Villa Podere Falcione & Mini
We had an amazing stay at Villa Podere Falcione. The villa is even more beautiful in person—full of rustic Tuscan charm, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, and it truly feels like a little slice of paradise.
The outdoor space is a highlight. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying the views and the quiet. The gardens are lovely, and there are plenty of spots to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine.
Mini, the host, was fantastic—warm, responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and wineries. I am coeliac, and she even found a local brewery that made gluten free beer and sent me a can.
Check‑in was smooth, and everything was exactly as described.
If you’re looking for a relaxing Tuscan getaway, this place is perfect. We would absolutely stay again.

Villa Clara in Capannori Tuscany
We recently spent 9 wonderful days at Villa Clara in the town of Capannori in Northern Tuscany, and the stay exceeded our expectations! The information provided in advance of our arrival by our House Manager Filippo made for a very smooth process. Filippo accommodated our request for an early checkin, and he and his colleague Luigi, were there to greet us, and provide information relevant to our stay including use of appliances etc. The Villa was beautiful and exactly as shown in the promotional materials. The well manicured yard offered privacy, with a view of the Tuscan countryside, and even had a small olive orchard. While we only swam once because of the cool weather, it was meticulously cleaned by Luigi, who arrived each morning with a big smile! Located in a small village with local restaurants near by, we were also within easy driving distance of tourist attractions such as Pisa and the ancient walled city of Lucca. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the best of Tuscany. Thank you so much Filippo and Luigi !!!!!

This was truly one of the finest places we have stayed in all our years visiting Italy. Casa Stella was beautifully furnished, with classic artwork, comfortable beds, a wonderful cucina, and a spacious terrazza offering some of the best views in Lucca. We especially appreciated the many added conveniences: parking, easy access to the centro storico, the charming neighborhood surrounding the apartment, and the safe, secure building.
Most importantly, Monica and her company provided timely communication, clear instructions, and an exceptionally warm and pleasant experience throughout our stay. It was truly a joy and a privilege to stay here and to have such a reliable and efficient rental agency supporting our trip.

What was billed as a luxury apartment…
What was billed as a luxury apartment in Lucca for a month stay(Casa Cachi 3) was anything of the sort. From dirty and stained furniture to the lack of usable pot and pans, to bleak bathrooms with broken seats and a terrace that was nothing like the pictures a true disappointment. Combine that with building construction going on from 8-5 each weekday not a pleasant experience. The company had plenty of time to offer us alternatives back in October of 2025 when the construction started but did not as well as just giving us lip service during our stay to try and accommodate us. The basic apartment could be special but unfortunately they must not force owners to maintain their places which is inexcusable. I am sure they will reply that all was wonderful and the noise was limited. We travel internationally all the time and will never use their services in Italy or elsewhere. So buyer beware. I could have easily given one star but at least Manuel, the concierge, tried to make our stay ok. The company higher ups could have cared less.

Villa Brera - peaceful and perfect for large families!
We stayed at the gorgeous Villa Brera in Lucca, Tuscany, this April for my mother’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking.
Everywhere we turned, it looked like a painting! Every detail inside and outside the villa had clearly been thoughtfully chosen and beautifully maintained.
It was the perfect escape for our family of 10. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was spotless, with everything we needed during our stay. One evening, we enjoyed a barbecue after finding a local halal butcher and picking up groceries on the way to the villa. The children absolutely loved the pool - even though it was probably far too cold for swimming, they couldn’t wait to jump in.
We hired cars from the airport, which made getting around much easier. We would definitely recommend smaller cars, as some of the roads leading to the villa are quite narrow. During our stay, we explored Florence and the beautiful city of Lucca.
Luigi, Mini, and Chiara were there to welcome us on arrival, give us a full tour of the villa, and explain how everything worked. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants and were always available whenever we had questions or needed anything.
Although the first day was a little chilly, the weather quickly warmed up for the rest of our trip. Mornings spent having breakfast outside by the pool, listening to the birds and the trees, felt incredibly peaceful. We also enjoyed walking around the surrounding hills and discovering even more stunning views.
We stayed for four nights and honestly wished we could have stayed much longer. Villa Brera is the perfect place for a large family or group looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway in Tuscany. We will definitely be returning - hopefully next summer!

