I bought an electronic eraser and some A5 paper.
They are both very good quality and the eraser was about £10 cheaper than where I was first looking.
Everything arrived on time which was 4 days on a 3 to 5 day,I could have had faster delivery if I paid . Very pleased and I would recommend.

I'm so sorry for the delay in receiving you delivery from Royal Mail.
According to the parcel tracking, your order was held at the local delivery office for collection, until the retention time was exceeded and the parcel returned to us on 4/09!
There must have bee a problem, as no delivery attempt was recorded prior to this.

First time I’ve ordered from the…
First time I’ve ordered from the Graphics centre. It said despatched and then got another email saying some of the items were out of stock which was disappointing. They did the refund without any problems. Apparently they don’t have a live system so when ordering you don’t know if you’ll get everything.

Iris Circle drawing device
I bought the Iris Circle drawing device. It's a brilliant product, easy to use and very well made. Although expensive I think it is worth the money. Delivery was speedy and efficient. My product was safely packaged to prevent damage and arrived promptly.

Outstanding Customer Service
I recently bought some pencils and other stationery items from the London Graphic Centre. I am extremely impressed with their customer service. Such a kind and helpful lady, when I called, followed up with a supportive, prompt email.
Highly recommend this company, refreshing to find such outstanding customer service still exists out there.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my delivery, entirely of my own making but the issue was resolved graciously and successfully. The online store has a good range of products and the prices are very competitive, much cheaper than Amazon in my case (Daz modelling clay). I will be ordering from here again.

Paid for next working day delivery and was initially let down by the courier. Zoe was patient, understanding and helpful while I had a meltdown at her over something that was outside of our control. Certainly whatever she said to them worked as the driver was made to come back with my delivery.

Purchased a Bisley 5 draw unit. Extremely well priced compared to other online retailers - prompt dispatch and tracking provided. Their customer service was exceptional when the drawers arrived damaged and a replacement was sent the same day as my email and I was impressed that they allowed me to keep the dented one to donate to my local elderly care charity for their office
