les produits l'oreal sont excellents. je viens de me faire une coloration cheveux avec le one twist de l'oreal men expert. j ai 40 ans tous mes cheveux mais suis poivre et sel. quel changement ! résultat naturel j ai rajeuni de 5 ans. je me suis fait beau pour la fête de samedi. merci à L'Oréal et bravo pour le travail accompli. je recommande vos produits. This company really really should be ashamed of itself! I did a product test for a week of one of their products and I was supposed to have been paid and incentive for doing so. The product was mailed to my house I used it as per the instructions stated I did everything as I should I did the one week after you survey and I can't get paid for it!! I am about to turn them in to the better Business bureau, and just like everybody that I have told on my social media has said that I shouldn't have to take it that far with a company that has a net worth as much as they do! Nobody can help me with this customer service is a joke, the whole company is a joke they let you test their products and then they don't pay you for it as promised! Would I recommend them? I would advise against them now!

I brought the purple hair mask to brighten up my blonde hair and only after a very short time it had turned all my hair purple in patches it looked terrible I had to pay to get my hair sorted out I contacted the customer service and it took them about 2 months to even get a reply they arnt bothered what there rubbish products did to my hair avoid at all costs

Jeg har i mange år brugt denne creme og har virkelig oplevet den som lækker, fast og fugtighedsgivende. En følelse af god kvalitet og "lækkerhed". Dog har den ændret sig til en creme der har mistet kvaliteten og sin "lækkerhed". Den har det sidste halve år ca. været tynd og sjasket. Når jeg har taget den på min finger løber den af eller drypper. Den giver heller ikke den samme følelse af "lækkerhed" og fugtighedsgivende. Kvaliteten er væsentligt forringet. Det er en billig creme , men den har haft rigtig god kvalitet til prisen. Det skal den stadig kunne have.

J'ai passé une commande, il y a une semaine et dans l'espace client L'Oréal indique que j'ai reçu ma commande ce qui est totalement faux. En effet, la poste m'a confirmé que le colis avait subi un incident et que celui-ci n'était plus livrable et que je devais me rapprocher du SAV L'Oréal, ce que j'ai fait. Le SAV m'a précisé qu'il ne pouvait rien faire que je devais attendre 14 jours complémentaires ensuite on avisera ......

Bonjour. J'ai toujours été satisfaite de L'Oréal. Sauf aujourd'hui avec la coloration 9.12. mes cheveux blancs sont devenus violets. Et le reste des pointes ne ressemble à rien. Dommage. Salutations.

I have used both makeup no skin care products by this brand, they are generally terrible. Especially La Roche-apostasy is not worth any money.

J'ai appelé plusieurs fois le service consommateurs pour un shampooing Elseve de l'Oreal.
Appelé plus de 4 fois, ce service ne répond jamais !

J'ai donc envoyé un mail.
Depuis une semaine ! ... j'attends encore la réponse
Est-ce vraiment normal qu'une société comme l'Oréal à travers sa marque Elsève se moque autant de ses clients ?...

Je suis EXTRÊMEMENT DÉÇU car se sont des produits qui sont fait que pour LES RICHES !! Ca ne marche pas sur moi. C est scandaleux devendre des crèmes qui NE SONT PAS FIABLES !! A FUIR !!

Dare una stella è a dir tanto, se avessi potuto avrei dato zero. Acquistato tinta L'Oréal Paris eccellente 3U quindi castano scuro, seguito tutti gli step, visto che cmq sono anni che faccio tinte... Mi è uscito un nero blu, ogni volta che lavo h capelli scarica blu. Ho contattato l'assistenza e mi hanno risposto che non c'è nessuna anomalia e pertanto il colore era normale. Con tanto di foto e asciugamano blu, loro continuano a dire che non c'è nessun errore. Mi hanno chiesto il mio contatto tel, che ho mandato via mail. Ad oggi ancora nessuna risposta!! Non acquisterò MAI PIÙ nessun prodotto di questo marchio!!

3 meses y aún no tengo respuesta de lo que le paso a mi limpiador Cerave. Envié el producto para su revisión luego de que de la nada empezara a tener un olor NAUSEABUNDO como una CLOACA. 3 meses han pasado y ni noticias. UN HORROR

Jeg har købt deres ‘Elvital Shampoo’ ‘Dream length’ som egenligt dufter virkelig dejligt, men jeg taber så meget hår. Jeg har aldrig før oplevet at fælde (tabe så meget hår) som jeg har gjort siden jeg startede med at bruge deres shampoo. Ingen anbefaling!

Bought their 'Barber Club' roll-on deodorant since I was already a user of their 'Barber Club' aftershave balm which I like very much.
Deodorant caused a massive allergic reaction under my armpits. Very itchy and went very red and sore. Doctor gave me appropriate meds and it cleared up. I emailed the London address of L'Oreal but got absolutely no reply. Another big company that doesn't give a damn !!??
Finally found another telephone number and was told by the lady I spoke to that she would send me a form to fill in by email. Guess what!!! Nothing arrived. She must have got my email address wrong even though I spelled it out for her. But she did have my telephone number !!!!!!!!!! Reduced experience level to lowest possible - one star. Definitely a big company that doesn't care about it's customers as long as the profits come rolling in.
