Casa Santo at Borghetto Farmhouse
The road there wasn't easy, but once at the top, you arrived at a beautiful location in the Tuscan hills. The apartment was very tidy upon arrival. It featured two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms, making it ideal for two couples. The living area was on the dark side, but thanks to the lovely weather, we could always eat outside, so this wasn't a problem. All windows and doors were fitted with fly screens, preventing flies and especially mosquitoes from entering. Beautiful garden and a stunning swimming pool. The Wi-Fi didn't always work very well; there was no reception by the pool. Our contact person, Silvana, was very friendly and easy to reach. Consequently, communication went smoothly. Questions were answered quickly, and problems were resolved fast. A good base for exploring Tuscany. Beautiful and charming villages nearby. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about Villa Flora
Can’t say enough about Villa Flora. We loved everything about it. Very clean, wonderful location, plenty of space to enjoy.
Silvana, our host, was a fantastic communicator the few times we had questions - she replied right away. She met us at arrival and departure, making everything very easy.
Hope we can return to Tuscany some day, and if we do, this is where we will stay.

Gemütliches Cottage
Die Begrüssung durch Loredana war sehr herzlich und informativ.
Das Cottage ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details. Die Küche ist klein und nicht sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen fehlt zum Teil Geschirr und Besteck.
Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich und die Zufahrt anspruchsvoll.Fürs Auto hat man einen überdeckten und sicheren Parkplatz.

Visited Tuscany for the first time in May and stayed at Villa Brunetta. Our host, Monica, was the greatest! She met us on arrival, explained everything we needed to make our stay wonderful and left gifts. She was like a member of our family while we were there. Always available, anytime we needed her, which was only once for a new coffee pot. And it was done pronto. The villa was a dream. We kidded about it being our Downton Abby..if you know, you know. Una bellissima esperienza.
Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato presso Casa San Gennaro per quattro notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, immersi completamente nella natura e nella tranquillità delle colline lucchesi.
L’alloggio si è rivelato spazioso, confortevole e impeccabilmente pulito, perfetto per un gruppo di sei persone. La piscina e l’ampio giardino rappresentano un vero valore aggiunto: abbiamo trascorso momenti di puro relax e piacevoli serate all’aperto, gustando ottime fiorentine preparate alla griglia.
La casa si trova in un caratteristico borgo circondato dal verde, ideale per chi desidera pace e silenzio senza rinunciare alla comodità dei principali servizi, facilmente raggiungibili. Nei dintorni si trovano inoltre numerose fattorie storiche, perfette per degustazioni di vino e olio e per scoprire le eccellenze del territorio.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Silvana, un’host estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. I suoi consigli sui ristoranti tipici e sulle attività da svolgere in zona hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza assolutamente positiva che consigliamo senza esitazione. Saremo felici di tornare in futuro.

A Truly Memorable Stay in the Heart of Tuscany
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa "Al Podere di Nonno Giulivo" and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan getaway. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful rolling hills, charming villages, and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The absolute centerpiece of the property is the magnificent swimming pool. It is exceptionally well kept, set against the scenic Tuscan countryside, and quickly became our favorite place to relax. Whether during the day or in the evening, the pool area creates a truly special atmosphere and adds enormously to the overall experience.
A special mention goes to Filippo, whose contribution made our stay even more enjoyable. Superb Villa for the family
We stayed at Villa Papari as a family of 7, and I can honestly say we used everything - including all three eating areas, the pool, pizza oven, and the table tennis tables. We even hired Lucca Cooking Classes to teach us how to cook italiano style! Highly recommend that!
The villa is finished off to a high standard, and the gardens are stunning! Our host Silvana made sure we had everything we needed, so we could not recommend this villa highly enough!

Villa Alice: a wonderful Tuscan retreat
Villa Alice, part of the stable of Lucca Apts and Villas, is an exceptional property set on a beautiful hillside near to the lovely town of Lucca. Accommodation is spacious and high level and there was lots of space for our party of six to relax, both inside and outside. The kitchen is generously equipped and overlooks the huge terrace and hillside view. The largest bathroom is a standout room with spa bath, superb shower and panoramic view.
Our host Mini offered a warm and personalised service and communications with the company were exemplary from start to finish.

Villa Podere Falcione & Mini
We had an amazing stay at Villa Podere Falcione. The villa is even more beautiful in person—full of rustic Tuscan charm, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, and it truly feels like a little slice of paradise.
The outdoor space is a highlight. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying the views and the quiet. The gardens are lovely, and there are plenty of spots to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine.
Mini, the host, was fantastic—warm, responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and wineries. I am coeliac, and she even found a local brewery that made gluten free beer and sent me a can.
Check‑in was smooth, and everything was exactly as described.
If you’re looking for a relaxing Tuscan getaway, this place is perfect. We would absolutely stay again.
