Ridicoli, la mia auto nuova è uscita dal concessionario con l antifurto istallato il 10 maggio, per i primi due mesi ho viaggiato al buio, posizione aggiornate con un lasso di tempo pari a più giorni, posizioni errate, dopo varie sollecitazioni, sono riuscito ad avere l aggiornamento del dispositivo, ma ad oggi mancano 4000 km di percorrenza, e la posizione della mia auto totalmente sballata. Mi chiedo come BMW si affida a questi incompetenti .

Wish I could give a 0. Bought a 2022 Ford Bronco from a dealer with this outdated unit installed. This was a car for my daughter to attend college 400 miles away. Didn't work from day 1 and now they are saying I have to drive the car back to the original dealer to get it reset. LoJack said there is noting they can do. What a joke! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR TELL THE DEALER TO REMOVE IT PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

Ho individuato l'antifurto LoJack su Internet e avrei voluto installarlo su due mie auto storiche iscritte all'ASI.
Al primo contatto con il servizio vendite di LoJack non ho segnalato l'iscrizione all'ASI delle mie auto dato che, sul momento, ritenevo fosse irrilevante.
A questa mia prima richiesta il servizio vendite di LoJack si è dimostrato sollecito e disponibile individuando anche individuato anche due officine nel catanese che sarebbero state in grado di procedere alla relativa installazione.
Quando, quasi casualmente, ho appreso sul sito di LoJack che quest'ultima ha una convenzione in vigore con Automotoclub Storico Italiano (ASI), di cui sono socio, ho richiesto di poter usufruire di tale convenzione dal momento che questa prevede l'installazione dell'antifurto e la fornitura di alcuni servizi aggiuntivi ad un prezzo decisamente inferiore a quello di listino.
LoJack mi ha quindi inviato la relativa modulistica per le auto iscritte all'ASI, modulistica che ho regolarmente completato e restituito a LoJack che l'ha esplicitamente approvata.
A questo punto ho atteso inutilmente, per circa 15gg., una risposta con le indicazioni relative alla procedura di pagamento e all'installazione.
Perplesso per questo silenzio, ho inviato una email al servizio clienti di LoJack chiedendo notizie, questa è stata la laconica risposta con la quale mi si comunicava che, in contrasto con le precedenti indicazioni, non erano in grado di trovare un luogo idoneo all'installazione degli antifurti nel catanese:

"Buongiorno,
non siamo in grado di trovare il luogo adatto dove ospitare le sue vetture.

Cordialmente"

Ho prontamente segnalato e documentato per email all'ASI l'accaduto ma nemmeno quest'ultima, ad oggi, mi ha risposto.

Lascio al lettore ogni considerazione.

Lojack corp is terrible. You're stuck with a piece of garbage with no support or help. And good luck trying to get a refund. That's when they just pass the buck back and forth between the dealer and them. Too many excuses and no solutions. Walk out when the dealer tells you you have to buy it.

Lojack has been around a long time. We have never used it until we purchased a new vehicle through a car dealer which we had used before in August, 2022. The dealership never explained how Lojack works. We kept asking them about the subscription and they never responded. We were busy moving from Texas to Florida. Now that the subscription is expiring. It took us 3 weeks to get through to Lojack, email and phone. Finally last Thursday the customer service told me I can't renew the subscription myself, I have to go through the dealer that sold me the car. And if I don't have the subscription, the system does not track. I called the dealer three days in a row, never got a call back. So if I don't have subscription, this equipment is basically useless. And if we get renewed, it is going to be at least $20 a month which we did not budget. This is unethical business practice. Why don't I, as a consumer, have the authority over my equipment?????

Terrible it need never worked app never works. We had to keep going back to get it fixed. Every time it was a 2 hr wait. Just to say it was wires that were lose. It's just one head ache after another with this silly system. That cost way to much!

All this time I had this false sense of security that my vehicle would always be trackable. To only find out it is not live tracked but a radio signal will be sent if a police car is in the vicinity of the stolen car???
What a waste of money. What a ripoff. What a scam. I'm disgusted with Lojack and the car dealership that sold me this useless product. Shame on all of you..

