J'ai effectué une commande sur leur site internet il y a quelques mois. Malheureusement le colis est arrivé entrouvert et un des produits était manquant.
J'ai contacté le service client qui n'a pas daigné me répondre. Alors après plus de 2 mois sans nouvelles, j'ai voulu laisser un avis négatif sur leur site internet, mais ils ont carrément refusé de le publier....

De plus, concernant la qualité des produits c'est vraiment de la m****.... Les sérums et crèmes hydratantes sont très parfumés et à base d'alcool. Lorsque je les applique sur mon visage à la peau sensible, ça pique ! On est très loin des produits naturels et doux pour la peau.....

I have used L'Oreal excellence creme colourant number 4 brown to dye my hair for years and loved it. I dyed my hair yesterday, ready for Christmas and my hair has gone green. I followed the instructions to the letter. Even the parts that were still brown from the previous dying now look dull and dry. Gutted, has really taken the shine of Christmas and now i am scrambling to find some kind of solution. What's more I bought multiple packets in a special deal so am doubly out of pocket.

Bought a defective azzaro aftershave bottle at duty free. Spray function stopped working within a week. Contacted them to complain but they required a receipt which i had thrown away, i provided a credit card proof instead but they wouldn't accept it. It was brand new and i provided serial number. but still they refused to accept it back and exchange for a working bottle. Pathetic, greedy, typical EU enterprise. Any small business would sort that immediately, but not the big rich conglomerates. Will never knowing buy one of their products for myself or anyone again.

Je suis vraiment pas contente de vous l'oréal. J'ai acheté un calendrier de l'avent en version noir allemand je crois, j'ai 2 blush au lieu d'un fard à paupières. Déjà que vos calendrier sont cher mais si vous mettez un doublon non je suis pas d'accord, en + qui n'est pas m'atteinte mais ça on s'en fous. Je veux qu'on m'envoie un fard à paupières qui était censé être dans la case 15. Bien à vous

... mentira no es para todo tipo de piel deberian de poner para pieles morenas. Morenas claras.. pero no para pieles claras ademas queda horripilante es un tono negro de apariencia grasosa sin chiste lo más horrible..... NO LO RECOMIENDO !!!!

Après l'achat d'un calendrier de l'avent L'Oréal Paris en passant par le site Nocibé celui ci est arrivé ouvert et abîmé pour offrir et vu le prix 89€90 c'est bien dommage il était posé comme ça dans un grand carton sans protection rien le produit n'ont rien heureusement j'ai appelé plusieurs numéros pour les informer c'est jamais le bon service bref je vais l'offrir rafistolé très déçu

Desde que han sacado la nueva gama de tinte excellent con ácido hialurónico huele fatal. Deja un aroma en el pelo que no me gusta nada. Cambiaré de marca. No soporto este olor. Me gustaba más el de antes que no llevaba ácido hialurónico. No sé porqué ahora le ponen esto a todo.

Seit vielen Jahren färbe ich meine Haare mit Loreal Exellence. Bisher war ich immer zufrieden, doch jetzt scheint die Entwicklerflasche aus einem weicheren Material zu sein... Das bedeutet für die Praxis: Sie kommt nicht mehr in ihre ursprüngliche Form zurück und verknautscht sich immer mehr. Wird zudem immer glitschiger durch die Färbeflüssigkeit. Damit dann noch etwas aus der Flasche kommt, muss man sie exakt senkrecht halten und ...warten... warten bis endlich mal etwas aus der Flasche läuft. Ehrlich, die Nerven das durchzuhalten habe ich bald nicht mehr und überlege auf ein anderes Produkt zu wechseln.

Je modifie mon précédent commentaire où j'avais mis une étoile car ma commande du 16/10 sur le site était notée livrée le lendemain du paiement alors que ce n'était pas le cas... j'ai eu une frayeur. J'ai finalement reçu mon colis ce matin (19/10) complet et en parfait état. Donc je mets 3 étoiles car zéro communication du service client et vu les commentaires négatifs c'était pas très rassurant...

Colis non reçu et grand flou pour joindre le service client, bref sans réponses depuis 8 jours, 80 euros de voler encore

ÎNCI BEAUTE qu ils avaient de très mauvaises notes. 0 pour la plupart, des notes bien inférieures à la moyenne ou carrément 0

Realmente me sentí estafada, compre una tintura en un tono 8, y realmente el precio de esta marca mucho más elevado, pero me dije... bueno tal vez es de muy buena calidad. No solo que no es de buena calidad, me quemó el casco y la dejé el tiempo de exposición que decía el envase, además el color quedó muy feo y yo ya tenía un color a la altura de 8, me resecó el cabello, y en la noche sentía que me ardía el casco. Una m.... literal.... Jamás compro esta marca.

I have used L'Oreal hair colouring products for many years and had no problem. Recently they have changed their excellence range and the colours are now called universal nudes. I used colour 5 U natural light brown to correspond with colour 5 I used before. Beware it is totally different. I used it over four weeks ago and my hair is still dark brown. When I first used it I was practically black and it shows very little sign of fading. It does not suit me as it is far too dark and I don't know how to remedy it. I rang the customer service helpline and the response was poor. Expected to get a callback or an email but nothing at all. So definitely no more L'Oreal excellence product for me. I'm going to have to waste a lot of money to get this color remedied by a professional.

Am writing as of today's date re my burnt skin after using using Wrinkle Expert Day Retino Peptides .Still no redress and like us all I have given up biut would certainly warn others.Appalling customer service and will not use any L'oreal products anymore.Yet this product is still in te supmarket and chemist shelves.Gone back to my Astral Pot of cream which is a quarter the price and everyone says what beautful skin I have! It took a month for my skin to heal after using that Oreal product.
