Loreal Paris Arvostelua 

Suite à un produit pour les cheveux défectueux, le service clients m'a demandé de prendre des photos et de leur renvoyer le produit, ce que j'ai fait en octobre 2023 ! Je les ai relancé par mail en avril 2024 : Aucune réponse. Je les ai encore relancé, mais toujours silence radio. Le service clients de l'Oréal est complètement nul, inexistant.

Non acquistate Creme excellence 4 nuova formula migliorata, è uno schifo! Dopo 2 tinte fatte a distanza di 3 giorni perchè la prima non era andata bene, alla radice ho la cute GIALLA e i capelli bianchi tutti lì con graziose sfumature SENAPE! Di castano nemmeno l'ombra! Usavo il castano da anni, da me L'oreal non beccherà più nemmeno un euro!

Le no 4. Au mélange elle devient vert bronze. Et maintenant mes cheveux blanc ne sont pas devenu brun mais avec des reflets bronze c’est Horible !!!

Bought Garnier Vit C anti dark spot and brightening serum. Followed instructions on box and it burnt my skin severely. The application frequency info on box and on website conflict each other and both say 1 full dropper of product to be used, this is too much and it will burn you, please DO NOT USE 1 FULL DROPPER. Garnier will not listen, they tell me i must be confused with another product, and they are correct, well look at the packaging and the website you will see you are not correct ! they dont care if they burn your skin off ! Garnier part of the Loreal group and so posting on here.

Been using this hair dye for ages and thought I was a pro. An entire decade in fact. So, before you consider me to be stupid, just know that I haven't messed up in damn near close to 10 years because Im a perfectionist. Be careful if you're in a hurry or are distracted and laughing with your girlfriends. This company strives on those moments to turn a profit. It turns out those sneaky devils at Loreal are just trying to get us to mess up and buy more. In fact, they are probably laughing at us right now over at corporate. Ever wonder why they add so many unnecessary tubes to their boxes? Its not out of kindness, its to confuse you! Watch out for the conditioner and hair dye tubes - they look the SAME, but they're NOT! One is red and white, the other white and red. Couldn't have made one blue and one red? This was intentional. Don't be a victim of their greed!

So, use this as step one: TAKE CONDITIONER BOTTLE OUT OF BOX AND THROW AS HARD AS YOU CAN. If you put that sucker inside of the hair dye applicator- there's no going back!

Echt unglaublich. Der Kundendienst fragt einen 10 Fragen und gibt dann einen prima Tipp, aus dem man schließen kann, dass sie die Antwort nicht Mal gelesen haben. Unglaublich!! Habe jetzt zwei Mal einen kaputten Make-up Spender gehabt. Tipp Loreal: einfach aufschrauben (geht aber aufgrund der Bauart nicht, genau das hatte ich auch als Anfangsproblem bemängelt). Sorry, aber spart dem Kunden doch die Zeit und lasst das mit dem Kundendienst direkt.

L'Oréal promet une livraison en DEUX jours ouvrés : commande passée le 30 avril et toujours rien reçu le 13 mai !
Ce sera donc ma première et DERNIERE commande.

Customer service is a disgrace.

Ordered an infallible stick foundation that arrived used! 6 weeks of emails of them saying they will get back to me and me constantly chasing. Only for them to do absolutely nothing about it. Lost a loyal customer.

Wow wish I had read reviews before I had ordered. Customer service is a joke. They sent my parcel by evri which I asked them not to. As they don't deliver to my home. But they went ahead anyway. Oh and I haven't received my parcel. They have refused refund and refused to resend send items totaling£36.00 may not be a lot to some but it's a lot to me. They are a thieving scamming company and stole my money.
Absolute disgrace of a company. Stay well clear from ordering on line. I will never again purchase there products even from the shop.
Contacting trading standards in the morning as they should not be aloud to steal money. If I could give zero stars that's what you would get.

Ho acquistato elvive glicolik senza risciacquo, pessimo prodotto rende secchi i capelli come paglia, con il ferro a onde viene un capello tutto lanoso.

Bought lipstick Intense Volume Matt in the stick format. Happy until I tried to remove their sticky foil security label. Impossible without a considerable amount of effort. No amount of essential oils had any effect. Ran out of pure eucalyptus oil which would probably worked quicker but really? Understand the stores need to be careful with thefts but legitimate customers are going through hell to get to the product they paid good money for. Other brands have worked out the theft problem (blister packs etc) but if there's another product with this sticker on I'll be leaving it in the store. Huge amounts of money is spent by the cosmetics companies in packaging cases for their products its such a shame to have the remains of a sticky sticker on their product which instead of me feeling good about using it, makes me cross because its a reminder of how awful the time I had upon purchase. Once the product is exposed it is lovely but not enough to purchase again.

J'ai envoyé un email à L'oréal Paris, au service client, concernant un produit qui n'est plus en vente depuis peu de temps (j'ai écrit il y a environ 3 semaines), et je voulais savoir s'il serait reconduit dans l'avenir, à ce jour je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de la part du service client.

Suite à une commande, la livraison a été noté retardé dès le 2 eme jour.
Le livreur de son côté m a confirme qu il n avait pas encore reçu le colis à livrer.
Après 15 jours, la situation est toujours là même mais sur le site les produits commandés sont désormais indisponibles …. Étrange …/
Bien entendu il est impossible d être remboursé pour le moment car le délai légal n a pas expiré….
Je trouve pour ma part que nous sommes très proche de l escroquerie car vendre des produits que l’on a pas et accuse le livreur d être en retard pour conserver les fonds je ne pense pas que ce soit très légal…

comprato ieri Casting color. Volevo dare un ritocco lampo prima di pasqua. Apro la scatola ancora intatto e non c'era IL TUBETTO COLORANTE!!!!!! Non ho proprio parole e in questo momento di grande DISAGIO. Non comprerò più i vostri prodotti. E dirò anche in giro questa dissaventura.

This company is a disgrace and I note a comment made here re cream containing retinol which has caused horrific problems and hospitalisations which I have fouund out since my experience.My face was burnt and swollen for a week, i saw my medical practitioner and things after treatment improved.I sent photos and etails and their customer response has been dire and the worst I have have ever come across.I received after several weeks a desisory offer of £9.99 ! This item should be taken off te shelves and the company should be taken to task.Just not good enough !
