I don't even know where to begin! I've never encountered such an irresponsible company in my life.
Let's start with the so-called "Professional Installation":
1. A "professional technician" called, and we agreed on a 7 AM appointment. I was downstairs waiting from 7 AM, but he didn't arrive until after 8 AM and didn't even bother to apologize.
2. He didn’t show me anything after the installation, so I have no idea if he installed a new GPS or just reused an old one.
3. The installation was far from professional. He simply connected the positive and negative wires, completing the job in just 15 minutes.
4. The biggest issue is the GPS placement near the OBD port, where it's easily accessible and could be disconnected by anyone without any trouble.
5. On the third day, I found a sticker with the GPS serial number on the street next to my car.
And that’s where the real nightmare began!
6. The GPS hasn't worked since the day of installation! I've spent countless hours and energy dealing with customer service (which is another ordeal in itself—waiting hours just to speak with someone).
7. They don’t offer 24/7 customer support! You can only reach them Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
8. During the first week, the device was completely non-functional, which they acknowledged but did nothing to resolve. Outrageous!
9. In the second week, they insisted that everything was working perfectly on their end, even though I was only receiving location updates 2 or 3 times a day! Just 2 or 3 times a day!
10. I requested a new unit and asked if I could install it myself—thinking I could do a better job than their "professional"—but they refused, claiming my device was working properly and that they would fix it remotely.
11. By the third week, they finally agreed to replace the device, but once again, I waited in vain as they couldn’t even find a technician to send.
12. With the Amazon return period nearing its end, I decided to disconnect the device myself. And what happened? Nothing! No notifications, no messages, no phone calls from customer service—absolutely nothing! I disconnected the device on Sunday, August 11, at 9 AM, and I finally received an email from them on Wednesday, August 14, saying they couldn’t fix it remotely and would send a technician.

I was told that LoJack is something good to invest in well when my son’s hellcat was stolen obviously it was cut by the thieves so LoJack told me if they do not recover the vehicle in 30 days, My warranty was $10,000 well guess what, multiple calls from San Diego, California People that can’t even understand telling me they cannot cover the warranty because insurance isn’t paying the total which doesn’t make any sense at all. They closed out my claim they never got a penny from the warranty. I believe this is some kind of inside job between the crooks and LoJack, I was informed by my detective who was investigating the stolen vehicle that LoJack is a waste of money and gap insurance as well!
The sorry people take the property from us, hard-working people, and come and take whatever they want such losers!

LoJack device slowly drains my car battery. If I park my car for two weeks, the battery is dead. I got a new battery, but makes no difference. Auto dealership is certain the LoJack device is causing parasitic drain, but they can't find the device. Spirion refuses to remove the device, claiming the contract between the company and me is only for installation and monitoring. Spirion told me to find an auto mechanic to remove it at my own expense. But mechanics can't find it. So I'm stuck in a nightmarish loop.

Beware LoJack is a scam and are crooks. My dealer installed LoJack on my car and the guy came to my place and supposedly installed it. But it doesn’t show on my registration like I heard it should have ljk printed on it. I it’s been 8 years and I have no idea if it’s working or the battery has died long time ago. My location says my car is still at my daughters cousin’s house I have contacted customer service multiple times and haven’t heard anything back from them not once. This service was added onto my car financing when I bought the car 2 years ago I’m going to contact the finance company and see if I can have the remaining amount taken off my balance since the thing isn’t working

Lojack has sent several emails to renew our coverage. Payment was taken out of my bank account to them but was not credited to our renewal. I have sent several messages to their support # and even had our car dealership call them on our behalf. We did get a case # which said they would credit our renewal. That was 3 weeks ago--and we still get emails that our renewal coverage is expired. I am going to dispute our payment to them. I have no confidence that they could ever find my car even if it was parked in our driveway. Terrible customer service.

I've contacted customer support by phone 3 times and was told someone would escalate the issue and call me. No one has called me. I called the dealership and they spoke to their contact who said he would call me to get a new device and I have not received a call. Is this company just a scam? Sono cliente LoJack dal 2017 (prodotto propostomi dalla Mercedes all’atto dell’acquisto). Non posso dire nulla sull’efficacia del prodotto perché -al momento - non mi hanno mai rubato l’auto. Due volte mi sono arrivati sms di movimento non autorizzato ma l’auto era ferma nel posto in cui l’avevo parcheggiata. Il servizio clienti è INESISTENTE. L’area riservata è inaccessibile da ANNI (in malo modo rispondono che sono in attesa dell’aggiornamento da LoJack Italia) e il sito non invia i moduli di contatto. Chi risponde su Facebook è MALEDUCATO e INUTILE (non capisco perché paghino qualcuno per essere cafone con i clienti).
Si fanno vivi solo per le proposte di rinnovo e chiamano (nel 2024) dire che che si può rinnovare anche con carta (l’operatrice si aspettava che provvedessi subito con un mese di anticipo rispetto alla scadenza). Pessima società.

