This company is TRASH! If their third-party shippers (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc) does not deliver your packages on time per the date/time that they state it'll be delivered by, they'll not only disregard your dispute, but will deny your refund for shipping until you ship the product back to them whenever you actually paid for the product and paid extra for the shipper, but will ONLY acknowledge the refund for shipping if you return the product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You're better off going to a local retro gaming store to not experience the hassle.

i ordered 4 games, one of them was dirty and no matter how much i cleaned it it wouldn't start. the second one wouldn't get past the loading screen. the 3rd one works perfectly fine, and the 4th wont even start. at least I got one to work, but If I were you I would look up this store before you buy from here.

Very disappointed with my order this time the game system I ordered works great but the controller doesn't charge at all. I've been trying to get customer service all day but no luck.

Lukie Games does not know how to sell games. I bought a game called NBA JAM T.E for the Sega Saturn. The game never worked at all. I contact them through email explaining my issue with the game. The are unprofessional and they did not give me a refund. Which made me angry! Plus they did not test the game. They should have done that in the first place before shipping it out. Lukie Games is not a very good video game selling business. They suck 100% bad I will never buy games from them since they do not know how to sell video games. Plus when I email them explaining that the game did not work and told them how mad I was at them. They told me them won't let me purchase anything from them no more which means that suspended me from buying. Games from there website because I told them how mad I was at them because they should have test out the game before they ship it out to me. That is there fault that they screwed up in the first place because they did not test game. They do not care at all about there customers. Lukie Games is a failure video game selling business that do not have professional skills at selling video games. Avoid them at all cost. Estarland is more professional and I never once had a issue with them. Screw you Lukie Games

I'm going to give them a 3.5 because they ship quickly and there games appear to be original ( im buying Gameboy,N64, and NES games)... I had an issue with a game and they did send me a replacement... However with that being said im a very understanding person and I understand if the games are old and originals then they will have some damage. Buttt, I get other people complaints because I ordered about 50 games and I'd say alot have some decent damage from not working, to cracks, to scratches and damages labels so I get people being upset with that as they do charge top dollar for there items ... I'd say that's my biggest complaint is just damage on older games but I still use lukie games as I don't mind spending $5 over market price for a game I know will arrive in several days, shipping free/ calculated into game cost, and can send back if I have an issue ... Overall decent experience and i buy mostly from lukie games

Horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Had to go to my bank to get a refund for item they would not cancel. Lied so that they could take my money and make things difficult for me.I would never do business with them and highly suggest you do not either

Made my first purchase with them recently and received my games early in perfect condition for a great price

I had times where I have bought games that in . The description cleaned and tested only . To find that they were not cleaned at all . I have recently bought 4 nes games from . Lukie games and only 1 out of 4 them work . Don't buy anything from lukie games .

Bought 15 games in total to be given as gifts for Christmas very affordable and great quality would never guess they are used games the kids are very happy great quality price and arrived on time. I will definitely be using lukie again and referring to friends.

Bought from them multiple times, games come in good condition and have always worked. I have never needed to send a game back but have heard they have good customer service.

I ordered a game, paid, the payment processed, and I received a confirmation email. Days later I get an email saying it's on security hold. I live two states over the the payment cleared so this is confusing. They tell me I MUST confirm details by phone. I call, leave voice mails, send emails. They canceled my order without processing my refund and claimed it was because I wouldn't contact them, but there is a thirteen-response email chain with them over the course of two days. Don't get SCAMMED by these people...

I absolutley love lukiegames.com!!! They have prices NOBODY can beat. I go there to shop for all my Xbox 360 Games and I always check for Xbox One games as well. Their prices are far better than GameStop's. The only possible downfall to them could be that the majority of their games from my knowledge and experience are used so there is always a possibility of issues when buying a used game. But I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and have not had one issue. Keep in mind that I do purchase at least one game a month from them so I shop way more than your average customer. Their customer service team is fantastic!!! What started as occasional buying from them turned into monthly buying for going on 3 years That really says a lot about the quality and value they provide! I would like to make one suggestion though if they see this I would like to suggest that they come up with something similar to GameStop's pro membership program.

I received my games today as it said tried them out and will be ordering from luckie games again there is no place where I live that sales the ds games any more so I'm glad I found this website

I have done business with lukie games in six occasions all specifications very unsatisfactory the game consoles that I have purchased I still have not gotten the money back the games come to your home in bad condition not working no coach and no controllers I have spoken to the management of lukie games and each time I was not happy there is no one who test the games or console to see if they work. Customer Service very much lacking

Horrible customer service experience after experience. They claim 90 day return policy on any items no questions asked. But if you order too much and have to return more than one or two item, they ban you from shopping. When asked about this they say its returning too many items back to them for them to deal with. Quality of the items isnt always good, so if you get scratched up discs or rips in game cover or broken game cases, you just have to deal with it or get blocked from buying anything more on their site.

I placed an order on Feb. 25th. My order was scheduled to arrive March 5th. It said delivered on March 4th. I never got a delivery email I had just happened to be looking at my tracking. I never received my package. They told me to wait and see if it were to come Monday, March 7th. Monday comes and goes and no package. Waiting to see if I can get a refund but I’m really not happy. I’m disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a N64 game cartridge and was quite let down when it didn't work upon arrival (tried all the troubleshooting tips, and all other N64 cartridges work fine). Contacted Lukie customer support and they shipped another one right away which worked flawlessly on arrival. Again, great support!

I ran across this place. I order a couple of controllers for the first wii. I have to say that store is awesome. The games, the controllers, awesome. so, Thank you for my order. I will be back again.
