Loreal Paris Arvostelua 

Går ej att få kontaktuppgifter för att reklamerna en vara. Köpte hårfärg som skulle täcka till 100% men det syntes inte någon skillnad. Har använt deras produkter tidigare utan det här problemet.

I bought a medium ash blond hair color. It turned my hair white. I have tried every avenue to get in touch with them. I can't get through on customer service line ( they're always closed) You can't get anyone in head office unless you know a name or extension ( there is no reception) What is going on with this company? It's such a big company to be so amateur. I tried a website to email and it wasn't even working. Don't bother with this company, it's ridiculous.

Jeg har købt Cvitaminampuller. Da jeg skulle knække den sprang den, som en lille bombe og jeg fik glasskår i ansigtet og blødte flere steder. Jeg fik fat på en nabo,som prøvede at knække en, som også sprang i mange stykker. Hvor klager jeg over det. Jeg har taget foto af flasken

Loreal Paris Ultra-light Ash blonde 03 turned my blonde hair dark dirty grey. Avoid this product. Code of colouring creme inside box was 10x303. Some people are reporting that in-correcftly boxed colours that Loreal later admit. Why not recall these as there are so many similar complaints on Tesco reviews and other places. Awful . Will never buy again. AVOID it.

The sunblock cream is thin and light. I like the texture and the fragrance. Will buy again.

leur site est nul. Perte de temps et d'énergie à appeler des téléconseillers inutiles basés ay bout du monde qui ne savent pas ce qu'ils font.

On 19th December 2022 I purchased a hair dye from Boots when I went to remove the small lid to the nozzle the bottle exploded hitting me in the eye covering me, my carpet, sofa walls and celling in the product - the force was so hard the bottle ended up in my hall way. After the initial shock I contacted Loreal on 21st December they responded with "we are sorry you reacted to our product" clearly didn't listen to my explanation. I provided all information relating to the product barcodes etc photos of. I was unable to provide a receipt due to paying by cash - they then did try and close my case as I couldn't prove it was a loreal product.... I spoke with Boots who were amazing they advised me to provide my advantage card statement. I then had an offer of £12.99 what on earth...….. I struggle daily with my eye use eye drops and cream. Fast forward 23.03.23 called again no update the team is busy is this acceptable? No. My carpet walls and sofa are still stained I had them professionally cleaned after this but the damage is still there my top is destroyed.
Their customer service is appalling. They claim to take these matters seriously, I can confirm they don’t.

AVOID L’Oreal who clearly think the customer is an idiot, poor value, bad products and customer service, compensation is an absolute fight not your right as promised and the goodwill products mentioned never arrive. In fact they stop communicating with you treating you with contempt for daring to complain!
This company doesn’t take complaints seriously at all and clearly thinks it can mug people off. “So concerned “ were L’Oreal about a review I left after copious emails and calls about Kiehls one of their companies, I received a called from the Executive Director customer services. She admitted « they’d not bothered with the medical form «  after a face wash by Kiehls ruined my skin leaving me with burnt spots and suffering. Finally she only decided to refund me for two products which were faulty. No goodwill gesture or compensation for my suffering with the face wash.I was too embarrassed to go out and the Retinol seemed to worsen it. A dermatologist was offered but I decided it was too late!
I emailed asking for one other product to be reimbursed after another breakout. A month on I am absolutely lost with my skin care after conflicting advice from this range In store and thrown out £500 of products because I’ve got no satisfaction at all.
Disrespectful and Neither did anymore replies arrive from this department until I emailed repeatedly, whose « fake concern » was glaringly obvious. It was clearly done so that I’d removed my reviews and go away! I’m not a mug so my advice is not to use kiehls or Loreal because the customer is a cash cow and doesn’t matter. I emailed their CEO Nicholas Hieronimus whose department emailed me promising an investigation but suddenly again contact dropped. the goodwill products didn’t arrive in fact they said they had no update about their own products in their last email!!!!
Filthy attitude just big companies trading on their name not their service! Avoid there’s better out there and I’ve had to spend hundreds on a new companies products. Worst experience ever!

Les paiements CB fonctionne mal .Je sélectionne des produits, je fais un paiement CB car le Paypal ne fonctionne plus alors que le logo apparaît sur le site. Finalement le paiement ne passe pas. Je reçois des mails pour la finalisée je retente plusieurs jours après mais il ne fonctionne pas.

I bought several boxes of L'Oreal Preference Superior hair dye. No grey hairs covered at all. I thought the first box might just have been a dud, so I used another box. Same result. Why is this product even on the market?

I bought midnight serum and midnight night cream but after using I had blotchy itchy skin and so have stopped using it - be warned !

Hola wh comprado una rutina de dia y de noche se revitalift láser y me a irritado la cara , empecé a sentir ardor al echarme las cremas y al otro día amanecí con el rostro como quemado ,60€ tirados ya que les quite el código al usarlo , y no se donde reclamar , me huce fotos de antes para ver si hacía efecto la rutina y el desp me la hice hoy y créanme que era mejor no haber usado el producto ya que ahora tengo el rostro enrojecido como con alergia , un verdadero desastre

Malheureusement comme les autres avis si je pouvais mettre zéro.. mais par contrainte je vais mettre 1 étoile.. j'aurais dû regarder les avis avant de commander mais avec une enseigne connue comme L'Oréal on s'imagine que le sérieux est de mise mais absolument pas.. près de 10 mails pour recevoir une commande de parfums qui devait arriver avant Noël (au plus tard le 23/12) pour finalement la recevoir le 11 janvier... Service client incompétent, limite respectueux dans ses échanges par mail.. bref surtout ne commandez pas en ligne et lisez les autres avis, que des expériences similaires... Ils sont juste archi nuls !! Même le numéro de suivi fourni en premier lieu était erroné.. 2 mails juste pour recevoir le bon numéro de suivi.. vraiment lamentable..