Beautiful Farmhouse Stay …
We stayed for five nights at Egidio Farmhouse in Lucca and were looked after brilliantly by tour host Monica.
The farmhouse is simply stunning, beautifully furnished and with fabulous amenities. The garden is so private with the addition of a lovely pool to keep you cool during the hot days. The outside seating area provides a cool retreat during the day under the veranda but as the sun comes down is a lovely warm place on an evening to sit with a glass of wine.
Its location is so convenient with a less than a couple of minutes walk to the walls of Lucca where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
Lucca is the most charming place which has many streets to walk around where at every corner there is a stunning site to see.
There is a huge supermarket just a 5 minute walk along the road which is very convenient to stock up on gorgeous wine 😃. The train station gives easy access to Pisa, Florence and Sienna.
High recommend this place. It truly is an exception place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful time ❤️

Villa Hugo in the Spring.
We had a wonderful stay in Villa Hugo at the beginning of April. The villa is situated just outside Lucca and is an easy drive from Pisa airport.
The service we received was excellent, being met by the villa manager who was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Later we were greeted by the Owner ( who lives on site) with a bottle of their own olive oil, which was superb! The service we received from both the manager and the Owner continued to be exemplary throughout our stay, nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
There were 7 of us staying in the villa with ages ranging from 14 to 75. The villa accommodated all of us well, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it. The rooms were beautifully furnished in traditional style but with plenty of modern features to make it comfortable. The bathrooms were particularly luxurious!
The villa is situated in a beautiful, immaculately kept garden which was plenty big enough for the teens to play and the grown ups snooze without being disturbed! The pool was beautifully maintained and a great hit with the youngsters. There was plenty of garden furniture both to sun bathe by the pool and eat al fresco in the shade of the house.
I would thoroughly recommend a stay in Villa Hugo to all those who love, or want to discover, Tuscany.

Beautiful villa with incredible views
We stayed at the Villa over Easter, two families (4 adults, 3 children), there was lots of space and the Villa is fully equipped for all ages.
The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable and WiFi reliable.
The grounds and views were incredible and we watched the sun set every night.
You obviously need a car and we would recommend getting a small one as the lane is quite tight. Taxis are limited and very expensive and only one of the restaurants nearby was open at this time of year, the pool is also not heated and at that time of year was very cold but with the kids in wetsuits and using inflatables it was fine. That being said if you are looking for a quiet location and to cook at the villa it’s perfect. The local supermarkets were a short drive away and the butcher and bakery in the nearby village were really lovely. Our host Mini was wonderful she greeted us on arrival, helped us with everything and made some excellent recommendations, she also popped over when we had a small issue with the electricity which was fixed almost immediately. We will be returning and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect Tuscan retreat.

Diversi mesi fa, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di rivolgerci a loro e l'esperienza è stata indimenticabile. Dovendo ripetere il viaggio, abbiamo deciso di tornare, ormai è una garanzia! Entrambe le strutture che abbiamo visto ad oggi sono mozzafiato, comodissime e curate veramente nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è gentilissimo, è stato un piacere tornare!! Arrivederci!!

As owners of a house in the historical center of Lucca that is fully managed by Lucca Apartments and Villas, we can only say our biggest "thank you" to the company's staff for all the efforts and commitment they put in making everything just perfect for the guests. People staying at our house are always more than happy of the 24/7 availability, helpfulness and kindness provided by our property manager, Stella, and the whole team. They let guests experience a five-stars hospitality in our house which is a source of pride and happiness for us owners too.

Beautiful home and perfect guidance.
We stayed at Villa Viola from Lucca Appartments and Villas for one week with our 3 kids. It really was a beautiful house, tastefully furnished. We enjoyed the enormous garden (our three sons played a lot of football during our vacation) and the view over the Tuscan hills was stunning!
A place to relax and experience the beautiful area. We enjoyed Lucca, Pisa and Pistoia, the beach and hiking in the hills close to the villa. The service and information provided by Lucca Appartments and Villas and our house manager Filippo was great! We received clear information beforehand and the personal check-in and check-out with Filippo was arranged smoothly and friendly. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and day trips Lucca Appartments and Villas gave us. We are back home with good memories!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Matilde. The villa was well equiped. The pool was great. We were lucky to have a very sunny week. Our host Loredana was very kind. She responded quickly and did good effort to make our stay even more great.