Worst service the device worked for 2 weeks the whole time I had the device they already replaced the device a week ago I call every day they keep telling me it’s on the last step before I can see where my car is on gps they tell me it’s working but it’s showing my car where it’s not I wouldn’t recommend buying lowjack they suck and if they tell you they will call you back they never due and the lady who schedules for the tech to come out will speak over and and just say sr over and over the whole time you try to talk you will end up having to tell her to shut up and let you talk or you won’t ever get to say what you are wanting to say

Poor communication. They did not provide notification that the $650+ device installed in my vehicle was going to be made obsolete, and I would need to buy and install new hardware if I wanted to continue service. They also fail to provide advance notice of subscription expiration. All they blamed on the Dealership. No accountability- terrible customer service and loyalty.

Don’t waste your money most of the time is not working and don’t give the current right location each time I called the customer service for multiple times they keep telling me they will escalate the issue and someone will contact me in the next 48 hours and its been 2 weeks no one contact me don’t advise anyone to get it

This company upgraded system, without any notification to owners. No email, letter, phone call, or even social media! My truck was stolen, then they tell me I should have upgraded! Do not let this system give you false security!

When I contacted customer service after a renewal issue and tracking not working, I got the run around for two weeks. When I asked for the two-week-old renewal to be refunded, they ignored me the first three times. Then they tried to tell me I had to contact the dealership. However, the renewal was placed directly through the LoJack website.

This is a game some companies play: deliver lousy customer service, and make things 100 times more difficult than they need to be in the hopes you'll just give up and go away.

I finally had to resort to doing a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company!

Rinnovo Move In data 07/10/22 con conferma avvenuto pagamento.A tutt'oggi il servizio non è attivo.Innumerevoli telefonate e mail sia a Regione Lombardia che a Lo Jack.Ogni volta la responsabilità è dell'altro soggetto.Non hanno neanche l'educazione di rispondere alle mail(l'ultima del 17/11/22)

Volevo aggiornarVi su quanto esposto nella mia recensione.
A seguito di questa,Lo Jack mi ha risposto il giorno dopo scusandosi, ribadendomi che il problema era di Regione Lombardia.
A questo punto ho mandato una mail a Regione Lombardia e per copia conoscenza a Lo Jack.
Il pomeriggio stesso ricevo da Regione Lombardia i complimenti per il rinnovo avvenuto dell’adesione a Move In !!!!!
Roba da non credere.
Ci sono voluti ben due mesi e mezzo per ottenere un rinnovo.
Fantastico.
Peccato che questo periodo è andato perso.
Del resto non si può avere tutto !!!!
Mi sento comunque in dovere di ringraziare Lo Jack, in quanto quello che mi dicevano era vero.

Rinnovo Move in con bonifico di 20€. È da una settimana che telefono per cercare di capire perché non è ancora attivo il servizio (contattato regione Lombardia e non risulta ancora attivazione da parte di lojack) ogni volta da parte di LoJack mi viene data una risposta diversa. In tutto questo io non posso utilizzare la macchina. Servizio molto scarso!!!!!!

AGGIORNAMENTO RINNOVO MOVE IN
Il nulla! Continue telefonate a Regione Lombardia che mi rimbalza a lojack che mi dice tutto a posto. CONCLUSIONE..... Non ho ancora capito a distanza di un mese dal mio regolare pagamento perché non ho il servizio attivo.

Installato il 31.08.2022 e ad oggi 04.11.2022 non riesco a darmi una spiegazione sul perchè non mi arrivino le notifiche sul cellulare.
La cosa piu sconcertante è che non rispondono piu alle mail.

Non so se è vero o sono stato vittima di una tentata truffa in pratica sono stato contattato dalla Lojack per un controllo sulla funzionalitò dell'antifurto del mio veicolo e per questo controllo mi hanno inviato un loro tecnico (a dire del tizio) che pretendeva di restare chiuso da solo nel mio garage per eseguire il controllo. naturalmente lo ho mandato via
Ma vi rendete conto con che modalità questa società opera esponendo il cliente a rischi con l'aprire il proprio box dove magari ci sono altri veicoli un sistema di allarme ad un perfetto sconosciuto. A voi è capitato una cosa del genere? operano veramente con queste modalità invece di organizzare un appuntamento in officina autorizzata?

malgrando il dispositivo Lojack fosse installato sulla mia Jaguar F-Pace, la vettura è stata prelevata senza problema e la centrale operativa non è stata in grado di rintracciare la vettura. Soldi buttati
