Terrible customer service and products. It you want expensive tights that fall apart the first day of wearing and the company refuses to acknowledge that then you might be happy.

Note - the customer service team have refused to help me so any reply from LJ saying otherwise is rubbish.

Beware they take your email address to email receipt to and then never do - happened twice and even after checking they had right email adress
then you go to exchange and they dont let you even thought had proof on bank statement of date and time i paid!! be careful - lovely clothes but rubbish Customer service

Yes i read your reply but when your till lady gets its wrong but wont let you check it - whos to blame - sorry guys you - get the customers to tap it in themselves!!

If only I can give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. Contacted their customer service which took me an hour with no resolution with my issue at all! All I get is this pathetic generic response that were copied and paste. Their items are not cheap but I guess you get to have a good quality of customer service and should be able to attend with your customers issues and inquiries in a quick manner. I won’t be buying any more from this store and better to spend your money elsewhere where you will get a great customer service.

Went in store today to purchase some gym wear and was disgusted to find you don’t accept cash. How dare you refuse legal tender! Who do you think you are to tell your customer’s how they will purchase their product?

Legging quality was good before but recently bought 2 legging and both seam didnt hold after only 3 month of use.
Contacted Lorna Jane CS that is unable to help or do anything.
Very disappointed with them and wont buy this brand anymore,

Black and white item went grey in the wash from colour run. Customer service rep told me its because I didn't use "organic" detergent, whatever that is. Haven't found anyone who knows. Used persil sensitive but that is too harsh because it has sulphates according to Lorna Jane. Been looking and so do all the eco natural brands. Think people should be warned of the companies expectations on washing. I don't see the point of workout gear that requires it's own special detergent. Cc rep refused to give any examples about brands of detergent they do recommend just said I should Google chemicals. Honestly dumbest conversation I've had in some time.
Edit for response. I honestly can't believe this company. In my conversation with the customer rep I did also reference a eco brand i used (eco store) and she told me that was too harsh too, you can't win . All the care page says is to use a gentle detergent which I did. You guys do realize that being eco and natural doesn't mean a lot right...like natural or eco things are still made up of chemicals because everything is made of chemicals.

I used to love Lorna Jane but the last 5 pairs have all pilled and 4 pairs have holes in the seams, so disappointing considering how much they are.

I have NOT come into contact with any sharps or rough surface and take much care when washing this is a manufactured issue that many others are having the same problems with and it’s disgusting that Lorna Jane are blaming us for it.
I will be switching brands until they fix the problem and I’m sure if they continue many others won’t continue to buy them either.

After purchasing Lorna Jane for the past 14 years and having no issues with their clothing, I recently purchased 3 pairs of Amy tights (and 6 pairs of lotus tights which have had NO issues). Within 2 months I have issues with all the Amy tights. The stitching has come undone, and there are very small holes developing in the fabric (neither issues I have ever experienced before). I contacted LJ to be told the stitching issue is 'to be expected in high friction areas' and im at a loss at how to wear these tights without causing friction to the groin seams!! They also said I must have caused the holes by coming into contact with sharp objects (all in very random places) which makes no sense at all. I also note I am not the only customer complaining about this issue. I expect exercise tights of that price (nz$396 for 3 pairs) to last longer than two months! I really didn't expect such a poor, and obviously pre-meditated standard response from their customer service team. I will be sure to never shop LJ again!

Winter thermal pants very short in the legs and my legs are short! Expensive and a poor fit.
Their returns process via Australia Post cost over $9 and it's only $6.95 for the registered post service.

I feel LJ has the worst customer service, in general. Click and collect is down but can’t hold pants in case they have back orders. “Would hate to promise our customers something they can’t receive” well if I bought the last one you have by walking in the store they wouldn’t be getting their back order anyway. Feel like the service in these LJ stores are so hard sometimes, it’s not worth the headache.

Recently purchased 2 pairs of LJ leggings, Amy and Lotus. Both pairs have a tiny hole in them, 1 in the front private part of them and the other on the thigh part. I’m careful with washing and caring for them. I’ve only worn them a few times as I haven’t been able to wear them. I’ve got both pairs repaired now, so can now wear them. Wasn’t cheap getting repairs.

