I used to het the Amy legging but they've changed the material and it feels flimsy and doesn't stay up. I then decided to try the booty lift legging instead. Better material but still doesn’t stay up as the waist band isn’t as high.
I used to love Lorna Jane but the quality has dropped and i’m not sure why the fit of classic products is different. Maybe it’s a decrease in quality to increase their profits.
I was a loyal customer but i won’t be shopping there again.

Brought the lightspeed running shorts. That clam to be ani chafe and non ride up. They rode up in about 2 secs, the worse running shorts do not buy them. I messaged there care team. Not care there, told me that ani chafe meant it may still chafe. And I'm not allowed to return them.

Once my favorite activewear brand—please bring back the quality

Lorna Jane was the one brand I trusted for all my fitness gear. As a fitness instructor, I loved the bold designs, vibrant colors, flattering fit, and durability. It was a brand I felt excited about and could count on.

When one of my favorite stores closed, it felt like a real loss. Since 2020, I’ve found the quality and customer service increasingly disappointing. The clothing feels more cheaply made to me, and I miss the confidence I once had in every purchase.

Please bring back the audacity, distinctive designs, beautiful colors, and lasting quality that made Lorna Jane extraordinary. This comes from someone who loved your brand and wants to love it again. I’m grieving your brand .

Loooong-time buyer of Lorna Jane products here. I genuinely feel like the quality of their items has dropped so much. The tights used to last forever, but now I'm lucky to get 9 months out of all pairs with moderate wear (and that's using a delicate bag, cold handwash cycle, etc). I've started to look elsewhere for regular go-to tights partially because I want to use lower-tox bamboo and cotton-based products, but largely because LJ just isn't worth the money anymore with how quickly things fall apart and get holes at the seams, etc.

Received a gift card for $50 with expiry date of 31st MAy 2027. Does not work (staff that issued it put incorrect date on card). Unable to contact via chatbot to complain as hyperlink broken and no email address available

Lorna Jane products are comfortable and durable. They are well designed and come in a variety of colours and fabrics.

I had been a loyal customer of LJ for many years. Recently the quality changed and I advised customer care team who were not interested. The seams almost disintegrate in approx a year of low use. (Apparently wear and tear). When questioned of the expectation of life span was unanswered. Great for the time they last(approx 10mths). Very poor and disappointing customer care 😔

I have been a customer of Lorna Jane for 20 years and i have never had an issue. Recently the past2-3 pairs of Amy leggings that I have purchased have gotten holes in them. When i reached out to Lorna jane they said this is what is expected after wear and they would not stand behind their product. This is horrible customer service and after many years i will not be purchasing from them again

I have repurchased the flash-dance pants to wear for school and both times the buttons on the back pockets have popped off. I spent $200 on pants the buttons should not come off so easily! If they are going to charge so much the quality should match it!!

Was wearing the Lotus ankle biter leggings recently when I got bitten by a dog. I thought my leggings would be full of holes, as was I, and was rather gutted as they were the one pair my daughter hadn’t yet pinched. Fear not!! They are still in pristine condition. No damage at all. Fantastic quality.

Do not waste your time and money ordering clothes from this poorly run company. I ordered a sweatshirt online. They chose Australia Post. The parcel bounced around and never arrived. Lorna Jane never helped sort it out so I told Lorna Jane that I was over trying to get the parcel so they put in a return order. Eventhough I didn’t have the parcel Lorna Jane refused to give me a refund until Australia post got their act together and they received it. All of which was out of my control. But I was disadvantaged even more as Lorna Jane wouldn’t refund the postage!!!! SO FRUSTRATING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
PS Lorna Jane’s reply below is total bs. Lorna Jane did nothing to help me locate the item. In fact LJ ‘online chat’ (because you can’t get to speak to a person) said ‘you have made inquiries and there is nothing we can do’. And eventhough LJ knew I never received the package they didn’t refund me until I made an enquiry with my bank.

I’m reaching out regarding a recent purchase that has been extremely disappointing.

Two weeks ago, I purchased a jacket and pants from your store. After wearing the item for only 2 hours, it became defective. I contacted customer service immediately and was advised to visit a store.

Unfortunately, my in-store experience was very poor. The staff member gave inconsistent explanations — initially saying the fabric is “special” and requires extra care, then suggesting it should have been washed first, and later claiming it had been in contact with something hard, which is not true. I also found it inappropriate to be indirectly accused of misuse without proper assessment.

Additionally, I was told a ticket would be lodged, yet no details were taken from me until I followed up myself. This lack of process and accountability was frustrating.

I previously had a good experience with your online support, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

At this stage, I would like this matter escalated and properly reviewed as soon as possible. Given the circumstances and the service received, I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method.

Please confirm next steps urgently.

Lorna Jane sent me an email with an offer to purchase a top for an extra 20% off before midnight. So I did only to find the price dropped by nearly $100 at midnight! So dodgy and they would not honour the price difference. I used to love this brand but clothes quality and customer service are way down.

I bought two pairs of tights, one of which I had only worn once when I noticed the stitching on the outside leg had come undone and was pulling out.
I tried to contact customer care multiple times, only to talk to an AI chat. There is no email or phone number to contact an actual person. When i finally did get through to someone they told me they would send a post label to return them.
Fast forward a week later and I still hadn’t received the post label.
I tried to contact customer care online to which I was told to come back the next day!!!!! It clearly states on the website I can contact a staff member from 9-5- it was 2pm when I contacted them. It’s just a joke- for a big business and expensive items I am so disappointed in both the product and the support I received. I asked to be compensated for my troubles which they would not comply, they only offered for me to return my item and get a replacement, or a refund. I was happy with this option before I was stuffed around for two weeks!
I would not buy from them again. The quality of their items have gone down hill tremendously over the years. I am soooo furious with the lack of empathy and customer service from this business.

Ebony and Mikaela at the Rouse Hill store in NSW were so helpful and positive. They were friendly and supportive. Lorna Jane are lucky to have these girls working for them.

Recently ordered a pair of the Lotus leggings on sale, however they tore within literally 2 hours of wearing!! The material is thin and flimsy and not at all what I’d expect for the price. I’ve bought leggings from Kmart that are better quality! Won’t shop here again sadly

Honestly one of the most difficult shops I’ve ever had to deal with. I never shop at Lorna Jane because their prices are so high but I decided to treat myself since they were having sales and I wanted to give them a fair shot. I regret it so much. I emailed them and never got a response, their AI generated responses are so frustrating, it’s so hard to speak to an actual person. Biggest muck around will not shop here and would not recommend to anyone.
