 76.47$ for the same item that priced at 70.47$ right now on your website.

3rd) as you did not question me or asked for photo or video proof i am confident that i was sent an deluxe edition instead of collectors edition with 51$ difference with the intention of me noticing it or not + the customs declaration clearly says 121.47$ on the package even if it is not the same product that was put inside the package.

And one more thing how can the item arrive incomplete the packaging is small it could never fit a figure 12.01 x 12.01 x 10 inches inside it in the first place.

and my last reason is for all the trouble i prefer to buy a brand new sealed one for 150$ on amazon.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their website messes up and messed up the address on my order. They were no help and took no responsibility even after me telling them I had to tried to get in touch before the order went out to fix it and was ignored. They basically told me to deal with it and if they get the package back, only then will they refund me.

Rude, unhelpful, and not worth it. They say in their site they aren’t happy if you’re not happy and based on the fact they don’t allow reviews on their Facebook page should show that’s a lie.

And then telling the customer to deal with their mistakes themselves seems like a common theme. Now the site won’t even let me log in. Ridiculous.

The first time I ordered from here nothing but good things; the package came in a week and everything worked perfectly. However, the second time I ordered DHL had to transfer the package to USPS to where the order never updated. After spending hours contacting both businesses, they told me I had to contact the vendor. When I contacted Lukiegames they offered little to no assistance and basically told me I had to deal with it myself (which I already tried to do). Eventually, USPS told me they lost the package and they would contact the vendor (I was refunded) but let me know that it was ridiculous the company had me do all of that myself before refunding me and that I should leave a bad review lol.

I've always been satisfied when ordering GameCube games from this site, as they have come in great condition. Haven't ordered from them in a while, so when I went back to the website, I noticed how insane the prices became recently. Not sure if this whole pandemic is affecting that or not, but it pains me to know how ridiculous these guys have gotten. I would give one star, but the only thing that prevented that was my past experiences.

Custom fees not expected and they take 1 month to deliver the item when they say it would take few days

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Every since the pandemic they raised prices almost triple. The have a lukie pts system that you can get free games with the pts you earn by buying from the site. All of the games that you can pick from are out of stock. They dont seem interested in updating that section. Their is nothing super special about Lukie games other than the lukie pts sytem, and i have over 500 pts but i cant spend them. However i havnt had any other problems with them except for them charging way, way, way, more for anything than literally anybody else charges. I would stay away from them.

One controller purchased looked about 80/100. The other controller had a broken Z button and chewed C stick, 70/100.

Therefore, 75% garners 3 stars.

Let me get this straight Meg. First of all, how the hell do you expect them to send a package to you ordered after 1? giving them less than 20 hours to deliver a package is just plain rude, and no that shouldn't be told to you at checkout because they expect their customers to be a little smarter and use their common sense. I have ordered off this company many times and I am thoroughly impressed with what I have received, their prices are great and customer support is great as well, I feel very comfortably ordering off this website again.

There prices have gone way up they edit reviews or flat erase them games always work I'll give them that but most of what they get comes from eBay then they re sell it for double or triple price it sucks being a collector in knowing your being ripped off unless you have no other place to buy don't let them over charge you

I pay the shipping fee I was told that my package would be here at a certain time and hasn't gotten here yet if I don't receive it within the next 2 days I want my money returned back to me on

Terrible customer service.. Product didnt work. Said they were going to send ahipping label for return. Took me almost a week and 2 emails to get a shipping label. Product had a brown stain on it Asked for replacement to be shipped overnight because it was a birthday present on them. Told me they couldnt do it. So return takes over 2 weeks. Worst company I dealt with planned on spending about 200 dollars morw but they don't seem to stick to their word in first email and make it right. Interesting you cant leave negative comments on their website or fb page.