I went into Lorna Jane Chartwell today. Just looking - next minute I’d purchased a tee & a bra!! Customer service was excellent!! I felt seen, heard & welcomed. I will definitely be back!! 10/10

I used to adore Lorna Jane clothes,spent so much $ and had a wardrobe full. However the last x6 pairs of tights I’ve bought have barely lasted a few months. They all wear at the seams and get holes so fast! The quality of the products have gotten worse & when your paying over $100 for tights u would expect them to last -I have thrown all my LJ tights in the bin & will no longer purchase from this company anymore,Shame really but lots of other good sportswear brands out there!

It gave me the option to sign up with 15% off - never received the email (after checking trash/ deleted). I tired this with a second email address - same thing, no emails. So I purchased through their online sale as a guest. I paid via PayPal (thankfully as I may just get my money back now) and after paying and having the money taken out of my bank account, an error message came up saying they were out of stock. So I tried updating the cart - it wouldn't let me. Scared that I wouldn't get my money back I tried reporting the issue on their website via live chat - to which, no one replied not even a robot. Happy to not be giving them any money now.

Worst online experience ever. Purchase anything from them at your own risk. I am still waiting for my item, and the info I have is not sufficient to find out where in the loop it is. Of course, there is no way to speak to anyone, and their alleged customer service is a joke. Never again, and likely a chargeback before it is all over.

I ordered 4 items and paid express post delivery. Received 1 item two days later - a pair of socks. No communication at all about when I can expect the other items - leggings and tops, and it’s now been 5 days. No way to get in touch with Lorna Jane- they don’t provide an email address or a phone number to contact them about my order. There’s apparently a live chat feature on the website but I have tried from multiple browsers and it doesn’t work. I click on the link and it simply does nothing. This is shocking customer services - there is none!! Zero stars. And to ship one pair of socks separately by express post, and then be completely silent about the rest of the items? It’s crazy. I’m happy to be patient and understanding about order delays but a) do not offer express post option if you cannot deliver, and b) provide your contact details to your customers. This is very basic. (And c) you should offer me a refund for the difference in postage cost - it was your (bad) decision to split the postage.)

3 pairs of Lotus tights and one pair of Lotus shorts, all ripped in the inner seam within weeks.
You can't tell me getting a few weeks of occasional wear out of tights constitutes 'wear and tear'. I spoke to the customer service team today - which took over an hour, to be told it was a 'sizing issue' insinuating my tights were too small for me. One issue, I was sized in store, and had actually sized up in two of these pairs so they were actually big on me. I had already had one bad experience in store being made to feel like I was too fat to shop in LJ (may I note I am a size 16 and am quite tall) when I asked if there was any L or XL sizes in store, but now that has been cemented by the customer care team. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I have purchased a pair of LSKD tights mid last year and wear them religiously, 100 times more than I have ever worn my Lorna ones, and they are still perfect. After reading these reviews as well its obvious there is an issue with the material, so I really hope they stop shaming the customer and start taking some ownership for product faults!

I bought some Amy Pocket tights for $120, I’ve had them got 4 months and the threading has now come apart
I spoke with the customer service team and they advised they cannot do anything because they would be worn out
I’m sure $120 tights are supposed to last more than 4 months

I used to love Lorna jane. Quality was great. Sizing has always fit nicely. But in the past year it is shocking how easily their leggings and bike shorts tear. First time was a pair I had had for about a month. Was just pulling them up to put on and a small hole appeared on the quad. The I am on a hike in their bike shorts and I get a huge ripped inseam after only owning for 1 month. I don't know about you but as far as I'm concerned under the consumers guarantee act, a product must be fit to use, which means leggings lasting longer then a month. Contacted the customer service and they have told me that because we are all individuals they cannot control how everyone wears them. Please include a guide then of how I am to use them. For a walk? Just laying on the couch? Apparently I shouldn't wear them at all of I want to prevent any wear or tear

Edit: after chatting with customer service and not getting much more then the above. I went in store and the girls were really understanding and offered me a gift card as the return was out side of their refund time. Understandable why I got a gift card and glad I was able to get my money back.

I would still not recommend their leggings as I have noticed a decline in the quality of fabric and stiching