I purchase my car in 2019 and purchase 3 years of LoJack. I never received any information from Toyota Roseville on this product, was told after the 3 years were up it would still work. They lied! They disconnected my account in 2021 and I paid tell 2022. I could Not get through to LoJack on any phone numbers or no response on email either. Finally called the dealership once again got someone that knows about LoJack. They were supposed to get back to and they have not. I have purchased another system called viper. Very upset that I thought I was protected. We all need to do a class action suit against LoJack and the dealer ships!!!

Buying the product with a salesman was really not an issue he was a great guy. But he's independent he doesn't actually work for LoJack. He asked me when I wanted to set up my install. I said I'd have to look at my calendar. He told me to call the number it's easy 7 days a week whenever you need it they'll do it for you. I emphasize that I could never do it Monday through friday. Due to my work schedule I could do it after 5: 30. But they say they are short stuffed so they can't do weekends anymore and they can't work past 5:00 anymore. Calling in with any kind of customer service issue is a big problem. They can never solve it. When it works it's great. With all the other companies out there. Steer clear of these guys. Pick a different option.

Ho speso oltre 1.300 euro per la versione premium. Una volta installato mi hanno detto di scaricare l’app di Lojack. Ho chiamato per avere la password, ma non funzionava. Mi hanno dato altre password, ma non le prendeva. Hanno quindi aperto un ticket dicendomi che si sarebbero occupati dell’anomalia.

Dopo molte chiamate al servizio clienti, finalmente mi dicono che la loro app non funziona con iPhone e che aspettano ancora che l’azienda madre facesse qualcosa.
La cosa che mi irrita è che sapevano benissimo fin dall’inizio che la loro app non funziona per iPhone, ma si sono guardati bene dal dirmelo. Ancora non posso utilizzare i loro servizi pur avendo pagato da 5 mesi, una vera vergogna. E sul loro sito e sulle pubblicità del loro antifurto si parla sia di Android che di Apple. Un chiaro caso di pubblicità ingannevole. Vergogna!
Quando montano l’anti furto ti fanno allontanare e non sia dove lo montano, a questo punto comincio a temere la truffa. Temo che non abbiamo montato nulla.

Sono abbonato al servizio da 4 anni, fortunatamente senza necessità di avvalermi di quanto l'azienda promette di fare.
Quest'anno, come di consueto a un mese dalla scadenza, mi vedo pervenire la proposta di rinnovo.
Ho dichiarato di essere ancora interessato al servizio a fronte di una verifica di funzionamento del sistema installato a bordo (poteva essere un report di verifica, uno screenshot della posizione dell'ultima posizione dell'auto, ecc.). Mi sono state date risposte sommarie senza alcun tipo di evidenza e a nulla sono servite le tre mail di richiesta chiarimenti e/o di ulteriori contatti telefonici.
in seguito, sono stato contattato telefonicamente da un operatore commerciale che nulla sapeva (a dir suo) della corrispondenza già avvenuta, che ha preso nota del mio malcontento senza dare seguito alla faccenda.
La mia esigenza era di poter semplicemente verificare il funzionamento del prodotto per cui stavo pagando puntualmente il servizio, ho constatato invece la scarsa professionalità nella gestione del cliente.
Pensavo di pagare per un servizio che dovesse proteggere il mio bene ma con questi presupposti è inevitabile perdere fiducia.
Non si paga un servizio che non può essere dimostrato, per gli atti di fede si va in chiesa.

Add me to this growing list of unhappy LoJack customers. I bought my LoJack unit from the car dealer a mere 5 years ago. Last week I took the car in for routine maintenance, and almost nobody there even knew what LoJack was. After digging, I found the company had been sold years ago and at some point had stopped doing the recommended biennial service, and there's no way to even verify that my LoJack is still operational. And I never was notified of any of this by LoJack. This borders on fraudulent business practice.
