Lucca Apartments and Villas Arvostelua 

We have just had a wonderful weeks stay at the beautiful Villa Dondolino. The Villa is spacious and had everything we needed. One thing I noted and was so pleased about was the cleanliness of Villa Dondolino. The beds are also very comfortable. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, we loved how quiet and private the Villa is. Our host was great at communicating and providing tips and suggestions. We would definitely recommend Lucca Apartments and Villas.

We had a truly brilliant stay at the Ca Uvenere villa in Bientina. Set in beautiful grounds with an amazing view overlooking a large pool, the villa is spacious with so many beautiful spaces to enjoy. The villa is full of character with inviting bedrooms and lovely bathrooms that all of our group of 11 enjoyed greatly. The villa's highlight is definitely the pool - it's big enough to do laps for exercise, or perfect just to cool off from the hot sun while taking in the views. The outdoor spaces are also fantastic and are perfect for a large group to gather - we enjoyed a BBQ feast and there's even a pizza oven! Fillip is a great host and readily available with suggestions and help if needed. His welcome tour is also very entertaining. The house is in a great location with easy access by car to Florence and Lucca, and make sure you pay Bientina a visit also - it's a really authentic town with some nice restaurants and bars. We did walk to Bientina (it's about 40 minutes away) as well as a nice nearby restaurant called Cigno Nero which is worth a visit, but the area is quite hilly and the walk isn't the easiest, especially in summer! So having a car is definitely a good idea if you're going to stay here. Everyone in our group loved staying at this villa, it had everything we needed for a memorable holiday. I couldn't reccomend it enough!

We stayed at Villa Gabry, family of 6, and had an amazing time. It's an old Tuscan villa, lots of space, and the view is the best part – you sit at a large table on the terrace and look straight down to Lucca. Cate, the house manager, was really outstanding - incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us great tips for the best restaurant, stores and places to visit. She also recommended a winery next door – the owner, Giuseppe, gave us a very personal, super interesting and delicious tour. Only thing about the house: the kitchen could be equipped a little better – more cups, plates and glasses, a sharp knife and some basic utensils would help if you actually want to cook for six.

Amazing house with lovely views and beautiful sunsets. Appreciated the pool in the hot sunshine, and it was lovely and clean every day. Fillipo was an excellent host and explained everything we needed to know about the house. The peace and tranquility was just what we all needed!

Geweldig resort midden in de natuur en in alle rust. Maar ook weer dicht bij de leuke plaatsen en het strand. Fantastisch farmhouse met geweldige kamers, erg sfeervol en mooi ingericht. Grote slaapkamers.

My wife and I rented this amazing rustic cottage for our stay in the Tuscany area in May. It is comfortable, cozy and quiet. It was very relaxing for us when we got back from a long day of exploring the region. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful secluded stay.

We had a wonderful holiday with our three young children at the Citrus Farmhouse. The massive garden is well maintained, the pool was clean and a true blessing as it was a very hot week. The cottage is lovely furnished, the kitchen well equipped and due to the air conditioning the house was nice and cool.

Booking through ‘Lucca Apartments’ went smoothly. Upon arrival the host Loredana was waiting for us and she was available to assist during our stay. It was also nice to meet the friendly owners. Grazie mille! We hope to visit again in the future.

We stayed in a dream villa in Montecarlo from July 29 to August 5, 2026. The villa was actually a backup option, as the owner had cancelled our original booking—but looking back, it was the best thing that could have happened to us. From the moment we booked and the pre-arrival communication right through to the truly daily support, everything was simply indescribable. The villa was a dream. We travel frequently throughout the year; there were seven of us, and everyone was thrilled. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the outdoor area, the peace and quiet, the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom, the large pool, the fantastic décor—we felt completely at ease from start to finish. But the real highlight was Loredana. Even before we arrived, she offered helpful advice—without ever being intrusive—on good local restaurants, arranged a fantastic wine tasting, brought excellent wine to the villa for our first two evenings, and was always available (even at night)—it was incredible! I have never met anyone who looked after vacationers with such love and dedication. There was never a "no" to any question. I would have loved to pack her up and take her home with us! We rent out apartments in Berlin ourselves and put a lot of effort into communicating with our tenants, but what she does goes far beyond the job itself! You can tell she loves her work and is dedicated to making the impossible possible to ensure vacationers have a wonderful time. We will definitely book again and hope to see Loredana then. I will also recommend this rental—and this house in particular—to my own clients. I would give far more stars if I could. Thank you so much for the help, support, and a dream vacation!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Il Palagio. The villa itself is beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning grounds, a fantastic pool, and the grotto was a truly special feature that everyone enjoyed.
What really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Daniela was wonderful before we arrived, providing thoughtful recommendations for local services, arranging an excellent private chef for an unforgettable dinner at the villa, and personally meeting us on arrival to make sure we were settled in and had groceries waiting for us after a long journey. During our stay, Francesco was an incredible host, always available to answer questions and offer great local recommendations that made our trip even better.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Villa Il Palagio and Lucca Apartments & Villas, and we’re especially grateful to Daniela and Francesco for their hospitality and attention to every detail.

Excellent service and the most amazing homes in and around Lucca

We had a wonderful stay at casa Raffa! The house is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the center of Lucca, making it easy to explore the city. Having a private parking space was a great bonus.
The house was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Daniela was an incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful host. Communication was excellent, and she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this accommodation!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Clara! The Villa had everything we needed and more. Filippo was helpful throughout our stay and Luigi was an incredible host who meticulously cared for everything. The only regret we had was that we didn’t book it for longer!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben die „Villa Debby“ in der Nähe von Lucca für zwei Wochen gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden.

Das Haus ist wundervoll mit grandioser Aussicht auf einem Hügel gelegen, der tolle Pool sowie die sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses sind besonders hervorzuheben.

Die Betreuung durch „Mini“ seitens Lucca Appartments and Villas war sehr herzlich und verlief absolut vorbildlich. Auch die Hauseigentümerin „Debby“ war sehr nett und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Fazit: Wir können die „Villa Debby“ sowie Lucca Appartments and Villas uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein ganz lieber Gruß geht raus an Mini und Debby für die tolle Betreuung und den schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

The perfect holiday destination. A beautiful house with plenty of space and a stunning swimming pool that was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. On top of that, we had an amazing hostess, Silvana, who took care of everything down to the smallest detail.

The villa offers everything you need to have the holiday of your dreams. So much space, an amazing garden, the pool...no words exept: Wow! Silvana was a great host but don't forget the owners and housekeeping.

Very cozy villa with a beautiful view. A nice pool area, a charming apartment with modern bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. There are no aircondition but a fan in every bedroom. The host Silvana is very helpful and answer any questions kindly and quickly.

Dejligt stort hus, og en stor have med pool, som ligger godt væk fra alt larm og så alligevel kun ca 1/2 time fra Lucca
